Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a belt of a device for winding a fiber material supplied in the form of a fleece or wrap to form a wrap wound body on a pivot core that is rotatably supported, and is configured endlessly. The belt forms a loop around the winding core and is guided through a plurality of turning guide rollers, and at least one of the turning guide rollers is coupled to a driving device, and at least one The other diverting guide roller is connected to a tensioning device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Based on EP-A 878 568, a winding device of the aforementioned type for producing a wrapped wrap is known, in which case the wrapped wrap is formed using a flat belt. A belt loop is formed around a sleeve (core) that is rotatably supported on a fixed shaft, and the loop adapts to the winding diameter of the wound body, and the winding operation is performed. At the end, it is almost completely wrapped around the wrapped wrap. In order to form a wrapped wrap, a wrap web is introduced between the two turning guide rollers into the belt loop and delivered to the sleeve surface.
[0003]
Winding discs are arranged on both sides and coaxially with the sleeve to support both side edges of the wrap web during winding operation. A beautiful end face is formed on the wound wrap body during winding by the supporting action of the wound disk. The belt guided between the two wound disks has a slight gap with respect to the inner end surfaces of the two wound disks.
[0004]
In order to prevent the belt from being shifted between the two wound disks and the fiber tightening caused by this shift, in the prior art, the belt running surface meshes with the corresponding molded portion of the turning guide roller. It has been proposed to provide a molded part. This measure prevented the lateral shift of the belt between the two wound disks and also pulled out a small number of fibers from the edge area of the wrap web, thereby reducing the contamination of the belt, particularly the belt edge area. By this technical means, it has become possible to obtain an improved end face of the wrap wound body. However, there are still undulations in the marginal area of the wrap body, which occurs due to the production system during the production of the body. During the winding operation, the fiber material tends to escape into both edge regions of the wrap wound body or toward the wound disks on both sides as a result of the compressive force generated by the belt. As a result, a high counter pressure against the belt edge region is generated in both edge regions of the wrap wound body, and on this basis, the belt is deformed into a waveform in this region. The result is an unevenly wound edge portion of the wound body. This is especially because the crimping force of the belt against the outer layer of the winding is unevenly produced in this marginal area.
[0005]
In order to avoid this effect (corrugation of the belt), the unpublished Swiss patent application No. 1105/00, filed June 5, 2000, has a belt in both outer regions. It has been proposed to have a slight elongation (as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the belt) than the central region of the belt. Moreover, in that case, it has been proposed to incorporate another fiber strand (tensile strand) in the belt edge region, particularly in order to prevent the belt wavy deformation in the region of the turning guide region. Although this proposal has improved the area of the turning guide portion particularly in the turning guide roller, the problem that occurs in the edge area when forming the wrap wound body still remains unsolved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the problem of the present invention is not only to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks of the known solution, but also to form both edges of the wound body that is wound using a belt in a wrap wound body production machine cleanly and evenly. It is to provide a means that makes it possible to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to perform the post-processing in the comb, it is necessary to provide an equal wound body with an equal wrap web when viewed over the entire width. In the constituent means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, the belt of the apparatus for winding the fibrous material has a bending module larger than 243 MPa (Mega Pascal) in the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In the point. The bending module is advantageously in the order range of 250-330 MPa.
[0008]
The bending module can be equated with the modulus of elasticity and is an important factor for defining the buckling or bending stiffness of the belt.
[0009]
The bending stiffness of the belt sample tightened on one side can be obtained from the following equation. Ie:
[0010]
[Expression 1]
[0011]
Where: c = bending stiffness, L = sample length, E = bending module, I = cross-sectional moment of the sample.
[0012]
The use of such a belt prevents belt escape shifts that occur in the edge region of the wrapping to be molded, based on the resulting bending stiffness. This also prevents belt waveform deformation in this region. The belt can then be configured such that the reaction force generated by the material shift can be absorbed over the entire width of the belt structure.
[0013]
In order to ensure that the deflection guide roller guides the belt without any problem in spite of its high bending stiffness or buckling stiffness in the transverse direction, it is further provided according to the invention that the longitudinal direction of the belt It is proposed to make the bending module smaller than the lateral direction of the belt. The bending module in that case can be 200-280 MPa.
[0014]
For the belt according to the invention, it is advantageous to use a composite belt having at least one tensile layer embedded between two woven or plastic layers. In that case, the three layers are joined together in a fixed and inseparable manner.
[0015]
The tensile layer for transmitting the tensile force applied to the belt can consist of one or more layers or webs, for example made of plastic, particularly preferably of polyamide.
[0016]
The woven fabric layer or the plastic layer can be made of, for example, a woven fabric made of polyamide, and the polyamide woven fabric particularly contributes to absorbing or compensating the reaction force generated in the edge region of the wound body. Furthermore, it is proposed according to the invention that at least one surface of the belt is provided with a wear-resistant cut-resistant layer. The abrasion resistant-cut resistant layer can be made of, for example, polyurethane, which helps to increase the useful life of the belt and also prevents fiber sticking to the belt. In order to ensure good guidance of the belt around the turning guide roller, the present invention further comprises connecting an elastic support layer made of, for example, rubber or rubber to one layer of the woven fabric layer. It is proposed to cover with another woven fabric layer made of plastic material.
[0017]
In order to guide both sides of the belt in the region between the winding discs, it is proposed to deposit a layer with outwardly shaped parts on another woven fabric layer. The molding part made of polyurethane, for example, cooperates with a corresponding molding part provided on the turning guide roller which is the starting point of the belt loop extending downwards, thereby guaranteeing the guide on both sides of the belt.
[0018]
Based on the proposed bending module of the present invention and thereby obtaining a high buckling stiffness, both edge regions of the belt can be supported for the side guide of the belt instead of the molding part described above It is also possible to provide an additional guide element, which prevents the belt from escaping or buckling in the transverse direction perpendicular to the conveying direction.
[0019]
In that case, a roller supported rotatably can be applied as the guide element, and the rotation axis of the roller is located in one plane intersecting the belt surface at an angle of about 90 °.
[0020]
Other advantages of the present invention are enumerated based on the examples described below.
