BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support mechanism in a type of electronic device that can be placed on a horizontal placement surface in a vertically placed state or a recumbent state with the back face down, or can be wall-mounted on a wall surface, and in particular, a state in which the electronic device is placed. The present invention relates to a support mechanism for an electronic device that can increase the value of a product by solving problems such as deterioration of the appearance of the product and facilitating removal from the wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of an electronic device that is difficult to stand on its own due to its housing structure that is narrower than the front and rear surfaces, such as thin electronic devices, the stand is used to support the bottom of the device when standing on a horizontal mounting surface. It is necessary to ensure installation stability by doing so. In addition, the wall-mounted electronic device is configured such that the rear surface of the housing of the device is detachably locked to a wall-mounting fixture fixed to the wall surface in advance.
Examples of such electronic devices include wireless LAN transceivers, thin displays, air purifiers, various remote control devices, and the like.
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of a support mechanism for a thin electronic device according to a first conventional example. This thin electronic device is, for example, an electronic device called a wireless LAN transceiver, and is a transceiver used in a wireless LAN system that performs communication between personal computers wirelessly. Since this wireless LAN transceiver is usually installed in a room such as an office, the back side is mounted as shown in (a) so that it can be installed in any place according to various conditions such as office layout. Various installations, such as facing down, or using a resin stand (support) as shown in (b), as shown in (c), or hanging as described later Configured to allow selection of methods. That is, the thin electronic device 1 includes a display unit and an operation unit 7 on the front surface 3 and the side surface 4 of the housing 2, for example, and the area of the bottom surface 5 is generally smaller than that of the front surface 3 and the back surface 6. is there. For this reason, when it is going to stand on the mounting surface 10 with the bottom surface 5 facing downward, the stability is lowered due to low self-supporting property. For this reason, a plurality of stands 8 as shown in (b) are used, and a stable standing state is secured by fitting the bottom surface 5 of the housing 2 into the recess 8 a of each stand 8.
However, in the support mechanism according to this conventional example, the lower portion of the casing is inserted into the recess 8a of the stand 8 in order to stabilize the upright of the device 1, so that the thick portion 8b positioned at the end of the stand Since one side is aurora-wrapped and concealed with the lower part of the housing front 3, the design and appearance of the housing front are impaired. In addition, the layout of the display unit and the operation unit 7 must be provided so as to avoid the thick portion 8b of the stand.
[0003]
FIGS. 8A, 8B, and 8C are views showing a support mechanism according to another conventional example that solves the problems in the conventional example. The thin electronic device 1 shown in FIG. The same housing structure as that of the electronic apparatus of the example is provided, but the configuration in which two screw holes 11 are provided on the bottom surface 5 is different. The electronic device 1 is configured such that the stand 12 is fixed to the housing bottom surface 5 by screwing a screw 13 into the screw hole 11 through a hole 12a provided in the flat plate-like stand 12 shown in FIG. Then, as shown in (c), it is erected vertically on the placement surface 10.
However, in the support mechanism of FIG. 8, since the stand 12 has a flat plate shape, there is no problem that a part of the stand interferes with the front of the casing and hides it. Since the screw 13 is used as a means for fixing the screw, there is a problem that it takes time to attach and detach, and there is a problem that the cost is increased by the screw. Further, when the casing is laid down as shown in (a), the screw hole 11 appears, which is not preferable in terms of design.
Next, FIGS. 9A, 9 </ b> B, and 9 </ b> C are explanatory views of a support mechanism of a thin electronic device according to another conventional example. As shown in FIG. The structure in which a rail 15 made of a convex hole is formed on the bottom surface 5 is different from the case of the above-described conventional electronic device.
The plastic stand 16 shown in FIG. 5B has a configuration in which two inverted L-shaped locking pieces 18 are provided on the base 17 so as to be symmetrical, and a pair of locking pieces 18 is provided. Is inserted into the large-diameter portion 15a of the rail 15 and then both the locking pieces 18 are squeezed inward to be elastically deformed, and then slid into the small-diameter portion 15b to engage with each other, as shown in FIG. Secure to the bottom of the housing.
However, in this conventional example, the rail 15 that is a hole formed in the bottom surface 5 of the housing appears and is visually recognized, which is not preferable in terms of external design.
