Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing pant worn when fishing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, rain pants made of waterproof fabric are mainly used as fishing pants in preparation for splashing water and unexpected rain, but these rain pants are made of waterproof fabric. It has a problem that it is very bad in nature and easily stuffy, and the feeling of wearing is bad. Therefore, when a feeling of wearing is important in summer or the like, a pant made of a hygroscopic fabric excellent in hygroscopicity may be worn instead of such rain pants.
[0003]
By the way, when fishing, when you wait for a long time or when you take a break, you often sit on a rocky place or a breakwater. Since the hygroscopic fabric absorbs moisture and moisture from a rocky place when sitting on the wearer, there is a problem that the wearer's hip may get wet.
[0004]
On the other hand, a waterproof sheet (usually hygroscopic and breathable is lower than the hygroscopic fabric) is sewn inside the pant's hip (the part covering the wearer's hip), and the wearer It may be possible to prevent the hips from getting wet.
However, when a waterproof sheet is sewed on the inside, it is easy to get stuffy or sticky when sweating, so that it is predicted that the feeling of wearing will eventually be lost.
On the other hand, when a waterproof sheet is sewn on the outside of the hip part, the uniformity of color and material with other parts (parts where the waterproof sheet is not sewn) is impaired, and the appearance is impaired. is expected. Moreover, when a waterproof sheet is sewed on the entire outside, it is predicted that the breathability of the fabric constituting the pants is totally hindered, and eventually the feeling of wear is impaired.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing pant that has a good appearance and a feeling of wear and that can be less likely to get the wearer's hips wet.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a fishing pant according to the present invention is a fishing pant comprising a pant body made of a hygroscopic fabric,
On the outside of the pant body, a waterproof cloth member is laminated so as to partially and at least cover the hip part of the pant body,
The waterproof cloth member includes a waterproof sheet disposed on the pant body side and a surface fabric disposed on the front side, and the same type of fabric as the hygroscopic fabric of the pant body is used as the surface fabric. Features.
Since the fishing pants having such a configuration has a structure in which a waterproof member is partially laminated on the pant body, the pant body has an original structure as compared with a case in which the waterproof member is entirely laminated. The degree to which the air permeability provided is inhibited is reduced.
Moreover, since a waterproof member is laminated | stacked on the outer side of a pants main body, compared with the case where a waterproof sheet is sewed on the inner side, a dampness etc. are reduced and a possibility that a feeling of wear may be reduced also decreases.
Furthermore, since the surface fabric of the waterproof member is the same type as the hygroscopic fabric of the pant body, the unity of color and material is not impaired, and the possibility that the appearance is impaired is also reduced.
Therefore, the appearance and the feeling of wearing are relatively good, and the wearer's hips can be less likely to get wet.
[0007]
In the fishing pants of the present invention, it is preferable that the waterproof sheet is bonded to the back side of the surface fabric.
In such fishing pants, since a waterproof sheet is bonded to the back side, water is relatively difficult to permeate into the surface fabric, and spots (stains that can be permeated through the water) are formed in the hips. It will be difficult to stick.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 is a schematic front view showing a fishing pant according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fishing pants of the present embodiment are configured to include a pant body 1 made of a hygroscopic fabric mainly covering the lower body of the wearer.
Here, the hygroscopic dough means that the moisture content of the dough in a standard state (temperature 20 ° C., relative humidity 65%) is 1 or more, preferably 2 or more, more preferably 3.5 or more, This moisture content is calculated | required by measuring the percentage with respect to the absolute dry state mass of the difference of a standard state mass and the absolute dry state (state which became constant weight at 105 +/- 2 degreeC normally). In addition, this hygroscopic fabric is usually higher in air permeability than a waterproof sheet 3 described later.
Specifically as a hygroscopic fabric, the cross-sectional shape of the fiber which comprises 1 type, or 2 or more types of hygroscopic fibers, such as rayon, cupra, acetate, cotton, nylon, triacetate, acrylic, etc. (for example, fiber) Examples thereof include a fabric whose hygroscopicity is improved by an irregular cross-section), a woven structure, post-processing (for example, water absorption processing), or the like.
The hygroscopic fabric is usually water-repellent so as to repel rain and the like.
[0009]
A waterproof cloth member 5 is laminated on the pant body 1 only on the outer side and partially, and the waterproof cloth member 5 covers at least the outer side of the hip part 1 a of the pant body 1. The pants body 1 is mainly exposed except for the portion where the waterproof cloth member 5 is laminated.
