更に、ハーネス14は、FPC(フレキシブルプリント基板)やFFC(フレキシブルフラットケーブル)の様なものでも良い。
【0033】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cable routing structure that is routed in a vehicle door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In some conventional vehicle doors (doors), a wire harness for transmitting and receiving electrical signals is routed in the door. For example, in Patent Document 1 to be described later, a smart entry system for a vehicle (the door is detected by detecting that the user of the vehicle is close to the vehicle and the user has approached the outside door handle (handle)). Door opening and closing system that switches from a locked state to an unlocked state). As components of such a system, an antenna that transmits a signal of a predetermined frequency from the handle to the outside of the vehicle and a capacitance sensor for detecting that a hand is approaching the handle are described in the handle. And in order to electrically connect these antennas and electrostatic capacitance sensors, for example with the transmission circuit arrange | positioned in a door, a wire harness is routed in the door.
[0003]
On the other hand, as a wiring structure of the wire harness in the door, for example, a structure described in Non-Patent Document 1 described below is known. As this routing structure, a relay harness is used in the door, and a fixing member for fixing the harness to a panel in the door is used. Here, wiring of the harness inside the door must be performed in an invisible state by inserting a hand from a hole formed in the inside panel of the door called a service hole during assembly. The more concise is desirable. In addition, there is also a requirement that the window glass must be routed while avoiding the movement trajectory of the window glass in order to avoid interference with the window glass or the like disposed in the door. Therefore, a wiring structure that satisfies these requirements has been desired.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a cable routing structure in a vehicle door in which the cable is less likely to interfere with the door inner member and the routing workability is improved.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken in the present invention in order to solve the above-mentioned problems is a cable routing structure extending from the opening operation member that opens the vehicle door from the vehicle body when operated. The vehicle door is disposed inside the vehicle door and can be opened from the vehicle body based on an operation from the opening operation member. A first lock member provided on the housing of the door lock device, the door lock device comprising: a door lock mechanism that constitutes a possible lock state; and a housing that houses the door lock mechanism. The structure is supported by the above.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In this structure, and the first support member includes et al is the housing of the door lock device, so that the cable is supported by the first support member. Usually, the door lock device is arranged so as to avoid the movement locus of the window glass. Accordingly, since the cable is supported by the door lock device, that is, the cable is routed in the door through the vicinity of the door lock device, the cable is difficult to interfere with the door inner member such as the wind glass. It has become. In addition, the cable can be routed at the same time simply by installing the door lock device in the door while the door lock device supports the cable, so the routing work is easy and the workability is improved. It can be said that. Moreover, since the housing which is an exterior member of the door lock device includes the first support member, it is easy to support the cable with respect to the first support member.
[0011]
Preferably, the housing includes a housing main body that accommodates the door lock mechanism when combined, and a protective member that protects a combination portion of the housing main body, and the protective member includes the first support member. .
[0012]
In this structure, the protective member that protects the combination portion also has a function of supporting the cable.
[0013]
Preferably, the opening operation member includes a handle frame fixed to the inside of the panel of the vehicle door, and a handle grip disposed on the outside of the panel by being supported by the handle frame. The frame may further include a second support member.
[0014]
In this structure, in addition to the first support member formed in the door lock device, the handle frame includes a second support member. Accordingly, the cable extending from the handle grip is first supported by the second support member of the handle frame. In this case, since the cable near the handle frame can be routed at the same time only by arranging the handle frame inside the door, it can be said that the routing operation is easy and the workability is improved. And since the handle frame is fixed to the inside of the panel, avoiding the movement trajectory of the window glass, the cable is necessarily routed so as to follow the inside of the panel. Interference is unlikely to occur.
[0015]
Preferably, the handle frame includes a handle frame main body and a bracket fixed to the handle frame, and the bracket includes the second support member.
[0016]
In this structure, the bracket, which is a separate member from the handle frame main body, includes the second support member. Therefore, the routing structure can be changed by changing the bracket.
[0017]
Preferably, the first support member and the second support member are clamps that support the cable.
[0018]
In this structure, the cable can be easily supported by assembling the cable to the clamp.
[0019]
Preferably, the cable may be a wire harness that electrically connects a power transmission member in the opening operation member and a circuit.
[0020]
In this structure, the electrical connection between the electrical member and the circuit in the vehicle door is simple and the workability is improved.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the cable is unlikely to interfere with a door inner member such as a window glass. In addition, the cable can be routed at the same time simply by installing the door lock device in the door while the door lock device supports the cable, so the routing work is easy and the workability is improved. It can be said that.
[0042]
In the present invention, since the housing, which is the exterior member of the door lock device, includes the first support member, the cable is easily supported by the first support member.
[0043]
In the present invention, the protective member that protects the combination portion also has a function of supporting the cable.
[0044]
In the present invention, the cable extending from the handle grip is first supported by the second support member of the handle frame. In this case, since the cable near the handle frame can be routed at the same time only by arranging the handle frame inside the door, it can be said that the routing operation is easy and the workability is improved. Since the handle frame is fixed to the inside of the panel, the cable is inevitably routed so as to follow the inside of the panel, and interference with a door inner member such as a wind glass hardly occurs.
[0045]
In the present invention, since the bracket, which is a member different from the handle frame main body, includes the second support member, the routing structure can be changed by changing the bracket.
[0046]
In the present invention, the cable can be easily supported by assembling it to the clamp.
[0047]
In the present invention, the electrical connection between the electrical member and the circuit in the vehicle door is simple and the workability is improved.
