Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toilet seat cleaning device in a Western-style toilet for automatically cleaning and drying a dirty toilet seat after use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-146378 discloses a toilet seat cleaning device for a Western-style toilet bowl that cleans the toilet seat surface at once and then dries it. In this structure, a toilet seat is pivotally attached to one side of the toilet bowl, and a toilet seat cover that covers the upper surface of the toilet seat is provided to be openable and closable. A fountain hole and a blower hole are provided on the back surface of the toilet seat cover. The toilet seat was washed by jetting water or the like, and further air was jetted from the air blowing hole to dry the toilet seat.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-146378 adjusts the ejection time, amount, and temperature of water and air with an adjustment switch when the toilet seat is washed. Then, after closing the toilet seat cover after using the Western-style toilet, if the start switch is pressed, the cleaning device is activated, and water is ejected from the fountain hole to clean the upper surface of the toilet seat. Thereafter, air is automatically blown from the blow hole to dry the toilet seat. After a while, the toilet seat is washed and kept clean. Since the cleaning device is configured to operate by closing the toilet seat cover in this way, when water is sprayed from the rear edge of the toilet seat cover, the water on the toilet seat surface is likely to flow out and air is blown. As a result, water attached to the toilet seat easily splattered to the outside, requiring waterproofing, and complete waterproofing was difficult. Furthermore, although the toilet seat is washed with water, it is difficult to sterilize with this structure because sterilization is not described anywhere and an apparatus for sterilization is unknown. In addition, since each fountain hole is provided with a water supply pipe and each blast hole is provided with one blast pipe, there are problems such as a large number of pipes and a complicated overall structure.
[0004]

It is good to make it.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment will be described based on this drawing. (1) is a Western-style general toilet. (2) is a toilet seat mounted on the toilet bowl (1) so that it can be lifted. A shaft (5a), which will be described later, is passed through and fixed to the back end of the toilet seat (2), and this shaft (5a ) Is pivotally supported by a cleaning plate (3) to be described later. (3) is a lid-shaped cleaning plate that is erected and fixed on the back side of the upper surface of the toilet bowl (1) and that can store the toilet seat (2). The periphery of the cleaning plate (3) is as shown in FIG. It is preferable to attach a waterproof rubber packing (3a). (4) is a substantially circular injection pipe arranged inside the washing plate (3) and along the shape of the toilet seat (2). The injection pipe (4) is injected onto the surface of the toilet seat (2). A large number of injection holes (4a) are provided. The injection holes (4a) may be formed not only one by one at an appropriate interval but also two by two in the vertical or horizontal direction. (5) is toilet seat drive means provided for the toilet seat (2) to be lifted from the upper surface of the toilet bowl (1) and stored in the washing plate (3). The toilet seat drive means (5) includes A shaft (5a) for penetrating and fixing the back end of the toilet seat (2) and supporting it on the cleaning plate (3), and a worm wheel (5b) fixed to one end of the shaft (5a) And a worm (5c) meshed with the worm wheel (5b), a drive motor (5d) for rotating the worm (5c), and a cover (5e). The drive motor (5d) is operated by a command from a control box (7) described later.
[0008]
(6) is an injection means provided for injecting steam or air into the injection hole (4a). The injection means (6) includes a steam generator (61), a fan (62), steam and air. It consists of an electromagnetic switching valve (63) for switching. The steam generator (61) includes a pump (61a) for supplying the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank (8), and a heat source apparatus (61b) using an electromagnetic wave, a heater, a Peltier element, etc. that heats the cleaning liquid into steam. ) (7) is a control box for controlling the operation of the toilet seat drive means (5), the injection means (6) and the like, and in the control box (7), the injection time and temperature of steam and air are set in advance. A cleaning process program is stored. (8) is a cleaning liquid tank in which the cleaning liquid supplied by the pump (61a) is placed, and an inlet (8a) is provided on the upper surface thereof. (9) is a sensor that senses that a person has left the toilet (1), and serves as an operation switch for the toilet seat drive means (5). (10) is a mat sensor and should be used instead of the sensor (9). (11) is a display unit for displaying characters such as “washed” or “disinfected” on the surface of the toilet seat (2), and the characters may be displayed so as to be raised by a lamp or liquid crystal. (12) is a switch provided between the lower part of the toilet seat (2) and the upper surface of the toilet (1), and this switch (12) is for turning off the display unit (11).