[0004]
Next, FIG. 10A is a conventional configuration diagram of a support mechanism for supporting a thin electronic device in a wall-mounted manner. This electronic device 21 has a plurality of locking holes 24 on the back surface 23 of the housing 22. is doing. On the other hand, on a vertical surface of the wall 30, a wall hanging bracket (support) 31 is fixed by a screw 32. The wall-mounting metal fitting 31 includes a flat base 33 having screw holes 33a, and locking pieces 34 protruding forward from the left and right end edges of the base 33, respectively. Each locking piece 34 has an L shape with the tip facing upward. (B) is a cross-sectional view showing the procedure for locking the electronic device 21 to the wall-mounting metal fitting 31 and the locked state, and as shown in the drawing, each locking piece 34 is placed in the locking hole 24 on the back of the housing. The upper edge of each locking hole 24 is seated on each locking piece 34 and locked by lowering the housing downward after being inserted.
Next, FIG. 11 is a modified example of the support mechanism of the conventional electronic device shown in FIG. 10, and the structure of the locking hole 24 of the housing 22 and the shape of the locking piece 34 are different. This is the same in that the housing 22 is locked by the wall-hanging metal fitting 31 by fitting the locking piece 34 into the stop hole 24 and then lowering and locking the housing 22 slightly.
However, in each of the support mechanisms described in FIGS. 10 and 11, the locking piece 24 is fitted to the locking piece 34 and then the housing is lowered, so that the locking piece is placed above the locking hole. Since it is merely hooked and locked, there is a problem that the electronic device is easily detached from the locking piece 34 and dropped when a force for pushing the electronic device upward is applied.
Next, FIG. 12 is an explanatory view of a support mechanism for an electronic device according to another conventional example. As shown in FIG. 12A, the thin electronic device 41 has a screw hole 43 on the back surface of the housing 42. The wall mounting bracket 45 includes a flat plate-like base 46 having screw holes 47, L-shaped side pieces 48 extending rearward from both end edges of the base 46, and screw holes 49 formed in the side pieces 48. Have.
When the electronic device 41 is fixed to the wall 52 using the wall mounting bracket 45, the electronic device 41 is screwed to the metal fitting 45 in advance using the screw 50, and then the metal fitting 45 is attached to the wall 52 using the screw 51. Fix it. This support mechanism requires an operation for screwing the wall-mounting bracket to the electronic device in the mounting operation, so that the mounting workability is reduced and the cost is increased by using the screw. Moreover, since the side piece 48 protrudes beyond the side edge of an electronic device, an external appearance falls.

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIGS. 1A to 1D are explanatory views of a support mechanism of a thin electronic device according to a reference example . This support mechanism is a fitting recess provided on a back surface 62b of a box-shaped housing 62 of the thin electronic device 61. FIG. And a support member 70 which is a separate member.
The electronic device 61 is, for example, a wireless LAN transmitter / receiver. Since the casing 62 is thin, the electronic device 61 has a problem that it lacks independence when standing on the mounting surface 80 with the bottom surface 62c facing downward. Further, the installation stability is improved by the support tool 70. The casing 62 of the electronic device includes an operation unit and a display unit 65 on the front surface 62a and the side surface 62d, and as shown in FIG. It can be installed and used in a standing (vertical) state. The fitting recess 63 is formed by denting the lower part of the housing rear surface 62b into a horizontally long slit shape as shown in FIG. And configured to hold the pinching pressure. As shown in FIG. 4D, a printed circuit board 66 is arranged in the housing, and components and the like constituting the operation unit and the display unit 65 are mounted on the printed circuit board 66.
The support tool 70 is made of, for example, a sheet metal, and includes a bottom plate 71 placed on the placement surface 80 and a support piece 72 protruding upward from a proper position (rear part) of the bottom plate 71.
The electronic device 61 is stabilized by bringing the housing bottom surface 62c into contact with the top surface of the bottom plate 71 in a state where a part (tip) of the support piece 72 of the support 70 is fitted in the fitting recess 63 on the housing side. And can be supported upright. The support piece 72 includes a first bent piece 72a that rises upward from the bottom plate 71 and a second bent piece 72b that protrudes forward from the first bent piece 72a. The housing 62 is configured to fit into the fitting recess 63.
One of the characteristic structures of this support mechanism is that a part of the support piece 72, in particular, the bottom plate 71 does not hide the housing front surface 62a. Therefore, the appearance design of the electronic device is not deteriorated, or the layout of the operation unit and the display unit 65 is not hindered.
