【従来の技術】
親綱支柱は建設工事などでの高所作業位置で親綱を掛渡すために使用する金属製の用具であって、図5に示されているように従来からこの親綱支柱1は上端を親綱支持部2とする角柱パイプの支柱本体3とこの支柱本体3の下端において横向きに開いて鉄骨フランジなどの板状部材aが差し入れられる咥え体4とから構成されている。
そして、この親綱支柱1では鉄骨フランジなどの支柱止着部位となる板状部材aに対して取り付け、また使用後には取り外すようにしており、この着脱が行なえるようにするために上記咥え体4は、支柱高さ方向に上アゴ部5と下アゴ部6とが相対してこの上アゴ部5と下アゴ部6とが共に横方向に張り出していて、この咥え体4を側方からみたときに略コ状となるように設けられていた。さらには上アゴ部5に一対のねじ7が設けられていて(図6参照)、このねじの締め付けにより板状部材aを挟持して親綱支柱1が支柱止着部位に固定される構成となっていた(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の親綱支柱1では図6に示すように咥え体4での上アゴ体5は横部材が対になってそれぞれ横方向に張り出しており、この横部材それぞれに上記ねじ7が螺合している。そして前記ねじ7にあっては上アゴ部張出方向に対して直交する方向において離間した状態で並び、上アゴ部張出方向に対して直交する方向の直線上に並ぶ配置となっていた。
そして、高所作業に際して作業者は身に付けた安全帯を安全滑車を介して親綱に掛けるようにし、作業者の移動に伴って前記安全滑車が親綱に係止した状態で移動することになり、作業により親綱が親綱の張設方向と直交する方向に引っ張られることがあっても、このような程度の外力に十分抗する強度を備え、取付も確実なものとされている。
しかしながら、工事現場での取り扱いなどにてこの親綱支柱を落下させるなどして過大な衝撃が加わると、シンプルな棒状を呈する支柱部分とこの支柱形状に対して極めて異形である咥え体との間で応力が集中し、この連結部分で曲りが生じ易くなっている。そのため、この親綱支柱の搬送時や設置時などの取り扱いに注意を要するが、重量物であることからその取り扱いが困難になるという問題があった。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、親綱支柱に対し、過大な外力が加わっても、簡易な構成で連結部分での折れを防止することを課題とし、親綱支柱の損傷が生じ難くなるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、上端を親綱支持部とする支柱本体と横向きに開いて鉄骨フランジなどの板状部材が差し入れられる咥え体とを連結してなり、前記咥え体に設けた一対のねじの締め付けにより前記板状部材を挟持して支柱止着部位に固定される構成とした親綱支柱において、前記支柱本体の咥え体に対する連結部位に、支柱本体の内部側から順に長さ寸法を大きくした複数の金属製角柱体を挿入してなる補強機構部を設けたことを特徴とする親綱支柱を提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図1から図4に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
本実施の形態の一例である図示の親綱支柱1はその基本形態自体は従来のものと同一であり、上端を親綱支持部2とする角柱パイプの支柱本体3とこの支柱本体3の下端において横向きに開いく咥え体4とから構成され、咥え体4自体も支柱高さ方向に上アゴ部5と下アゴ部6とが支柱高さ方向に相対した状態で横方向に張り出し、側方からみたときに略コ状となるように設けられている。

上述したように支柱本体3と咥え体4とからなる本親綱支柱1は前記支柱本体3と咥え体4とに分離可能に構成されているもので、支柱本体3の下部側を差し入れることができるように前記咥え体4には上面を挿入口とする取付部8を備え、この取付部8に支柱本体3の下部を挿入し、ボルト9を咥え体4の側面側からこの咥え体4と支柱本体3とのそれぞれに設けられているボルト孔に貫通配置させてボルト他端側をナットなどにより締付け固定している。このボルト9によって支柱本体3と咥え体4とを分離可能に連結していて、親綱支柱1の保管時などにおいて支柱本体3と咥え体4とを分離して取り扱えるようにしている。

そして、図示されているように支柱本体3にあってはボルト連結部と上記咥え体4の挿入口対応部分とを含むように支柱本体3の内部側から順に長さ寸法を大きくした複数の金属製角柱体10を挿入してなる補強機構部11が構成されている。この補強機構部11における前記角柱体10それぞれは内側の角柱体10が外側の角柱体10の内部に出し入れでき、かつ内側の角柱体10の外面が外側の角柱体10の内面に面接する形状関係としており、この関係は最外方に位置する支柱本体3とその内面に接する角柱体10との間でも成立するように構成されている。
このように支柱本体3にあっては、ボルト連結部と咥え体の挿入口対応部分とを含むように内方から外方にかけて徐々に長さ寸法を大きくした複数の角柱体10からなる補強機構部11を有していて、この補強機構部11において重ねバネ作用を発揮できるようにしている。
このように親綱支柱1の支柱本体3において上記補強機構部11を有して重ねバネ作用を生じることができるようにしているため、設置されている親綱支柱1の支柱本体3に対して大加重を伴う衝撃などが加わることがあっても、その衝撃エネルギーを補強機構部11を吸収し、支柱本体3の咥え体挿入口対応部分での折れや咥え体4のロールを生じさせないようにすることができる。
勿論、親綱支柱1の搬入時や取り扱い時にスラブ上などに落下してぶつかるようなことが生じても、その衝撃エネルギーを上記補強機構部11にて吸収して親綱支柱自体が損傷する可能性を大幅に軽減できる。
