本発明は、視力回復に寄与する眼精疲労軽減用の視力調整シートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現代日常生活においては、テレビジョン、パソコン等の普及により、従来にも増して眼精疲労に悩まされるている人が多くなっている。そして、眼精疲労の際には遠望目視をしていた。また、眼鏡やコンタクトレンズ等の長時間使用による眼精疲労を訴える人も少なくない。さらに、視力回復の為の治療や手術は高価で、経済的負担も強いられるといった問題点も存在する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ただ単に遠景を遠望目視しただけでは疲労が回復されにくく、必ずしも十分な効果は得られない。また、その他の方法では、手間や時間が掛かったり、経済的負担を強いられるといった問題点もある。
本発明は、このような従来の技術に存在する問題点に着目してなされたものである。その目的とするところは、人体に直接装着することなく、安価で容易に眼精疲労を軽減することができる、視力調整シートを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1の発明では不透明なシート本体と、同シート本体に形成された大きさが同一でかつ整然と配置された多数の透孔と、同シート本体の表裏いずれかに形成された貼着面とを備え、同貼着面を透明なガラス面に貼着させた状態で同シート本体を近望目視可能とするとともに同透孔を通して見える遠景を遠望目視可能とするようにする一方、前記シート本体には前記透孔を塞ぐ閉塞部材が併設され、同透孔を同閉塞部材によって開閉することで、前記近望目視のパターンを自由に選択し、実施できるようにしたことを要旨とする。
このように構成すると、人体視覚器において、近望および遠望に対応する為に、毛様体筋(調節筋)の調節により水晶体が湾曲を繰り返し屈折率を変化させる。これによって、視覚器の運動が適度に行なわれる。また、近望および遠望目視導入を補助し、遠景および前記シート本体を見やすくすることができる。更に、使用者は閉塞部材を開閉してパターンを自由に変更して実施することができる。

請求項2の発明では、請求項1の発明の構成に加え、前記シート本体に、近望目視した際焦点が合いやすいように目印が表示されていることを要旨とする。
これによって、上記請求項1の作用に加え、近望目視導入の補助となり、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。

上記請求項1に記載の発明により、疲れ目の際、人体に直接装着することなく、安価で容易に眼精疲労を軽減することができ、遠景およびシート本体を見やすくすることができるとともに使用者は飽きずに使用し続けることができる。請求項2に記載の発明では、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の具体的な実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
(実施の形態1)
まず、図1に基づいて実施形態1の視力調整シート1を説明する。
視力調整シート1は、シート本体3と同シート本体3に形成された多数の透孔4および同シート本体3の表面に表示された目印5によって構成されている。
シート本体3は、材質は紙であること、適当な厚みのある所定サイズの長方形形状であること、不透明であること、配色は緑色系を基調とする。
円形状の各透孔4は、同一形状に形成され、シート本体3に縦横に整然と配置されている。
×印形状の目印5は、シート本体3の表面上に、具体的には隣りあった上下および左右の4つの透孔4の中央に表示されている。
また、シート本体3の裏面は貼着面とされ、ガラス面に貼着する為の固定手段としての粘着テープ8が配設されている。
(実施の形態2)
次に図2に基づいて実施形態2の視力調整シート2を説明する。
シート本体3の材質、形状、配色は前記実施の形態1と同様である。
視力調整用シート2は、シート本体3に形成された多数の透孔としての開口部6および目印5が表示されている同開口部6と同形状の閉塞部材としてのフラップ7によって構成されている。
正方形の各開口部6は、同一形状に形成され、シート本体3に縦横に整然と配置されている。
×印形状の目印5は、開口部6と同形状の閉塞部材としてのフラップ7の中央に表示されている。
フラップ7は、各開口部6毎に配設されている。本実施の形態では、フラップ7の大きさは開口部6と同一とされている。
また、シート本体3の裏面は貼着面とされ、ガラス面に貼着する為の固定手段としての粘着テープ8が配設されている。

次に、図3〜図6に基づいて、上記視力調整シート1,2の使用方法を説明する。
まず、図3に基づいて、代表例として、視力調整シート1の使用方法について説明する。
室内のガラスWの表面内側の所定の位置に、シート本体3の裏面の粘着テープ8の上紙を剥がして貼着する。
人Hは視力調整シート1を近望目視するとともに、透孔4を通して遠方の対象物Oを遠望目視することを交互に行う。
その際、人Hの視覚器Vにおいて、近望および遠望に対応する為に、毛様体筋(調節筋)の調節により水晶体Cが湾曲を繰り返し屈折率を変化させる。これによって視覚器Vの適度な運動が行なわれることとなる。
また、目印5によって、近望目視した際、焦点が合いやすくなり、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。

