【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、スライドファスナーに設置した開離嵌挿具におけるファスナーテープの端部に取り付けた箱棒、蝶棒または箱体に連設したファスナーテープを補強するための補強部の形態に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、スライドファスナー分野においては、構造を簡略化し、低価格で品質のよい製品を提供することが市場より要望されている。この傾向は、主に衣服の前身頃の開閉部分に用いられ、ファスナーテープの端部を連結または分離可能な開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーにおいて著しい。

さて、従来、開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーは、通常の製品が、一対のファスナーテープの対向側縁に沿ってファスナーエレメントを取り付け、ファスナーエレメントの下端に連続して箱棒、箱体、蝶棒から構成された開離嵌挿具を取り付けている。そして開離嵌挿具を取り付ける部分のファスナーテープには平織り繊維(タフタ)あるいは合成樹脂フィルムの裏面に接着層を設けた補強テープを貼り付けて、同部分の形態を安定化すべく補強した後に開離嵌挿具を取り付けている。

また、ファスナーテープの端部に補強テープを貼り付けることなく、直接箱棒、蝶棒および網状の補強片を合成樹脂を用いてファスナーテープの表裏で位置を半ピッチずらした形で射出成形で成形したスライドファスナーの開離嵌挿具が知られている。(例えば特許文献1参照)
さらに、ファスナーテープの端部に開離嵌挿具と水平的な格子形状を一体に設け、この格子形状に連接して斜交状の格子形状を一体に成形した補強部をファスナーテープの表面に形成した開離嵌挿具付きのスライドファスナーが知られている。(例えば特許文献2参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前項で述べた補強テープを貼り付けた開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーは、ファスナーテープを補強するために、補強テープを必要とし、スライドファスナーの部品点数が多くなって商品コストを増加させている。またスライドファスナーの製造過程において必ず補強テープなどを貼着する工程および貼着加工機が必要であり、製造過程において簡略化を図ることができないから、商品のコスト高につながる。

特許文献1に開示されたスライドファスナーの開離嵌挿具は、補強片の外周縁が先鋭状の角部を有するので、補強片が他物と引っ掛かり剥離しやすい。また補強片はファスナーテープの外側縁に向けて幅広く大きく設けられているので、同部分のファスナーテープが剛直化し、スライドファスナーを被着物に取り付ける縫製の際、補強片とミシン針とが接触して、ミシン針が折れる頻度が高い。また、開離嵌挿具を連結又は分離する操作を行う際、補強片に捻りや折り曲げ等の外力が繰り返し加わり、補強片が破断する問題がある。

さらに特許文献2に開示された開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーは、箱棒、箱体、蝶棒と連結する補強片の内側部分がファスナーテープの幅方向に平行に延びるリブとファスナーテープの長さ方向に平行に延びるリブとで格子形状を呈し、リブ間に形成された凹部が並んで配されているので、同部分はファスナーテープに折り曲げや捻りなどの外力が作用したときに最も負担が加わる部分であるにもかかわらず、外力に対し耐久性が低く破損しやすい問題があった。また補強片は、上記連結部分からファスナーテープの外側縁に至る部分、すなわちファスナーテープが衣服の生地に縫製される部分に、ファスナーテープの幅方向に斜めに延びる複数のリブが交差する格子形状を形成しているので、縫糸が走る縫製ラインと交差するリブが多く、縫製時に縫針とリブとが接触する頻度が増大して、リブが破断する問題がある。

この発明は、上述の問題点を考慮して発明されたものであり、請求項1記載の発明は、開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーにおけるファスナーストリンガーに表裏方向へ折り曲げようとする外力が働いた場合、最も負荷が加わる開離嵌挿具と補強部との連結部分すなわち補強部における内側部分は、複数のリブが斜交状に配された形状であるので、外力が分散し易く、負荷が軽減され、破損し難く、かつまた補強部が他物に引っ掛かって剥離するのを防ぐとともに、補強部の外側部分は、ファスナーテープを衣服など縫着する際、ミシン針との接触する頻度を少なくし、リブの破損を防いで縫着できる開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーを提供することが主たる目的である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記の目的を達成するため、この発明のうち請求項1記載の発明は、スライドファスナーにおける一対のファスナーテープ3が対向する側縁にファスナーエレメント4を取り付け、このファスナーエレメント4に連接してファスナーテープ3の側縁に一体成形で取り付けた合成樹脂製の開離嵌挿具5、例えば箱体7、箱棒8、蝶棒9と、この開離嵌挿具5と一体に成形してファスナーテープ3の少なくとも一面に張り出し、ファスナーテープ3を補強する補強部10とを設け、この補強部10は開離嵌挿具5に連接する内側部分11に、平面的にみて斜交状を呈する形に配した複数のリブ13から形成し、その外側の外側部分12に一定の間隔をおいて並列する複数のリブ13を配した開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーを主な構成とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーについて、図面を参照しながら具体的に説明する。

