Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage device that can easily open and close the opening by releasing the mooring state of a latch mechanism via a handle provided on a rotary door that opens and closes the opening of the storage device body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, a door of a storage device having a storage space such as a cabinet is provided with a latch mechanism on each of an upper edge and a lower edge thereof, and these latch mechanisms are connected via an interlocking mechanism having a rod or the like, and the interlocking thereof. In general, an operating handle is provided in the central portion of the door in the vertical direction to operate the mechanism, and by operating this handle, the upper and lower latch mechanisms are operated synchronously via an interlocking mechanism. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of such a configuration, the position of the pull handle for operation in the storage device is limited, so that it may be inconvenient depending on the physique and usage situation of the user. For example, when using the storage device stacked in two upper and lower stages, the handle of the lower storage device is too low and the handle of the upper storage device is too high, so it is easy to open and close the opening. It is accompanied by the inconvenience that cannot be done.
[0004]
Further, since an interlocking mechanism for connecting the latch mechanism to the inside of the door has to be arranged, the number of parts inside the door is large and the structure becomes large, and the manufacturing process tends to be complicated.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and its main purpose is to synchronize the latch mechanisms provided at both ends of the handle by the operation of the handle, so that the user's physique and utilization An object of the present invention is to provide a storage device that can easily open and close the opening of the storage device body regardless of the situation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the storage device of the present invention is provided with a revolving door that opens and closes by opening the opening of the storage device main body, and a handle is provided over substantially the entire area along the edge of the revolving door. A pair of latch mechanisms for mooring the revolving door to the housing body are provided in the vicinity of both ends, and each latch mechanism is connected so as to be able to operate synchronously via a pull handle, and the latch mechanism is a part of the housing body. A mooring claw for mooring, a first rotating shaft that pivotally supports the mooring claw, an urging means that is provided on the first rotating shaft and elastically biases the mooring claw in the direction of mooring the container body, A transmission member attached to transmit the rotation of the handle to the first rotation shaft; and a second rotation shaft that rotatably supports the transmission member attached to the handle. The two rotating shafts are approximately collinear in the vicinity of both ends of the handle And characterized in that provided so as to be positioned.
[0007]
With such a configuration, the latch mechanism can be operated synchronously regardless of where the handle is held and can be easily and appropriately operated without depending on the user's physique and usage conditions. The opening can be opened and closed. In addition, since the handle also serves as the interlocking function of the pair of latch mechanisms, there is no need to separately provide a rod for connecting the latch mechanisms to each other inside the revolving door, so the number of parts can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, Cost can be reduced. Further, since the space in which the parts are not arranged is formed wider than the conventional one inside the rotary door, for example, transparent or translucent glass is attached to the door and stored in the storage space using the space. It is possible to obtain a wide opening that can visually recognize stored items, arrange a sound absorbing material in a wider area inside the door, effectively increase the degree of freedom in punching the door, etc. Can do.
[0008]
In order to be able to open and close the opening of the storage device main body by a simpler operation, the mooring state of each latch mechanism may be released by the rotation operation of the puller.
[0009]
Further, if the latch mechanism is provided as a unit at both ends of the handle, each latch mechanism can be made relatively compact, and the accuracy of each latch mechanism can be improved. In addition, since it is only necessary to arrange the latch mechanism in pairs near both ends of the handle, there is no need to provide a rod as described above, and only the handle is related to the longitudinal direction. A process such as press-fitting into the part can be omitted, and the manufacturing process can be simplified as compared with the conventional product.
[0010]
Further, if the latch mechanism is unitized including a lock mechanism that locks the latch mechanism, the operation of the handle can be locked using the lock mechanism with the front opening of the storage space closed. And malfunction can be prevented. In addition, the engagement structure of the lock mechanism with respect to the latch mechanism can be made common at any position, and the specifications of the lock mechanism can be easily changed and increased without difficulty.
[0011]
Specifically, the latch mechanism includes a mooring claw that is moored with a part of the storage tool body, a first rotating shaft that pivotally supports the mooring claw, and a mooring claw that is provided on the first rotating shaft. An urging means for elastically urging in the direction of anchoring to the tool body, and a transmission member attached to the puller and capable of transmitting the rotation of the puller to the first rotation shaft and releasing the moored state of the mooring claw Is mentioned. If this is the case, the latch mechanism can be made relatively compact as described above, and if the handle is not operated, no rotation operation occurs, so the first rotating shaft is the biasing means. The mooring claw can be moored to the housing body by being elastically biased by the movement of the handle. On the other hand, when the rotation of the handle is generated, the rotation is transmitted to the first rotating shaft by the transmission member, The mooring state of can be released.
