【従来技術とその問題点】
汚水処理を行う反応槽では、攪拌処理工程においてスカムが発生し、水面上に浮上して層を形成する。そしてスカムの層に担体が補足されて攪拌が阻害されるため、汚水の処理効率は低下することになる。

その対策として従来は、図3に例示するようなシャワー式の消泡装置S1によりスカムを除去し、或いは図4に例示するようフロートで浮設させたポンプS2によってスカムを吸い取るなど、攪拌装置の他に専用の機器を別途設置する必要があり、そのための設置スペースを確保しなければならず、また、イニシャルコストおよびランニングコストを押し上げる要因にもなるのである。

本発明の目的は、スカム除去用の機器を別途設置することを要せず、攪拌装置自体にスカム堆積防止機能を有しており、担体を効率よく循環させて有効な汚水処理がローコストに行われる、汚水処理槽内の攪拌装置を提供することにある。

【発明の構成】
本発明に係る汚水処理槽内の攪拌装置では、水中モータの回転軸にプロペラを嵌着させてなる攪拌機のモータ部外側を汚水処理槽内における架台に枢支させ、該枢支部を支点とする回転作動により攪拌機を上下方向に反転させる機構を設け、攪拌機の下向き反動時には汚水処理槽内攪拌のための下向き水流が発生し、上向き反転時には水面上のスカム拡散のための上向き水流が発生するよう構成した。

【作用】
攪拌機が下向き状態の場合に水中モータを駆動させると、プロペラの回転により下向き水流が発生して汚水処理槽内を攪拌する、攪拌機を上向きに反転させた状態で水中モータを駆動させると、プロペラの回転により上向き水流が発生し水面上のスカム拡散作用を生じて担体が循環し易い状態となる。そしてスカムを拡散させたのち再び攪拌機を下向き状態に反転させると、プロペラによる下向き水流の発生で汚水処理槽内が攪拌される。このように上向き水流と下向き水流の交互発生により、担体を効率よく循環させて有効な汚水処理が行われることになる。

1は汚水処理槽内に立設されたガイドパイプ、2は係合子3・・3によりガイドパイプ1と係合して上下動可能な架台、4は水中モータ5の回転軸にプロペラ6を嵌着させてなる攪拌機であり、モータ部外側を例えばピン接構造等により前記架台4に枢支させ、該枢支部7を支点として攪拌機4を上下方向に180°反転させる機構、例えばロッド8の操作による連杆9のクランクモーションで攪拌機4の保持姿勢が上向きまたは下向きに変換されるよ構成する。

ロッド8を下降操作し連杆9のクランクモーションにより図1に示すよう、攪拌機4の保持姿勢を下向きとした状態において水中モータ5を駆動させると、プロペラ6の回転により下向き水流が発生して汚水処理槽内を攪拌する。ロッド8を上昇操作し連杆9のクランクモーションにより図2に示すよう、攪拌機4の保持姿勢を上向きに反転させた状態では、上向き水流が発生し水面上のスカム拡散作用を生じて担体が循環し易い状態となる。そしてスカムを拡散させたのち再びロッド8を下降操作して図1に示すよう、攪拌機4の保持姿勢を下向きに反転させると下向き水流の発生により汚水処理槽内が攪拌される。このように上向き水流と下向き水流の交互発生により、担体を効率よく循環させて有効な汚水処理が行われるのであるが、上述のロッド操作は水面上の状態を視認することにより手動操作で行ってもよく、或いは自動操作により間欠的に行わせてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明汚水処理槽内の攪拌装置によれば、攪拌装置自体にスカム堆積防止機能を有しており、担体を効率よく循環させて有効な汚水処理が行われるため、従来のようなスカム除去用の機器を別途設置する必要がなく、イニシャルコストおよびランニングコストを著しく低減させ得るという利点がある。