[0008]
Even in the case of an electronic device having a support mechanism having the above-described configuration, when the electronic device alone is lying on the side as shown in (a), the fitting recess 63 is located on the back surface 62d, which may cause a problem in appearance. Absent. Further, when the electronic device 61 is erected on the placement surface 80 with the bottom surface 62c facing downward, the electronic device 61 is assembled by fitting the second bent piece 72b of the support tool 70 into the fitting recess 63. (C) and (d), and the bottom plate 71 may be placed on the mounting surface 80 in this state. When the support tool 70 is detached from the housing, the second bent piece 72b may be extracted from the fitting recess 63.
Therefore, according to the support mechanism according to this reference example , the support can be attached and detached without using a special fixing means such as a screw, so that not only the workability is good but also the cost is advantageous.
In addition, the structure of the said support mechanism is an example, and is not necessarily limited to this. That is, for example, FIG. 2 (a) is a rear view of a fitting recess constituting a support mechanism according to another embodiment of the present invention , (b) is an internal front view, (c) is an internal perspective view, and (d). FIG.
A characteristic configuration of the support mechanism according to this embodiment is that a pinching mechanism 90 that holds and holds the second bent piece 72b of the support piece 72 in the fitting recess 63 is provided. In this example, two clamping mechanisms 90 are provided adjacent to each other on the left and right sides, and further, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a), (b), and (c), the second bent piece 72b corresponds to each clamping mechanism 90. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
The clamping mechanism 90 includes a tongue piece 91 that is configured to be elastically deformable in the vertical direction by bending a part of the back surface 62b of the casing 62 into the inside of the casing. A click feeling is generated on the upper surface of the tongue piece 91. A small protrusion 92 for projecting is provided. The tongue piece 91 provided with the small protrusion 92 constitutes an elastic click piece. Above the tongue piece 91, a ceiling piece 93 extending inside the housing is provided with a predetermined gap, and the gap between the tongue piece 91 and the ceiling piece 93 is an empty space into which the second bent piece 72b is inserted. 94.
According to the support mechanism of this embodiment, when the support piece 72 is attached to and detached from the space 94 of the fitting recess 62, the small protrusion 92 generates a click feeling with the second bent piece 72b. It is possible to know the correct mounting at the time of mounting.
[0009]
Next, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration example of a wall-mounted support mechanism for detachably attaching a thin electronic device according to the present invention to a vertical wall surface. This support mechanism is configured to detachably support a supported portion provided on the back surface 62 b of the housing 62 of the electronic device 61 by a support tool 101 fixed to the wall surface 100.
The supported portion of the housing 62 includes at least two first fitting recesses 102 formed side by side on the back surface 62b of the housing, and a second fitting formed below the first fitting recess. And a recess 103.
The support 120 is made of, for example, a sheet metal, and has a flat plate-like base 121 fixed to the wall surface 100, and at least two first locking protrusions protruding forward from an appropriate position of the base 121, for example, an upper end edge. 122, and a second locking projection 123 protruding forward from a base portion (for example, a lower end edge) below the first locking projection 122. Further, brackets 124 that are bent and projecting in an L shape are provided on both side edges of the base 121, and the bases 121 are mounted by screwing screws 126 to the wall surface 100 through holes 125 provided in the brackets 124. Pre-fixed to the wall.
Each first locking projection 122 has a one-to-one correspondence with each first fitting recess 102 on the housing side, and can be fitted. The first locking protrusion 122 includes a base piece 122a that protrudes forward from the base 121 and a free end piece 122b that protrudes upward from the base piece 122a. The second locking projection 123 has a plate-like shape that protrudes horizontally, and can be fitted in a corresponding relationship with the second fitting recess 103 on the housing side.
[0010]
The feature of the support mechanism according to this embodiment is that each first fitting protrusion 122 of the support tool is fitted in each first fitting recess 102 of the housing, and then each first fitting is fitted. The second locking protrusion 123 is fitted into the second fitting recess 103 by rotating the lower part of the casing rearward (wall surface side) around the fitting recess 102 (free end piece 122b). The configuration is as described above. With this configuration, even if an upward force is applied to an electronic device in a wall-mounted state, it does not easily fall off.
As shown also in FIG. 5, the first fitting recess 102 has a locking hole 102a on its inner ceiling surface, and by engaging a free end piece 122b protruding upward into the locking hole 102a. The electronic device can be rotated backward about the locking hole 102a.
