BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic analyzer for analyzing a sample sample of a patient for a plurality of measurement items using a calibration curve, and a calibration curve determination processing method of such an automatic analyzer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The types of measurement items for patient specimens measured using conventional automatic analyzers are increasing day by day. In recent years, measurement items that require a multi-point (non-linear) calibration curve including immunity items Opportunities for measurement (analysis) are also increasing. Note that there are far more elements describing the nature of a multi-inspection calibration curve than a two-point (linear) calibration curve.
[0003]
In addition, there are various types of calibration curves, and various determination logics are also required in the calibration curve quality determination for checking whether or not each calibration curve has appropriate accuracy in actual measurement.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to determine whether or not the calibration curve has sufficient accuracy to be appropriately used for actual measurement in the conventional automatic analyzer, calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic having the following conditions is provided.
[0005]
(1) The difference between the measured values when the calibrator having the same concentration is measured twice is less than a predetermined value.
[0006]
(2) The difference between the average value of the measured values when the calibrator of the same concentration is measured twice and the measured value at the same concentration point of the calibration curve is less than a predetermined value (in the case of an approximate calibration curve)
(3) The sensitivity of the measured value is within a predetermined range.
[0007]
(4) The threshold used for convergence determination when the nonlinear least square method is applied is equal to or less than a predetermined value (in the case of an approximate calibration curve).
[0008]
These calibration curve pass / fail judgment logics are shown in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 4-47782, but automatic analyzers having other calibration curve pass / fail judgment logics are also used.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, since various determination logics are necessary in the calibration curve quality determination for checking whether the calibration curve has appropriate accuracy in actual measurement, the burden on the operator increases. ing.
[0010]
Further, since the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic used in the conventional automatic analyzer is fixed, there are the following problems.
[0011]
(1) The same calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic could only be used for various different measurement items. That is, the same calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic has been applied to measurement items having complicated parameters and measurement items that require particularly strict checks.
[0012]
(2) In addition, since a calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic suitable for a new measurement item could not be additionally registered in the automatic analyzer, a calibration corresponding to the measurement item for a new measurement item The line pass / fail judgment logic could not be used automatically.
[0013]
As described above, since the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic could not be additionally registered for new measurement items in the conventional automatic analyzer, even if the calibration curve pass / fail can be automatically judged for new measurement items, the operator However, it is necessary to manually determine the quality of the calibration curve corresponding to the measurement item, which increases the burden on the operator.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to edit / construct a calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic using an element that describes the nature of a calibration curve in accordance with a measurement item. An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic analyzer and a calibration curve determination processing method of the automatic analyzer that can reduce the burden on the operator by automatically determining the calibration curve based on the line pass / fail determination logic.

A creation means for creating a judgment logic for judgment, a selection means for selecting a predetermined judgment logic among the judgment logics created by the creation means, and a calibration based on the judgment logic selected by the selection means And determining means for determining the quality of the line.

Specifically, the operator looks at the calibration curve determination logic editing screen shown in FIG. 5 displayed on the
[0034]
Next, various elements describing the nature of the calibration curve (eg, “previous value”, “coefficient”, “spline”), operators (eg, “+”), functions (eg, “abs ()”), parameters (eg, "Low") or the like is displayed on the calibration curve determination logic editing screen for selection by the operator. As a result, the operator arbitrarily selects elements, operators, functions, parameters, and the like, and creates a judgment formula for the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic by combining them. The created calibration equation for the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic is stored in the storage unit 70 in association with the ID input first.
[0035]
The element describing the nature of the calibration curve is not provided for the operator's selection, but the following function is provided as a function for obtaining the nature of the calibration curve.
[0036]
(1) A function that indicates, as a logical value, a result of whether or not the calibration curve currently used is converged to a convergence calculation performed when the nonlinear calibration curve is created when the calibration curve is nonlinear.
[0037]
(2) A function indicating the result of whether or not the calibration curve currently in use is monotonically increasing / monotonic decreasing with a logical value (for example, TRUE, FALSE).
[0038]
(3) A function indicating a definite integral value obtained by definite integration in a predetermined section of the calibration curve currently in use.
[0039]
(4) The same function as that used when creating the calibration curve currently in use among the functions used when creating the past (including the previous) saved calibration curve.
[0040]
Here, let us consider a case where the following check is performed on a calibration curve created by interpolation with a cubic spline function to determine the quality of the calibration curve.
[0041]
(A) Existence of monotonicity (monotonic increase / monotonic decrease) of calibration curve (b) Presence of short-term fluctuation in low concentration value section of calibration curve (c) Presence of long-term fluctuation in low concentration value section of calibration curve In order to do this, the following three calibration curve pass / fail judgment logics are edited / constructed and registered. At this time, an error level (1: low level, 2: medium level, 3: high level) is arbitrarily set in each calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic.
[0042]
(Decision logic 1)
As shown in FIG. 6, the area value in the first interval (concentration value is 0 to C1) of the previous calibration curve and the area in the first interval (concentration value is 0 to C1) of the current (current) calibration curve. It is determined whether or not the difference between the values is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, that is, whether or not the area of the filled portion in FIG. 6 falls within the predetermined area. If it does not fall within the predetermined area, an error is assumed. In decision logic 1, error level 2 (medium level) is set.
[0043]
(Decision logic 2)
Consists of a logical product of judgment results for the presence or absence of monotonicity for each section for a calibration curve divided into multiple sections, and whether the calibration curve is monotonically increasing or monotonically decreasing based on the result of this logical product Determine. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, when it is determined that the result of the constructed logical product is monotonically increasing, the result is OK. On the other hand, when it is determined that the result of the logical product configured as shown in FIG. Of course, even if it is determined that the result of the logical product is not monotonously decreased, an error is determined as NG. In decision logic 2, error level 3 (high level) is set.
[0044]
(Decision logic 3)
Regarding the absorbance adopted value (absorbance measurement value) A1 in the concentration value C1 of the calibrator, for example, the average value of the absorbance measurement values used for the creation of the last 10 stored calibration curves and the current calibration curve are used. The measured absorbance is compared. It is determined whether or not the percentage of the comparison result falls within a range that does not include the boundary value. If it does not fall within the range, an error is determined. In

