【従来技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
出願人は実用新案出願公告平成4年第16677号に体液導入側回路のメインチューブから洗浄液をチューブ内に順次導入してチューブ内の洗浄を行うことのできる体液処理用回路を提案した。
最近、上記実用新案は各社により図4のような形態で商品化されている。

そこで本発明者らは以上の課題を解決するために鋭意検討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の体液処理用回路1の概略図である。体液処理用回路1は先端にコネクタ4を装着したメインチューブ2の途中に分岐部3を配置し、これに途中にストッパー6を装着した分岐チューブ5を介して輸液容器の接続部材10及び洗浄チューブ12を装着したチャンバー7を接続することにより構成される。
チャンバー7は上部に接続部材10を一体に成形した上キャップ8と下部に下キャップ9が装着されている。下キャップ9には前記分岐チューブ5の先端が接続されるとともに先端にコネクタ13を装着し途中にストッパー14を装着した洗浄チューブ12の後端部が接続されている。

また前記分岐チューブ5と洗浄チューブ12のどちらか一方に前記外付のストッパー6、14を装着し、該ストッパー6、14を装着していない分岐チューブ5または洗浄チューブ12のどちらか一方に外圧により破断して分岐チューブ5または洗浄チューブ12の液体流路を開通させることのできるいわゆる内付のストッパー16を装着することができる。これらのストッパー16の一例として図3に示す連通部材16が使用される。連通部材16は小径部17と大径部19を薄肉部18を介して一体に形成され大径の連結チューブ15の中に装填されて、分岐チューブ5(洗浄チューブ12)の間に配置される。図3の連通部材16は内付ストッパーの一例であり、連通部材と同様の作用効果を奏するものであればあらゆる形態の内付ストッパーを採用することができる。

次に体液処理用回路1の使用方法の一例について説明する。
コネクタ4とコネクタ13を接続してメインチューブ2と洗浄チューブ12を連通させる。接続部材10に輸液容器の口部を接続し、ストッパー6を閉、ストッパー14を開にして、接続部材10より洗浄用の輸液をチャンバー7内に導入し、さらに洗浄チューブ12、コネクタ13、コネクタ4を経てメインチューブ2内に導入し、コネクタ4からメインチューブ2の分岐部3付近まで洗浄を行う。

本発明の体液処理用回路1は従来の体液処理用回路31と比較して部品点数(チューブの数)が減少し、コストダウンを図ることができる。また組立が容易で使用に際してもチューブがからみあうことなく洗浄操作等を容易に行うことができる。
