Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention (how to carry out the invention) considered to be suitable will be briefly described with reference to the drawings, showing its effects.
[0015]
The grounding body 3 is grounded to the ground 8, and the pile locking portion 5 is locked to an upper portion of the pile 4 driven into the ground 8 exposed from the ground surface.
[0016]
Then, when the long operating body 1 is tilted, the pile locking portion 5 that locks the pile 4 by the lever action with the bearing portion 2 as a fulcrum is activated with a large force to lift the pile 4. Since the pile 4 does not tilt unless it is pulled out so much upward, the pile locking portion 5 moves forward with respect to the grounding body 3, so that the pile locking portion 5 is substantially vertically upward. The pile 4 is lifted in a substantially vertical upward direction and pulled out from the ground 8.
[0017]
That is, when the operating body 1 is tilted, the grounding body 3 that pivotally supports the bearing portion 2 serving as a fulcrum for the lever action does not move with respect to the ground 8, and the pile locking portion 5 that locks the pile 4 moves forward. Therefore, it is very easy to perform the tilting operation of the operating body 1 with respect to the grounding body 3 that is firmly grounded to the ground 8, and a stable lever action is exhibited. Since the pile 4 is pulled out in a substantially vertical upward direction, an extra force is not required as in the case where the pile 4 is lifted obliquely upward with respect to the ground 8, and an efficient pile removing operation is performed.
[0018]
Therefore, it becomes an epoch-making pile remover excellent in practicality that enables the pile 4 to be easily pulled out manually without using costly heavy machinery.
[0019]
Further, for example, the pile locking portion 5 provided with a front locking portion 5A and a rear locking portion 5B that can be locked at the front and rear positions of the pile 4 in an opposed state is rotated up and down with respect to the bearing portion 2. If provided freely, the pile 4 can be securely locked by the front locking portion 5A and the rear locking portion 5B, and the pile locking portion 5 is inclined with respect to the bearing portion 2 even when it is activated. The locking angle with respect to the pile 4 does not change, and the locked state is stably maintained.
[0020]

[0040]
Next, a method for pulling out the pile 4 using this embodiment will be described.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the grounding body 3 is grounded on the ground 8 and the pile 4 driven into the ground is inserted between the front side locking portion 5 </ b> A and the rear side locking portion 5 </ b> B of the pile locking portion 5. Since the interval between the front locking portion 5A and the rear locking portion 5B is larger than the diameter of the pile 4, the pile locking portion 5 is in a state where the front side is lowered and the rear locking portion 5A and the rear The side locking portions 5B are locked to the front and rear surface portions of the pile 4.
[0042]
Next, if the operator body 1 is tilted downward while holding the upper part of the operation body 1 in the standing state, the pile locking portion 5 is lifted upward with a large force by the lever principle with the support shaft 6 of the grounding body 3 as a fulcrum.
[0043]
At this time, the pile locking portion 5 is lifted at the rear end via the bearing portion 2, but the pile 4 is driven into the ground and will not fall down unless it is pulled out considerably upward. The latching portion 5A and the rear latching portion 5B firmly hold and latch.
[0044]
Then, the pile 4 is pulled out from the ground 8 as the pile locking portion 5 rises.
[0045]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pile locking portion 5 is operated to move forward while the operating body 1 is moved down. Thereby, this pile latching | locking part 5 will move ahead, starting, and the pile latching | locking part 5 will be started to the substantially perpendicular | vertical upward direction, and the pile 4 can be pulled out substantially right above.
When all of the piles 4 cannot be removed at once, the operation body 1 that has been lowered is returned to the standing state. Then, the pile locking part 5 slides down along the pile 4 and returns to the original position.
[0046]
Next, when force is applied again and the operating body 1 is lowered, the pile 4 is further pulled out upward. The pile 4 can be extracted from the ground by repeating this operation many times.
[0047]
Accordingly, it is possible to easily pull out the pile 4 manually without using costly heavy machinery.