Here, the waterproof cloth member 5 normally does not allow permeation of water at normal pressure, and preferably exhibits a water pressure resistance of 500 mm or more by a static water pressure method (JIS L1092 B method).
The waterproof cloth member 5 preferably has a crotch length of 5 to 30 cm, more preferably 5 to 15 cm, and a crotch length of preferably 10 to 20 cm, more preferably 10 to 15 cm in a state of being laminated on the pant body 1. Set to range.
[0010]
The waterproof cloth member 5 includes a waterproof sheet 3 disposed on the pant body 1 side and a surface fabric 2 disposed on the front side, as shown in FIGS. It is composed by adhering to.
[0011]
As the surface fabric 2, a fabric of the same type as the hygroscopic fabric of the pant body 1 is adopted.
Here, the same kind of fabric means that the raw material fibers, weaving method (knitting method) and color are the same, that is, the fabric and dyeing standards are exactly the same.
[0012]
The waterproof sheet 3 is a sheet that does not allow water to pass under normal pressure, and as the sheet, a synthetic resin sheet, specifically, a vinyl resin sheet, an acrylic resin sheet, a urethane resin sheet, or a fluorine resin sheet is used. Can be mentioned.
The waterproof sheet is usually provided with an infinite number of holes having a diameter (maximum diameter) of 0.3 to 10 μm, and although the breathability is lower than that of the hygroscopic fabric, sweat (water vapor) from the inside is transmitted. It is comprised so that.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the pant body 1 has a main body short pan portion 6 that covers from the waist of the wearer to the knee, and a tubular shape that extends downward from the lower end of the main body short pan portion 6 and covers the wearer's shin. The main body short bread | pan part 6 and the skirt part 7 are detachable via the slide fastener 20, for example.
The body short pan 6 includes a waist piece 11 that covers the back side of the wearer's waist, a hip piece 12 that extends downward from the lower end of the waist piece 11 and covers the back side of the hip and upper thigh, and a hip piece 12. The thigh piece 13 that extends downward from the lower end and covers the back side from the upper thigh of the wearer to the knee, and the waist piece 11, the hip piece 12, and both side edges of the thigh piece 13 are sewn on the wearer. The front piece 14 covers the front side of the knee from the waist, and the belt piece 15 is sewn along the upper end portions of the waist piece 11 and the front piece 14 and is configured to be stretchable.
[0014]
The skirt 7 includes a skirt front piece (not shown) that covers the front side of the shin and a hem rear piece 7a that covers the back side of the shin, and these both sides are stitched together to form a cylinder.
[0015]
The waterproof cloth member 5 is laminated on the hip piece 12 by sewing as shown in FIGS. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the end portion of the waterproof cloth member 5 is placed between the end portion of the hip piece 12 and the end portion of the front piece 14 which are put on the outside of the hip piece 12 and stitched together. In a state of being interposed, these are stitched to form a state of being laminated on the outer side of the hip piece 12.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof cloth member 5 includes a pair of left and right left pieces 5a and 5b in a stacked state, and these are sewn together at the center side end portions. Has been. Moreover, the sealing tape 21 is stuck to the back surface side of the stitched portion to prevent water penetration from the seam.
[0017]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the fishing pants of the present embodiment include an outer pocket 22 disposed on the outer side of the waterproof cloth member 5 and an inner pocket 23 provided on the inner side of the waterproof cloth member 5 as appropriate. It has been.
The inner pocket 23 is configured so that the waterproof cloth member 5 is cut and the object to be accommodated can be accommodated in a bag disposed inside the waterproof cloth member 5, so that the object can be prevented from getting wet. . Therefore, it is suitable for accommodating an object to be stored that should not be wet.
The outer pocket 22 is configured by appropriately sewing a hygroscopic fabric on the outer side of the waterproof cloth member 5, and there is no possibility of water collecting inside the pocket even when a wet article is accommodated. Therefore, it is suitable for accommodating wet objects.
[0018]
The fishing pants according to the present embodiment are configured as described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration, and the design can be changed as appropriate.
For example, in the present embodiment, the waterproof cloth member 5 is laminated only on a part of the back side of the main body short bread portion 6 (that is, the hip piece), but is laminated on the entire rear side of the main body short bread portion 6. Even within the intended scope of the present invention.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fishing pants according to the present invention have a good appearance and a good feeling of wear, and can be less likely to wet the wearer's hip.
