Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a visually-impaired marker for guiding a visually handicapped person disposed in an indoor passage where a carpet or the like is laid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 9 (see Utility Model Registration No. 3013266), the conventional configuration of this type of visually-impaired guidance marker used indoors allows the mounting plate a to bend inward and outward by a dividing groove. The holding protrusion b is formed, and a locking edge e protruding inward is formed on the lower surface of the marker body d attached to the upper part thereof, and the locking edge e is formed on the upper edge of the holding protrusion b. By engaging with the protruding locking projection c, the marker body d is connected to the mounting plate a, and the edge of the carpet x is sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the marker body d and the mounting plate a. What has been proposed has been proposed.
[0003]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10 (see Utility Model Registration No. 3003701), a configuration is proposed in which a connecting hole i is formed at the center of the marker h, and a screw j is screwed to the floor from the connecting hole i.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional configuration, the former configuration is such that the marker body d is held so that it cannot be separated upward at a position where it engages with the locking projection c. The carpet x having a thickness equal to or larger than the gap is not applicable, and when the thin carpet x is applied, the marker body d cannot be stably held.
[0005]
Further, in the latter configuration, since the floor is fixed by the screw j, there is a fatal defect that the floor is damaged.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a marker for guiding a visually impaired person that can solve such a conventional problem.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a marker main body formed by projecting a connecting rod having a plurality of engaging teeth formed along the axial direction on the peripheral surface is formed on the lower surface of the marker plate exposed on the carpet, and the connecting rod is press-fitted. The holding cylinder portion, in which the engagement teeth bite into the inner peripheral surface, is connected to the mounting plate formed from the substrate, and the edge of the carpet is sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate. This is a marker for guiding visually impaired persons.
[0008]
Here, the edge of the carpet is positioned between the periphery of the marker plate and the substrate, and the upper surface of the marker plate is pressed. As a result, the connecting rod is press-fitted into the holding cylinder, and the edge of the carpet is held between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate. At this time, the tooth tip of the engaging tooth bites into the inner peripheral surface of the holding cylinder portion, and the separation is prevented. Thus, since the marker body can be held in a stepless manner, it can be used almost independently of the carpet thickness.
[0009]
In such a configuration, if the marker body is made of metal and the mounting plate is made of synthetic resin, the bite of the engaging teeth of the connecting rod is easily ensured by the difference in hardness. At this time, the holding cylinder part is elastically expanded by the engaging teeth. However, if the restoring holding force is too weak, the holding cylinder part expands easily, the holding of the connecting rod becomes insufficient, and the marker body is detached. It becomes easy to do. Therefore, reinforcing ribs are coupled around the holding cylinder portion at appropriate intervals. Thereby, it is possible to press-fit the connecting rod and to impart an appropriate restoring holding force that is not easily removed to the holding cylinder portion. If the thickness of the holding cylinder part is excessively increased instead of the reinforcing rib, the holding cylinder part does not expand, and it becomes difficult to press-fit the connecting rod.
[0010]
Further, as a connecting means for the connecting rod of the marker body and the holding cylinder portion of the mounting plate, the holding cylinder portion of the mounting plate has an engaging hole formed in the vertical direction, and a locking protrusion is inserted into the engaging hole. It is good also as a structure which the front-end | tip of a latching protrusion piece engages and connects with the engaging tooth of the connecting rod which was formed and was inserted in the engagement hole.
[0011]
Even in this configuration, since the marker main body is appropriately held at a height position, the allowable width of the thickness of the carpet sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate is widened.
[0012]
In each of the above-described configurations, a misalignment protrusion that bites into the lower surface of the carpet may be formed on the surface of the substrate. In this case, the shift prevention protrusion bites into the hard layer (lower layer) of the carpet sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate, and the end portion thereof is held. At this time, for example, it is conceivable to form a misalignment protrusion on the lower surface of the marker body, but in this case, since it bites into the soft part of the carpet surface, the holding to the tensile force becomes insufficient, The effect of preventing misalignment is weak. Therefore, the support of the carpet is optimal by forming the misalignment projection on the surface of the substrate.
