本発明は乳幼児用、大人用或いは失禁用などに用いる使い捨ておむつなどの吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸収体を配設し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を有する股下回り部および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次に一体的に形成したおむつ本体を備え、このおむつ本体の股下回り部の幅は人の股間幅に比べてかなり広い幅寸法に形成されている。

そして、最近は、おむつ本体の股下回り部にこのおむつ本体より小さい吸収パッドを着脱自在に装着し、この吸収パッドを交換することによっておむつ本体を経済的に使用できるようにしている。

また、実開平２−８４６２３号公報に記載されているように、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとにて背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を有する股下回り部および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次に形成し、この透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間の股下回り部に吸収体を配設して形成したおむつ本体は、吸収体を幅方向に複数に分割して長さ方向の吸収体の存在しない溝状の吸収体不存在部を形成した使い捨ておむつが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間にの股下回り部に人の股間幅より広い幅の吸収体を配設した使い捨ておむつでは、おむつ本体を装着した状態で、吸収体は股下部分で不規則に捩れ、吸収体が有効に使用されず、また、おむつ本体に吸収パッドを併用する場合、使用中に吸収パッドが位置ずれし、おむつ本体と吸収パッドとをともに汚すことがあり、おむつ本体単体で使用する場合より寧ろ不経済となり、さらに、吸収パッドを併用した場合、吸収パッドが配置された部分に位置するおむつ本体の吸収体は有効に活用されず無駄となることがある問題を有している。

また、前記実開平２−８４６２３号公報に記載されている使い捨ておむつでは、吸収体の存在しない溝状の吸収体不存在部によっておむつ本体の幅方向への収縮を促し、尿など液体の長さ方向への拡散を促す効果があるが、吸収パッドの位置ずれは防止できない問題があった。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、吸収性物品の装着時に不規則な捩れが生じることがなく、優れた吸収性能を有し、経済性に優れ、また、吸収体を併用した場合に吸収パッドが位置ずれすることがない使い捨て吸収性物品を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の発明の使い捨て吸収性物品は、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとにて背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を有する股下回り部および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次に一体的に形成しかつこの透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸収体を配設した幅方向対称の吸収性物品本体を備え、前記吸収体は、少なくとも前記吸収性物品本体の股下回り部に位置する部分を第１吸収体部と第２吸収体部とに幅方向に分割してこの第１吸収体部と第２吸収体部との間に吸収体不存在部を形成し、前記吸収体不存在部は、前記吸収体の長手方向の両端縁より内側でかつ幅方向略中央部に位置し、かつ、前記透液性表面シート側が前記不透液性裏面シート側に向って窪むように断面凹状に形成され、前記吸収体不存在部に位置して、吸収性物品本体の透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に、この吸収体不存在部より幅が狭い拡散シートを配設したものである。
