本発明が解決しようとするところは上記の問題点を解決し、金属製のブラケットを使用することをなくして軽量化と部品点数の減少を図るとともに、取付工数を削減してコストダウンが可能な、アシストグリップがドアパネルに内張りしたドアトリムに設けられた車両用ドアを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明の車両用ドアは、ドアパネルに内張りしたドアトリム表面にアシストグリップ部材を取付けた車両用ドアにおいて、前記アシストグリップ部材は、グリップ部とその背部両側に配される連結脚部と前記グリップ部と対向する台座部とが一体成形されている合成樹脂材よりなる長枠状で、前記台座部にねじ止め用の脚片が備えられたものであり、この長枠状のアシストグリップ部材をその台座部がドアパネルに内張りされるドアトリムの前面に位置するとともにこの台座部に備えられている前記脚片がドアトリムに設けられている脚片挿入用の隙間を通じてドアトリムの裏側に沿って挿入された状態に組み込まれて、ドアトリムの前面から前記脚片を通じてドアパネルに達するようにねじ込んだ1本のねじ部材により前記アシストグリップ部材と共にドアトリムをドアパネルに取付けてあることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の好ましい実施形態を図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

なお、前記したアシストグリップ部材1を下部ドアトリム2と共にドアパネル3に取付けるには、先ず、ドアパネル3に上部ドアトリム9を常法により取付たうえ、アシストグリップ部材1をその台座部5がドアパネル3に取付られた前記上部ドアトリム9の下方部前面からドアパネル3に内張りされるように添わせた下部ドアトリム2の上方部前面にわたるようにして、この台座部5の脚片7を前記した上部ドアトリム9と下部ドアトリム2との間に形成される脚片挿入用の隙間10を通じて下部ドアトリム2の裏面に沿って挿入させる。そして、前記した下部ドアトリム2の下方の取付部11に設けてある取付孔12に前側からねじ部材13を挿入して、このねじ部材13を前記脚片7に設けてあるねじ挿入孔8を通じてドアパネル3に達するようにねじ込めば、グリップ部材1は下部ドアトリム2と共にドアパネル3に取付けられることとなるのである。なお、前記例では脚片挿入用の隙間10を形成する切欠を上部ドアトリム9の下縁に設けてあるが、下部ドアトリム2の上縁に設けてもよいし、上部ドアトリム9と下部ドアトリム2とが一体化されたものにおいては、切欠ではなく長孔とすればよいことは勿論である。