Specifically, the determination formulas of the determination logic 1, the determination logic 2, and the

In addition to these calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic, for other types of calibration curves, the coefficients of the calibration curve, a function indicating whether or not convergence has been performed when a convergence calculation is performed at the time of creation, etc. Provide to the operator for selection.
[0047]
In step A2 shown in FIG. 4, the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic edited / registered for each measurement item is selected, and a judgment value used for the selected calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic is set. For example, the determination logic 1, the determination logic 2, and the

[0049]
In step A3, the quality of the calibration curve is determined according to the logical product of the three types of calibration curve quality determination logic selected in step A2. As a result of the determination in step A3, the determination result (final logic determination result) resulting from the logical product of three types of calibration curve pass / fail determination logic (determination logic 1, determination logic 2, and determination logic 3) in step A4 is an error. When it becomes, it is judged that the calibration curve does not have appropriate accuracy. Therefore, the error level of the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic in which an error has occurred is displayed on the
[0050]
When an error occurs in a plurality of calibration curve pass / fail judgment logics, the error levels set in the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logics in error are compared. As a result of the comparison, the highest error level is displayed on the
[0051]
For example, as a method of notifying the operator of the highest error level, it is possible to provide a voice output unit (not shown) and output the error level by voice.
[0052]
Also, colors can be set in advance for the three error levels described above, and the error level can be displayed on the
[0053]
In the embodiment of the present invention, a predetermined error level is displayed when an error occurs in the determination of the quality of the calibration curve. However, the present invention is not limited to displaying the error level, and it is also possible to display information regarding the content of the error.
[0054]
For example, in the case of the determination logic 2, as described above, the presence / absence of monotonicity for each section is also determined for the calibration curve divided into a plurality of sections. Therefore, if the result of this determination is used to obtain a determination result indicating that there is no monotonicity in a predetermined section, information indicating that section can be displayed on the
[0055]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the following application examples are given for the embodiments of the present invention.
[0056]
(1) The calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic that does not need to be changed for each site such as a laboratory is registered in advance in the automatic analyzer on the equipment manufacturer side or reagent manufacturer side. Furthermore, the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic recommended by equipment manufacturers or reagent manufacturers is distributed to users through recording media (eg, hard disk (HD), floppy disk (FD), magneto-optical recording disk (MO)), communication means, etc. To do. As a result, the user can use a more appropriate calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic, and can perform measurement with high accuracy.
[0057]
(2) In addition, assuming that the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic is changed for each site, the reagent maker recommends the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic recommended by the reagent maker, and the created calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic is recorded on the recording medium. And distributed to users through communication means. Also by this, the user can use more appropriate calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic, and can perform measurement with high accuracy.
[0058]
As described above, it is possible to create an optimal calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic for each measurement item. Also, for a newly developed and applied measurement item, an operator can immediately create and additionally register a calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic for judging pass / fail of a calibration curve used for the measurement item. Furthermore, even if the measurement items are the same, when a stricter check is required depending on the site, the optimal calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic can be used for each site.
[0059]
In addition, the measurement items that can be automatically judged as to whether the calibration curve is good or not are automatically judged as much as possible in the automatic analyzer, so that the number of measurement items that the operator manually checks can be reduced and the burden on the operator is reduced. be able to.
[0060]
Actually, in many cases, calibration is performed first, and then the process proceeds to measurement of a specimen sample. Therefore, in the case where manual confirmation is performed by an operator at the time when calibration is completed, it is difficult to perform calibration again immediately when there is a deficiency in the calibration curve. However, by enhancing the automatic determination function of the calibration curve as in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to reduce useless measurement and to reduce the burden on the operator.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the burden on the operator can be reduced by additionally registering the calibration curve pass / fail judgment logic in the automatic analyzer so that the pass / fail of the calibration curve can be automatically determined.