さらに、その様子を、人Hの視点に立った実施の形態として、図4、図5および図6に示す。
(実施の形態1)
図4に示すように、視力調整シート1においては、透孔4を通して遠方の対象物Oを遠望目視した状態からシート本体3を近望目視した際、目印5によって、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。さらに、遠近の景色がちらつくことで、近望および遠望目視が自然と導入される。
(実施の形態2)
図6に示すように、視力調整シート2は、開口部6を閉塞しているフラップ7を、室内のガラスWの所定の位置に貼着されているシート本体3の面に対して、手前側に垂直に折り曲げて、所望のパターンで使用する。
これによって、図5に示すように、視力調整シート2においては、開口部6を通して遠方の対象物Oを遠望目視した状態からシート本体3を近望目視した際、閉塞状態にあるフラップ7の中央に表示されている目印5によって、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。さらに、遠近の景色がちらつくことで、近望および遠望目視が自然と導入される。
なお、図6では、シート本体3およびガラスWの厚み等詳細は若干誇張して表現されている。

このように構成することで、上記実施の形態では次のような効果が奏される。
(1)実施の形態1においては、シート本体3を近望目視するとともに透孔4を通して見える遠景を遠望目視することを交互に行うことにより、視覚器Vの適度な運動が行なわれ、眼精疲労を軽減させることができる。
(2)実施の形態2においては、シート本体3を近望目視するとともに開口部6を通して見える遠景を遠望目視することを交互に行うことにより、視覚器Vの適度な運動が行なわれ、眼精疲労を軽減させることができる。
(3)実施の形態1および2において、透孔4および開口部6が、大きさは同一でかつ縦横に整然と配置されていることにより、近望および遠望目視導入を補助し、遠景およびシート本体3を見やすくすることができる。
(4)また、実施の形態1および2の目印5によって、近望目視した際、焦点が合いやすくなり、速やかに近望目視状態へと移行することができる。さらに、遠近の景色がちらつくことで、近望および遠望目視が自然と導入される
(5)また、シート本体3の配色を、緑色系を基調とすることによって、特に心理的効果として、眼精疲労の軽減を補助することができる。
(6)実施の形態2において、透孔としての開口部6を、閉塞部材としてのフラップ7によって閉塞する際、パターンを変更できるので、使用者は飽きずに使用し続けることができる。
(7)人体に直接装着することなく、安価で容易に眼精疲労を軽減することができる。
(8)このように眼精疲労を軽減することにより、結果として視力回復の一助にもなる。

なお、この発明は前記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、次のように変更して具体化することも可能である。
・シート本体3の材質は、前記実施の形態では紙としたが、プラスチック、金属その他の素材からなるものであっても構わない。特に可撓性のある素材が好ましい。
・シート本体3の形状、大きさは自由である。
・シート本体3の配色を緑色系としたのは、特に心理的効果を得る為であるから、緑色系以外の配色でも構わない。
・シート本体3のガラス面への固定手段については、前記実施の形態では、シート本体3の裏面は粘着テープ8が配設されているとしたが、粘着テープ8以外の貼着面を備える方法または吸盤の使用、あるいは静止摩擦を利用した貼着方法であってもよい。
・前記実施の形態では、遠方を透視できる視力調整シートの被貼着面として、ガラス面としたが、アクリル樹脂、ポリカーボネート等、透明度(光透過率)が高く、同様に実施可能なものであってもよい。
・透孔4は、前記実施の形態では、シート本体3に縦横に整然と配置されているとしたが、斜め、らせん状、渦巻状等、整然と配置されていれば構わない。
・透孔4の、大きさは同一でなくてもよく自由である。
・透孔4の配列、個数は自由である。
・目印5の形状は一例であって×印以外の文字、図形、絵等であってもよい。
・また、目印5の大きさは自由である。
・実施形態1において、目印5の配列、個数は自由である。
・開口部6の形状は正方形でなくてもよく、自由である。
・開口部6の大きさは自由である。
・開口部6の配列、個数は自由である。
・閉塞部材としてのフラップ7は、フラップ状でなくてもよく、形状は自由である。
・また、フラップ7の大きさは開口部6と同一でなくてもよく、自由である。・また、どの開口部を閉塞するかは自由に選択し、所望のパターンで実施することができる。
・閉塞部材は、シート本体3の材質と異なっていてもよく、自由である。