[0013]
In each configuration, the connecting rod can be constituted by a male screw rod, and the male screw teeth can be used as engaging teeth. In such a configuration, when the visually impaired person guidance marker must be removed when replacing the carpet or the like, the marker main body is rotated by reverse rotation of the marker main body, thereby causing the marker main body to spiral. Can be easily detached.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0015]
A visually-impaired person guidance marker 1 a according to the present invention includes a marker body 2 and a mounting plate 10. The marker body 2 is made of metal, and includes a disc-shaped marker plate 3 exposed on the carpet, which is formed in a circular shape (see FIG. 3) according to the standards defined in the regulations. A large number of engagement teeth 7 (male screw teeth) are formed on a connecting rod 8 formed of a screw rod formed along the axial direction. The marker plate 3 has a peripheral edge that hangs downward, has the peripheral edge as a restraining edge 5, and includes a circular anti-slip surface 4 in the central region. The anti-slip surface 4 is formed with a lattice-like groove or the like in order to increase the sliding resistance. With this anti-slip surface 4, a visually handicapped person can easily confirm the location of the visually impaired person guidance marker 1a.
[0016]
The mounting plate 10 is made of synthetic resin, includes a circular substrate 11 held on the floor surface with an adhesive or the like, and further has a holding cylinder portion 12 protruding from the center of the substrate 11.
[0017]
An engagement hole 13 into which the connecting rod 8 is inserted is formed in the holding cylinder portion 12 in the vertical direction. The inner diameter of the engagement hole 13 is made slightly smaller than the tip diameter of the connection rod 8 so that the connection rod 8 is press-fitted and the engagement teeth 7 are bitten into the inner peripheral surface thereof. Further, around the holding cylinder portion 12, six reinforcing ribs 14 are coupled to each other with the lower surface supported by the substrate 11. When the connecting rib 8 is press-fitted into the engaging hole 13 by the reinforcing rib 14, the holding cylinder portion 12 is expanded to enable the press-fitting and to provide an appropriate restoring holding force. The detachment of the connecting rod 8 is prevented.
[0018]
FIG. 6 shows a modified mounting plate 10 ′ in which an annular ring 16 is formed to connect the edges of the reinforcing ribs 14, and the reinforcing ribs 14 are linked to each other by the annular ring 16 to hold the holding cylinder. The part 12 will be reinforced. That is, in the above-described configuration, the reinforcing ribs 14 cannot have a sufficient restoring holding force against the force in the expanding direction, but the appropriate restoring holding force is ensured by the annular ring 16, and the connection The detachment due to the tension of the flange 8 can be prevented.
[0019]
On the other hand, on the upper surface of the substrate 11, as shown in FIG. 5, four misalignment projections 18 are projected at equal angular intervals. The misalignment protrusions 18 are arranged such that the radius of the marker plate 3 and the center of the misalignment protrusions 18 are such that the restraining edge 5 is positioned on the misalignment protrusions 18 in a state where the marker body 2 is fixed to the mounting plate 10. The position from is almost the same. The misalignment projection 18 is inserted into the hard lower surface of the carpet x to prevent the carpet x from shifting.
[0020]
Next, the attachment procedure of the visually impaired person guidance marker 1a having such a configuration will be described. First, holes in which the reinforcing ribs 14 or the annular rings 16 are fitted into the carpet x are formed at appropriate intervals, and the holes are fitted on the holding cylinder part 12 and the reinforcing ribs 14 or the annular ring 16 to hold the holding cylinder parts. 12 etc. are projected from the upper surface of the carpet x. Then, after the lower end of the connecting rod 8 of the marker body 2 is aligned with the mouth end of the engaging hole 13, the marker plate 3 is pressed and the connecting rod 8 is press-fitted into the engaging hole 13. At this time, the holding cylinder portion 12 is given an appropriate restoring holding force by the reinforcing ribs 14 and the annular ring 16, so that it expands and allows the connecting rod 8 to be pressed into the engaging hole 13. Then, the engaging teeth 7 bite into the inner surface of the engaging hole 13, the marker body 2 is positioned steplessly, and the restraining edge 5 around the marker plate 3 is pressed against the upper surface of the carpet x. A misalignment projection 18 positioned immediately below the restraining edge 5 is inserted into the hard layer below the carpet x, whereby the edge of the carpet x around the hole is sandwiched between the substrate 11 and the restraining edge 5 and misaligned. A stop is given. Thereafter, the lower surfaces of the mounting plates 10 and 10 'of the marker 1a held on the carpet x are fixed on the floor on which the carpet x is laid with an adhesive or the like.