[0012]
In addition, if the second rotation shaft that rotatably supports the transmission member attached to the handle is provided so as to be positioned substantially on the same line in the vicinity of both ends of the handle, the latch mechanism is separated. Even if it becomes what, the rotation operation of a handle can be stabilized only by positioning the second rotating shafts so as to be substantially on the same line.
[0013]
In such a configuration, a space is provided between the puller and the revolving door so that the handle can rotate so as not to interfere with the revolving door during the rotation of the puller, and the space is concealed when the revolving door is closed. If the blindfold is provided integrally with the handle, a more stable rotation of the handle can be realized, and the appearance on the front side of the storage device is not impaired in the closed state.
[0014]
Moreover, if the said handle is formed by extrusion molding, a handle can be shape | molded easily and the effect of simplification of the manufacturing process mentioned above can be improved much more effectively.
[0015]

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the storage tool includes a storage tool body 1 that forms a storage space, and left and right doors 2 that are revolving doors that can be opened and closed by rotating the front opening of the storage tool body 1. 3, a handle 4 provided over substantially the whole area along the edge 3 a on the free end side of the right door 3, and the right door 3 is moored to a part of the storage device main body 1 in the vicinity of the upper and lower ends of the handle 4. And a pair of latch mechanisms 5.
[0017]
The storage device main body 1 forms a storage space having an open front by assembling a top plate 11, a bottom plate 12, a pair of left and right side plates 13 and a back plate 14 formed by bending a steel material, for example. It is what.
[0018]
The top plate 11 has a rectangular shape in plan view, and has an anchored portion 1a to which an anchoring claw 51 of the latch mechanism 5 described later can be anchored at the front end portion on the back surface (see FIG. 2). A bottom plate 12 that is substantially the same type as the top plate 11 is provided at a position opposite to the top plate 11, and has a moored portion 1 a at the front end on the front surface side like the top plate 11. The back plate 14 is fixed over the rear lower end of the bottom plate 12 and the rear upper end of the top plate 11. A side plate 13 is attached at a position where the side plate abuts against the side surface of the back plate 14.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 and the like, the right door 3 is a revolving door that rotates using a hinge mechanism H indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. The front frame member 31 that constitutes the rear frame member 32 and the rear frame member 32 that mainly constitutes the rear surface side are combined and molded using the resin mounting member A, and are rectangular in front view. The front frame member 31 has a length approximately half that of the front opening in the width direction and a length in the height direction, while the rear frame member 32 has a height and width dimension in the front frame. The height 31 and the width of the material 31 are set slightly smaller. The right door 3 is configured such that the edge on the free end side of the rear frame member 32 is substantially flush with the edge on the free end side of the front frame member 31. The left door 2 has the same configuration as the right door 3. And in this embodiment, the notch 32a for arrange | positioning a part of latch mechanism 5 is provided in the upper-lower-end part of the side surface by the side of the free end of the rear frame material 32 of the right door 3. As shown in FIG.
[0020]
The handle 4 is formed by extruding a synthetic resin material, for example, and as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 9, etc., a recess 41 that opens to the front side from the upper end to the lower end, and a depth direction on one side surface And the inclined surface 42 extended simultaneously in the width direction and the blindfold 43 are integrally formed. The recess 41 has a space for a standard adult fingertip to be sufficiently inserted so that a part of the recess 41 can be operated with the fingertip. The blindfold 43 conceals the space S provided between the side surface of the handle 4 and the side surface of the right door 3 so that the handle 4 does not interfere with the right door 3 when the handle 4 rotates. In the vicinity of the upper and lower ends of the pull handle 4 having such a configuration, a pair of latch mechanisms 5 for mooring the right door 3 to the housing body 1 are provided separately, and each latch mechanism 5 is synchronized by the pull handle 4 that rotates. Operatively linked. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6 etc., the protrusion member 6 which has the inclined surface 61 which substantially corresponds to the inclined surface 42 formed in the said handle 4 is attached to the free end side of the left door 2. As shown in FIG.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 and the like, the latch mechanism 5 has a substantially U-shaped base member 54 having a pair of horizontal pieces 54b formed by bending the upper and lower sides facing each other. The mooring claw 51 moored to the mooring claw 51, the first rotating shaft 52 that pivotally supports the mooring claw 51, and the mooring claw 51 that is fixed to the first rotating shaft 52 are elastically attached to the container body 1 The biasing means 53 such as a torsion coil spring that biases, the transmission member 55 that is attached to the handle 4 and transmits the rotation operation of the handle 4 to the first rotating shaft 52, and the transmission member 55 that is integrally attached to the handle 4 are rotated. A second rotating shaft 56 that is supported as a unit is integrally attached to form a unit.