Further, the second fitting recess 103 may be a recess capable of pressing and holding the second locking projection 123 in a pinched state as shown in FIG. 5, or as shown in FIG. It is good also as a structure provided with the pinching mechanism (the tongue piece 91 and the elastic click piece).
As described above, the electronic device including the second fitting recess 103 can be wall-mounted using the support tool 120, and can be set up using the support tool 70 for standing as shown in FIG. It becomes possible to install.
[0011]
In the support mechanism having the above configuration, the procedure for locking the electronic device 61 to the support 120 is as shown in FIG. That is, first, as shown in (a), the upper part of the electronic device is inclined so as to approach the wall surface, and the first locking protrusion 122 of the support 120 fixed to the wall surface 100 is moved to the first fitting on the housing side. Fit into the recess 102. At this time, the second locking projection 123 is in a positional relationship that cannot be fitted to the second fitting recess 103.
Subsequently, the electronic device is lowered so that the free end piece 112b enters the locking hole 102a as shown in FIG. In this state, the second locking projection 123 is in a positional relationship that can be fitted with the second fitting recess 103.
Subsequently, as shown in (c), the second engaging projection 123 is second fitted by rotating the lower part of the electronic device 61 rearward (wall direction) around the free end piece 112b. The recess 103 is fitted and fitted.
At this time, the vertical backlash between the second locking projection 123 and the fitting recess 103 is a, and between the first locking projection 122 and the first fitting recess 102, When the backlash dimension of the vertical direction is b, a <b, so that even if the electronic device is pressed upward, the engagement between the first locking protrusion 122 and the first fitting recess 102 There is no losing luck.
In other words, in the fitted and fitted state of FIG. 5C, the second locking projection 123 is more than the first dimension a that can move up and down in the second fitting recess 103. Since the moving distance b necessary for detaching the free end piece 122b from the fitting recess 102 (locking hole 102a) is larger, the electronic device 61 has moved upwards within the range of the dimension a. Even so, the free end piece 122b continues to be locked in the first fitting recess 102 (locking hole 102a).
In addition, when the bracket 124 protruding laterally from both side ends of the base of the support tool 120 protrudes from the side of the locked electronic device 61 and becomes visible from the front or oblique front, the appearance deteriorates. Therefore, the dimension in the width direction of the entire support 120 may be shortened so that the bracket 124 is hidden behind the electronic device supported by the bracket 124. However, in this case, the interval between the first locking projections 122 may be shortened, and the stability of supporting the electronic device may be reduced. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a cut-and-raised portion 130 that protrudes toward the back surface of the base 121 is provided, and a wall surface is formed using the screw hole 131 provided in the cut-and-raised portion 130. If the support tool is configured to be fixed to 100, the cut-and-raised portion 130 can be provided at a position where it cannot be visually recognized and fixed to the wall surface without reducing the base area.
Examples of the object that can be supported by the support mechanism of the present invention include, for example, a thin display, an air purifier, various remote control devices and the like in addition to the wireless LAN transceiver.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention as described above, the support mechanism for use in the type of electronic device that can be wall-mounted to the wall surface, the appearance is degraded or in the state of hanging wall electronics, is upwardly electronic devices energized When it is done, it becomes easy to drop off from the wall surface, or by using a special fixing means such as a screw, problems such as a drop in detachability and an increase in cost can be solved at once, thereby increasing the commercial value.
That is, the present invention provides a first support mechanism provided on the back surface of the housing in a support mechanism that removably supports the housing of the electronic device having the supported portion on the back surface by a support member fixed to a substantially vertical wall surface. The first locking protrusions of the support members are respectively fitted in the fitting recesses, and then the lower locking protrusions are rotated by rotating the lower part of the housing backward about the first fitting recesses. Since the portion is configured to be fitted into the second fitting recess, even if an upward force is applied to the electronic device locked by the support, there is no possibility of dropping off. In addition, since a fixing tool such as a screw is not used, the detachability operability of the electronic device is not lowered, and an increase in cost can be avoided.
According to the present invention, since the clamping mechanism for clamping and holding the support piece or the second locking projection is provided in the fitting recess or the second fitting recess, sufficient holding force is provided. Thus, the electronic device can be fixed to the support.
According to the present invention, the elastic click piece that generates a click feeling when the support piece or the second locking projection is attached or detached is provided in the fitting recess or the second fitting recess. When the electronic device is mounted on the support, it can be easily known that the mounting has been completed, and the electronic device can be prevented from falling off due to a mounting failure.