[0021]
In such a configuration, the marker body 2 is positioned according to the thickness of the carpet x by the hitting pressure, and is pressed against the carpet x, so there is no limitation on the thickness of the carpet x. Good and versatile.
[0022]
On the other hand, in this configuration, the connecting rod 8 is constituted by a male screw rod, and the male screw tooth is used as the engaging tooth 7. For this reason, when the visually-impaired person guidance marker 1a has to be removed when replacing the carpet x, the marker main body 2 is reversely rotated, so that the marker main body 2 is rotated by the helical guide action of the male screw teeth. Can be easily detached.
[0023]
7 and 8 show the visually impaired person guiding marker 1b of the second embodiment.
In this embodiment, the marker body 2 has the same configuration as described above, and the metal mounting plate 20 is made of metal. The metal mounting plate 20 is manufactured by pressing a metal plate. A holding cylinder portion 22 having an engagement hole 23 on the inner side is formed on the substrate 21, and two locations are provided on the peripheral surface thereof. It is cut into a U-shape and folded inward, thereby projecting the locking protrusions 24, 24 in an opposing manner.
[0024]
In this configuration, when the connecting rod 8 of the marker body 2 is press-fitted into the holding cylinder portion 22, the locking protrusions 24, 24 bite into the screw grooves of the connecting rod 8, so that the marker body 2 is positioned appropriately. Can be held.
[0025]
Thus, as described above, after the holding cylinder portion 22 is fitted into the hole formed in the carpet x, the connecting rod 8 of the marker main body 2 is press-fitted into the holding cylinder portion 22 so that the marker x is placed on the upper surface of the carpet x. The holding edge 5 of the main body 2 is in pressure contact, and the carpet x is held by the substrate 21 and the holding edge 5. Thus, even in such a configuration, the visually impaired person guiding marker 1b can be applied regardless of the thickness of the carpet x.
[0026]
Thus, the visually-impaired person guidance markers 1a and 1b can be easily attached to the upper surface of the carpet x. Therefore, the visually-impaired person guidance markers 1a and 1b are arranged at appropriate intervals along the indoor guide path. Thus, the visually impaired person can be appropriately guided by the marker body 2 exposed on the upper surface thereof.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the visually-impaired person guidance marker according to the present invention includes a marker main body formed by projecting a connecting rod formed with engagement teeth on the lower surface of the marker plate exposed on the carpet, and is attached to the mounting plate. Since the connecting rod is press-fitted into the formed holding cylinder portion and positioned at an appropriate position, the edge of the carpet is positioned between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate, and the connecting rod is struck. By press-fitting by this means, the edge of the carpet is clamped, so that the carpet is held almost independently of its thickness, and versatility is improved.
[0028]
Further, when the connecting rod is press-fitted into the holding cylinder portion, the engaging teeth bite into the inner peripheral surface of the holding cylinder portion so that the connecting rod is connected to the holding cylinder portion, If it is made of metal and the mounting plate is made of synthetic resin, the engagement tooth tip of the connecting rod is secured. Furthermore, in this case, when the reinforcing ribs are coupled at an appropriate interval around the holding cylinder portion, the connecting rod can be press-fitted, and an optimum restoring holding force that makes it difficult to remove is retained. It can be applied to the tube portion.
[0029]
Furthermore, when the slip prevention protrusion that bites into the lower surface of the carpet is formed on the surface of the substrate, the slip prevention protrusion bites into the hard layer of the carpet sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the marker plate and the substrate, The end portion is held, and the carpet is prevented from being displaced.
[0030]
Further, in each configuration, the connecting rod can be constituted by a male screw rod, and the male screw tooth can be used as an engaging tooth. When it is necessary to remove the marker main body, the marker main body can be easily separated by rotating the marker main body in a reverse direction by the helical guide action of the male screw teeth.