[0009]
Next, a method of using the present invention will be described. First, when a person leaves the toilet (1) after use, a signal from the sensor (9) or mat sensor (10) is sent to the control box (7), and a command is sent from the control box (7) to the toilet seat drive means (5). Will be sent. Then, the drive motor (5d) is actuated to rotate the worm (5c), thereby rotating the worm wheel (5b) meshing with the worm (5c), rotating the shaft (5a), and further rotating the toilet seat (2). At this time, the toilet seat (2) is rotated about the axis (5a), lifted up like a two-dot chain line shown in FIG. 2 and opened upward, and further lifted and stored in the washing plate (3) like a one-dot chain line. The Then, the drive motor (5d) stops. This completes preparation for cleaning the toilet seat (2). A command from the control box (7) is sent to the injection means (6).
[0010]
The effect | action of this injection means (6) is demonstrated based on FIG. First, the state of the electromagnetic switching valve (63) is in the position shown in FIG. 4 (a), and nothing is supplied to the injection pipe (4). Next, when a command from the control box (7) is sent to the injection means (6), the electromagnetic switching valve (63) is switched to the position shown in FIG. 4 (b), and the pump (61a) and the heater are used. The heat source device (61b) is activated. Then, first, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank (8) is passed through the heat source device (61b) by the pump (61a), whereby the cleaning liquid is heated and becomes high-pressure steam. The steam is supplied to the spray pipe (4), and the steam is sprayed from the spray holes (4a) onto the surface of the toilet seat (2) to start the cleaning and heat sterilization operations (see FIG. 3). The steam hits the surface of the toilet seat (2), falls as water droplets, and the water droplets are naturally guided and collected inside the toilet (1), so that the surroundings hardly get wet with water droplets. It is preferable to attach the rubber packing (3a) shown in Fig. 2 so that the steam does not go out. However, even if there is no rubber packing (3a), the steam only goes out from the upper part of the cleaning plate (3). In the vicinity of the toilet (1), there is almost no fear of water droplets adhering to it.
[0011]
When the injection of steam elapses for a predetermined time, the pump (61a) and the heat source device (61b) are stopped and the electromagnetic switching valve (63) is switched to the position shown in FIG. 4 (c), and steam is discharged from the injection hole (4a). Stop. Then, the fan (62) is operated, air is supplied to the injection pipe (4), air is injected from the respective injection holes (4a) onto the surface of the toilet seat (2), and the drying operation is started. At this time, the air is preferably jetted in a heated state, but in the present invention, it is washed with steam, so that it is sufficiently dried even if it is not heated air. When the predetermined time has elapsed, the fan (62) is stopped and the electromagnetic switching valve (63) is returned to the position shown in FIG. 4 (a) to clean the toilet seat (2) surface. The work is complete. Thereafter, a command is sent from the control box (7) to the toilet seat drive means (5).
[0012]
When a command is sent from the control box (7) to the toilet seat drive means (5), the drive motor (5d) is first activated. At this time, the direction of rotation of the drive motor (5d) is reverse to the front, and by rotating the worm (5c), the toilet seat (2) is reverse to the front through the worm wheel (5b) and the shaft (5a). It is rotated in the direction. Then, the toilet seat (2) is lowered and closed as indicated by a two-dot chain line shown in FIG. 2, and is further closed and comes on the toilet (1). At this time, characters such as “washed” or “disinfected” are highlighted and displayed on the display section (11) on the surface of the toilet seat (2). Therefore, since the next person can visually recognize that the toilet seat (2) is kept clean, the user can sit on the toilet seat (2) with confidence. When a person sits on the toilet seat (2), the switch (12) is activated by the weight of the person and the display on the display section (11) disappears. Thereafter, when the person who uses the device leaves the toilet (1), the cleaning operation is automatically performed as described above, and characters are displayed on the display unit (11) after the cleaning is completed. Thus, the signal from the sensor (9) or the mat sensor (10) is sent to the control box (7), so that the cleaning operation is automatically performed according to a preset program (not shown).
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above and has the effects described below.
[0014]
The toilet seat (2) is attached to the toilet bowl (1) so that it can be lifted as in
[ 0015 ]
As the steam generator (61), the pump (61a) for supplying the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank (8) and the electromagnetic wave, the heater, the Peltier element, etc. that heat the cleaning liquid into steam are used. By using the heat source device (61b), the cleaning liquid can be always secured. Further, when the cleaning liquid is heated to be vapor, if an electromagnetic wave or a Peltier element is used as the heat source device (61b), temperature control is easy and there is almost no fear of fire. If a heater is used as the heat source device (61b), the structure is simple and easy to obtain, so that it can be made inexpensive and easy to maintain. [ 0016 ]
