Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative fitting that is fixed to clothes, bags, shoes, etc. in a non-removable state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Decorative metal fittings are fixed to clothing, bags, shoes, etc. so as not to be detached or attached to prevent them from being out of shape. For example, jeans pockets, one-point marks on bags and shoes.
[0003]
These metal fittings are composed of a surface decoration metal fitting and a pin for lining, and both are firmly caulked in a state where the cloth is sandwiched.
[0004]
In recent years, as a surface metal fitting, a die-cast wall-thickness has appeared instead of a press-worked thin plate. This is because a thin plate cannot have a complicated design or a deeply carved pattern. For example, it is an example of a thick surface metal fitting obtained by die-casting the metal fitting of Japanese Patent No. 2532875.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned prior art, one of the features is that the tip of the cylindrical leg portion of the surface metal fitting is depressed. In this state, when the metal fitting is immersed in the plating solution and pulled up, the plating solution remains in the cylindrical portion. It was easy to do. When solidified with the plating solution remaining, the shape of the cylindrical leg becomes distorted, and when it is caulked on the clothes together with the backing pin, it cannot be caulked correctly, or the caulking state becomes poor or caulked. It sometimes caused the machine to malfunction.
[0006]
In addition, in this prior art, when attached to clothes or the like, the cylindrical leg and the backing pin are simply caulked, so even in the fixed state, the surface metal fitting is centered on the leg when a certain amount of force is applied. It was rotatable. In many cases, the surface metallurgy pattern and the one-point mark are usually clearly up and down, and it is not preferable in view of rotation to be reversed upside down.
[0007]
The present invention has been made mainly for the purpose of solving these two problems at once.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Decorative fitting of the present invention, the surface metal, which is set on the back, made cylindrical Joashi of Subomari above has an opening at the tip, whole a decorative metal fitting which is die casting, in use in a state in which rotation is prevented with the backing plate (6), in which is fixed in a removable state with respect to the fabric, characterized by providing at least one through-hole in the leg side.
[0009]
The surface metal fitting may have any shape. The through holes are for accelerating the discharge of the plating solution when plating die-cast decorative metal fittings. The number and size of the through holes are within the range that does not weaken the strength of the legs while matching the purpose. , The shape can be selected. Usually, the number of through holes is about 2-5, and the size is about 1-2 mm when the diameter of the leg of the surface metal fitting is about 5 mm. The standard shape is a circle, a triangle, or a rectangle. The decorative metal fitting of the present invention is fixed to the fabric together with the backing metal fitting at the time of use.
[0010]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 2A (a perspective view from the front side) and FIG. 2B (a perspective view from the back side), the

[0013]
At the time of this connection, the through hole bites into the cloth and plays a role of firmly fixing the surface metal fitting to the cloth. Even when there is no through-hole, the bond with the fabric is strong, but the surface metal fitting leg portion is cylindrical, so there is a risk of rotating around this leg portion. As described above, in the case of a pattern with a top and bottom or a one-point mark, it is not preferable that the surface metal fitting is rotated carelessly. In the present invention, as a result of the through hole biting into the fabric, rotation of the surface metal fitting is prevented.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by a simple configuration in which a through hole is provided on the side surface of the surface metal fitting leg, two effects that are independent of each other, that is, discharge of the plating solution and prevention of rotation of the surface metal fitting, are achieved. I can do it.
