Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grease interceptor for separating wastewater containing oil and fat generated from kitchens and other kitchens, gas stations, and the like into oil and water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional grease interceptor, one in which a single separator is provided at the bottom of an intermediate portion provided between the inflow portion partition plate and the outflow portion partition plate of the main body of the interceptor is known.
[0003]
However, the conventional grease interceptor has a drawback in that sufficient oil-water separation is not performed and a part of oil and fat is mixed into the effluent.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present inventor has completed the present invention as a result of various studies on the structure of a grease interceptor that can suitably perform oil-water separation even by fluctuations in the amount of inflow of waste water.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention provides an inflow portion partitioning space in which an inflow portion is provided on one side of the interceptor body, an outflow portion is provided on the other side, and the inflow water is allowed to pass through the bottom portion of the interceptor body. A plate is provided, and an outflow section partition plate is provided on the outflow portion side so that inflow water can pass through the bottom of the interceptor body with a gap between the outflow portion, and the inflow section partition plate and the outflow section partition plate A grease interceptor characterized in that an inclined plate or a vertical plate is provided below the water surface of an intermediate portion provided therebetween, and a plurality of partition plates are provided at the bottom.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the grease interceptor of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited only to the following description.
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing an example of a grease interceptor according to the present invention.
A drainage inflow portion 2 is provided at the top of the interceptor body 1 having a rectangular box shape, and an outflow portion 3 is provided at the other side.
An inflow portion partitioning plate 4 is provided on the inflow portion 2 side with an interval. At that time, a gap is provided between the tip 5 of the inflow section partition 4 and the bottom 6 of the interceptor body 1, and the gap between the tip 5 and the bottom 6 of the inflow section partition 4 is provided. Allow the drainage to flow freely.
[0007]
In addition, the outflow section partitioning plate 7 is also provided on the outflow section 3 side at intervals similar to the inflow section 2 side. The leading end 8 of the outflow section partitioning plate 7 is spaced so that drainage freely flows between the bottom portion 6 and the inflowing section partitioning plate 4.
[0008]
The intermediate portion 9 provided between the inlet compartment diaphragm 4 and the outlet side section diaphragm 7 provided inclined plate or vertical plate 10 below the water surface. And this inclination board 10 needs to incline in the reverse direction to the flow direction of waste_water | drain. Inclined plate or vertical plate 10 may be partitioned out when one plate-shaped body is parallel number at intervals, the interval portions of the plate-shaped body and a plate-like body of the inclined plate into a number of compartments it can.
Various materials such as synthetic resin, wood, metal, oil adsorbing sheet can be used as the material of the inclined plate 10.
Also by inclined plates or vertical plate 10 of bellows structure stretchable becomes freely, versatility can accommodate is increased to different interceptor body 1 of one of the inclined plate or vertical plate 10 in size.
[0009]
If the inclined plates or vertical plate 10 of the bellows structure is a scraper 11 is provided on the outlet side of the inclined plate or vertical plates 10, spacing portion 12 of the inclined plate or vertical plate 10 by moving the inlet side at the time of oil recovery The thickness of the oil and fat accumulated in the oil can be increased, and the oil and fat can be easily recovered.
[0010]
Further, a partition plate 13, 13 ', 13 "is provided on the bottom 6 of the intermediate portion 9 of the interceptor body 1. This partition plate may be fixed or detachable. In FIG. Although the case where the partition plate is installed is shown, more may be installed.
[0011]
Each of the partition plates may be the same height or may be all different, and may be appropriately selected and combined depending on the scale of the grease interceptor, the amount of drainage (flowing water speed), and the like.
Various materials such as synthetic resin and metal can be used as the material of the partition plate.
[0012]
For example, an inlet pipe 14 is connected to the inflow portion 2 of the interceptor body 1 to carry drainage flowing from, for example, a kitchen. The introduction tube 14 may be a tube or a groove.
[0013]
A detachable basket 15 is provided in a chamber partitioned by the interceptor body 1 and the inflow section partitioning plate 4. This is for separating the solid content in the wastewater discharged from the kitchen or the like.
As the material of the basket 15, gold steel, punching metal or the like is used. The size of the holes in the basket 15 is, for example, about 6 mesh for gold steel, and 3φ × 5P, 4φ × 6P, 5φ × 8P, etc. for punching metal. You can select one.
[0014]
Further, when a groove-shaped pipe is used for the introduction pipe 14, a plurality of concave portions are provided in the groove-shaped pipe, and the basket 15 can be provided here. In this case, the installation of the basket 15 provided in the interceptor body 1 can be omitted.
[0015]
Further, the solid content separated from the drainage was normally collected in the basket 15 every month, but it was a problem due to the generation of odors. This makes it easy to collect the solids and collect them before the odor is generated.
[0016]
A trap 16 is provided in the outflow portion 3 of the interceptor body 1, and an outflow pipe 17 is connected thereto.
[0017]
A lid 18 is provided on the upper portion of the interceptor body 1 to prevent odor diffusion and prevent a person from falling down and ensure safety.
[0018]
Next, a method for treating waste water discharged from a kitchen or the like using the grease interceptor of the present invention will be described.
The waste water containing the oil and fat is conveyed to the inflow portion 2 of the interceptor body 1 by the introduction pipe 14 and flows into the intermediate portion 8 through the basket 15. At this time, solids such as cooked rice grains contained in the waste water are separated by the basket 15.
[0019]
Interceptor apparatus wastewater flowed to the middle portion 8 of the body 1, interceptor body bottom 6 septum plate 13, 13 provided in the 'is decelerated by 13 ", and Kalman vortex in the rear surface portion of the Kaku隔plate Since the water flow is further decelerated from the occurrence, the residence time in the intermediate portion is lengthened, and the oil-water separation is effectively performed.
[0020]
The fat in the waste water rises in the intermediate portion 9, To促Sareru between the inclined plate or vertical plate 10 and the inclined plate or vertical plate 10. The drainage from which the oil and fat has been removed in the intermediate portion 9 passes through the lower portion of the outflow section partitioning plate 7 and is led out to the outside through an outflow pipe 17 from a trap 14 provided in the next chamber.
[0021]
In this way, when a certain degree fats are accumulated between the inclined plate or vertical plate 9, the separated oil after an operation such as increasing the oil layer shortens the inclined plate or vertical plates 10 as described above to recover.
[0022]
As a method of recovering the separated oil and fat, it may be collected with a ladle, or it may be recovered by throwing an oil adsorbing mat, but the oil adsorbing mat is submerged near the scraper 11 and the oil and fat are adsorbed and then pulled up. When collected, it can be completed in one operation without polluting the surroundings. Further, it is economical because it can be used repeatedly by squeezing the oil content of the oil adsorption mat.
[0023]
There is also a suction recovery method as a method for recovering oils and fats. For example, an oil suction tool 20 having an umbrella-shaped oil suction part 19 as shown in FIG. 2 can be used, and the oil suction part 19 can be brought close to the oil layer to suck only the oil content on the surface layer.
[0024]
It is possible to further recover oil by simply removing the inclined plate or vertical plate 10 of the tilt plate or vertical plate 10 when the recovery of oil by adjusting an oil suction mat. Again, it can be used repeatedly by squeezing the oil.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
By using the grease interceptor of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently separate the fats and oils from the waste water containing the fats and oils discharged from the kitchen and the like, and it is possible to easily collect the separated fats and oils.
