【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この外レール2を遊技板1に所定の湾曲形状に、かつ垂直に取付けるためには同外レール2自体ステンレス帯鋼板からなるものであるから、所定の湾曲形状にして取付けるため、外レール2の打付け専用機を必要として経費が高くなる問題がある。また、外レール2は遊技板1に対し垂直に取付けられることから、図6に示すように発射装置(図示せず)から発射された遊技球Pは外レール2と遊技板1に接した状態で走行したり、また、外レール2とガラスG面に接した状態で走行したりして、走行軌道が安定しないため、遊技球Pの弾発力の調整が難しいため遊技者をイライラさせる原因となり、また、ガラスG面に接した場合には不快音が発生して遊技者をさらに苛立たせるという問題があった。本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、発射装置からの発射球を安定して遊技面側に走行誘導することができて、不快音の発生を防止することのできるパチンコ機の外レールを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載したように、窓枠用のガラスの内側にセットされる遊技板の前面に取着され、遊技領域である遊技面より下方に設けた発射装置から発射された遊技球を前記遊技面の上部まで弧を描く状態に誘導し得る湾曲状の外レールにおいて、該外レールは、前記遊技板の前面に当接状態で取着される正面視ほぼ半円環形状の取付片と、その取付片の内周縁から前記ガラス側に向けて遊技球の直径より大きい出幅に延出させたガイドレールとを合成樹脂材により一体に成形してなり、さらに前記ガイドレールの球走行誘導面を前記遊技板の前面に対し鋭角をなす傾斜角度に傾けることにより、弧を描いて前記遊技面に誘導される遊技球を、遊技板の前面と前記ガイドレールの球走行誘導面との2点で接触させて走行させるようにしたパチンコ機の外レールを提供する。かかる本発明によれば、発射装置より発射された遊技球は、ガイドレールと遊技板面とで形成される略V字形状の溝部に2点接触した状態で遊技面側へ誘導走行される。この誘導走行の状態で、外レールのガイドレールを遊技面の中心に向けて所定の傾斜角で設けたものであるから、遊技球がガラス面側へ移動しようとしてもこの傾斜角度により移動が抑制されて、常に略V字形状の溝部に2点接触した状態で遊技面側へ誘導走行されるものであるから、従来のガラス面とによる不快音の発生が防止されるとともに、遊技球の誘導走行が一定となって安定されるので、遊技面側への遊技球の飛着位置を目視で確認することで、弾発力を容易、かつ的確に調整することができることと相俟って遊技者の苛立ちを和らげることができる。また、前記外レールはガイドレールと取付片とを合成樹脂材により一体に成形したことにより、ガイドレールの湾曲形状および傾斜角を容易に付すことができるので、従来の外レール専用機を要することなく取付けを簡単に行うことができ、1度取付けても取外しが可能となる。また、成形金型の構成も簡単であり、コスト的に有利となる。

次に、本発明の実施例を図面にしたがって説明すると、図1は本実施例の外レール11の平面図、図2は同外レール11の断面図を示すもので、この外レール11は合成樹脂材を射出成形してなるもので、この外レール11は従来の外レール2の取付け範囲の長さで所定の曲率で湾曲状に形成され、その断面形状は図2に示すようにガイドレール12と取付片13とにより略L形状に形成され、また、取付片13は所定の装飾形状に形成されて複数の釘孔、ビス孔14が貫設されている。