この発明の開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーは、図1に示すように、ファスナーチエン1は、下止めを用いた止製品でなく開き製品、すなわち左右のファスナーストリンガー2が完全に分離できる開離嵌挿具5を備えたスライドファスナーであり、ファスナーテープ3の側縁に設けた芯部6にファスナーエレメント4を装着する。一方のファスナーストリンガー2のファスナーエレメント4の下端に連続する形で開離嵌挿具5としての箱棒8を取り付け、他方のファスナーストリンガー2のファスナーエレメント4の下端に連続する形で開離嵌挿具5としての蝶棒9をそれぞれ芯部6に取り付ける。そして箱棒8は図10に示すように、箱体7を取り付けた開離嵌挿具付きのファスナーストリンガー2を作製し、蝶棒9を取り付けたファスナーストリンガー2と組み合わせて開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーを完成させる。

図2〜12に示す第1実施例の開離嵌挿具付きスライドファスナーは、ファスナーチエン1の一方のファスナーストリンガー2に取り付ける箱棒8には、図2に示すようにファスナーテープ3の表面へ張り出す平坦状の補強部10を箱棒8の一側面に一体に設け、他方のファスナーストリンガー2に取り付ける蝶棒9には、やはり図4に示すようにファスナーテープ3の表面へ張り出す平坦状の補強部10を蝶棒9の側面に一体に設ける。そしてファスナーチエン1におけるファスナーエレメント4、箱棒8、蝶棒9、箱体7および補強部10をポリアセタール、ポリアミドなどの熱可塑性樹脂を用いて射出成形手段によって、それぞれファスナーテープ3に一体成形する。

箱棒8、蝶棒9は図2〜5に示すように箱棒8、蝶棒9の側面に外方へ突出し表面が平坦状に張り出す補強部10を設ける。図2,3に示すように箱棒8の補強部10は、箱棒8の下半部における側面すなわちファスナーテープ3上を外方へ突出する形で内側部分11および外側部分12を設ける。箱棒8に隣接する内側部分11には、平面的にみて複数のリブ13が斜交状に配され、この斜交状のリブ13間に凹窩部14を形成する。凹窩部14は平面的には四角形または菱形あるいは円形または長円形などの各種形状を呈し、かつ図6に示すように貫通状の透孔形状、または薄い底部分のある凹部形状に形成することによって、補強部10の内側部分11をリブ13と凹窩部14により柔軟性を具有させ、またリブ13の交差部分を平面的にみて円弧などの弧状を呈する形に形成することによって、補強部10に加わる外力を分散させる。

補強部10における内側部分11の大きさ規模は、ファスナーエレメント4の内側端面を基点とし、ファスナーテープ3の内方へ向けての幅Wが4.0mm以内である。好適には通常よく用いられるNo.3〜5のスライドファスナーにおけるファスナーテープ3の幅が13〜16mmであり、このファスナーテープ3幅の約30%程度の範囲内に成形できる大きさである。ただしスライドファスナーの大きさ、また顧客の要望によって内側部分11および外側部分12の比率を変更することは自由であるが、内側部分11はスライダー35のフランジ36間に挿通する部分に存在し、外側部分12はファスナーストリンガー2を被着物に縫着させる部分に存在することが肝心である。さらに内側部分11の補強部10における下端縁に上方へ向けて窪む凹欠部15を設け、ファスナーテープ3の端部に捻りなどの捻転力が加わったとき、凹欠部15によって外力の一部を吸収できる形に形成する。なお内側部分11の上端縁にも凹欠部15を設けることができる。

補強部10の外側部分12は、内側部分11に連接する形で成形し、外側部分12は内側部分11のリブ13よりも分厚いリブ13から形成し、リブ13はファスナーテープ3の外側へ向けて複数のリブ13が間隔をあけて平行状に延びる形に設ける。そしてリブ13の断面形状は図7に示すように二等辺三角形で側面の傾斜角度が約60°、すなわち図示のα角度がα≦30°の条件を満たすのが好ましい。リブ13間の間隔を広くとり、かつリブ13の断面形状を前述のとおりの形状に形成することにより、ファスナーストリンガー2を被着物に縫着する際、ミシン針とリブ13とが接触する頻度を少なくしてリブ13の破損を防ぐことができる。また外側部分12における補強部10は、外側にリブ13を連結した形でリブ13による枠部16を形成して、安定した形態に形成し、ファスナーストリンガー2を指で摘んだとき、適度の剛性があり、摘み易く開離嵌挿操作を容易に行うことができる。

補強部10における内側部分11の大きさは箱棒8を取り付けたファスナーストリンガー2と同様に、ファスナーテープ3幅の約30%程度の範囲内に成形し、内側部分11の補強部10における下端縁に凹欠部15を設け、ファスナーテープ3の端部に捻転力が加わったとき、凹欠部15によって外力の一部を吸収できる形に形成する。なお内側部分11の上端縁にも凹欠部15を設けることもできる。