[0022]
The first rotating shaft 52 has a substantially quadrangular prism shape that is rotatably attached with its upper and lower ends penetrating the horizontal piece 54b of the base member 54, and presses against an upright wall 55a of a transmission member 55 described later. The member 52a is provided in part. The pressing member 52a is fixedly attached to the first rotating shaft and is integrally formed with a protrusion 52b. The torsion shown by an imaginary line in FIG. The biasing means 53 such as a coil spring is elastically biased in a direction in which the upright wall 55a of the transmission member 55 is pressed. As will be described later, an anchoring claw 51 is attached to the upper end portion of the first rotating shaft 52.
[0023]
The mooring claw 51 has a base end fixed to the upper end of the first rotating shaft 52 and is attached so that the tip protrudes rearward from the rear surface of the rear frame member 32. A claw body 51a protruding in the width direction of the right door 3 is formed.
[0024]
The second rotating shaft 56 has a substantially columnar shape, and has an upper and lower end portion penetrated through a horizontal piece 55b of the transmission member 5 described later, and an upper end portion is provided integrally with the base member 54 in a side view. While being supported by a substantially L-shaped bracket 54 c, the lower end portion is attached so as to penetrate the lower horizontal piece 54 b of the base member 54.
[0025]
The transmission member 55 forms a horizontal piece 55b at the upper and lower ends of the upright wall 55a by bending the upper and lower sides of a single steel material, and bends the front end of each horizontal piece 55b at a substantially right angle. An attachment piece 55c attached to the side surface of the handle 4 is integrally formed. The transmission member 55 is set to perform a balance operation around the second rotation shaft 56 in conjunction with the rotation operation of the handle 4.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the latch mechanism 5 unitized in this way is attached to the upper and lower ends of the right door 3.
[0027]
Specifically, first, in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the rear frame member 32, the upper end portion of the first rotating shaft 52 passes through the upper surface 32 a of the frame member 32, and the standing wall 54 a of the base member 54 and the upper horizontal portion The piece 54b is fixed to the inner side of the rear frame member 32 by welding or the like. Then, the base end portion of the mooring claw 51 is fixed and attached to the upper end portion of the first rotating shaft 52 protruding above the upper surface 32a of the rear frame member 32. In this state, the attachment piece 55c of the transmission member 55 is taken out from the edge portion 3a through the notch 32a of the rear frame member 32.
[0028]
Next, the latch mechanism 5 is attached to the vicinity of the lower end portion of the rear frame member 32 in the same manner as described above. In this case, it arrange | positions so that each 2nd rotating shaft 56 may be located on a substantially identical line. Then, the attachment piece 55c of the transmission member 55 and the handle 4 are tightly fixed using screws or the like.
[0029]
Next, the operation of the storage device having such a configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
[0030]
First, in a state where the front opening of the storage space is closed, if the pulling handle 4 is pulled forward using the recess 41 provided in the pulling handle 4 of the right door 3, the pulling handle 4 is moved to the upper and lower ends. A rotating operation is performed in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 5A with the second transmission shaft 56 as a fulcrum integrally with each provided transmission member 55. Then, in conjunction with the rotation operation, each transmission member 55 performs a balance operation, and a force for pushing the pressing member 52a to the rear surface side of the right door 3 acts on the standing wall 55a of each transmission member 55. 52a rotates in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure in synchronization with the first rotating shaft 52 as a fulcrum. As a result, the anchoring claw 51 fixedly attached to the first rotating shaft 52 rotates together with the pressing member 52a, and simultaneously releases the anchoring state of the upper and lower anchoring claws 51 with respect to the anchored portion 1a (see FIG. (See (B)). Then, the right door 3 is continuously rotated using the hinge mechanism H so that the right half of the front opening of the storage space is opened, and then the hinge mechanism H is held with the free end of the left door 2. The left half of the front opening is opened, and the front opening of the storage space is fully opened.
[0031]
Further, in order to close the front opening of the storage space, the reverse operation may be performed. First, the left door 2 is rotated to the front opening side, and then the right door 3 is only rotated to the front opening side. It's okay. In this state, the inclined surface 42 of the handle 4 provided on the edge 3 a of the right door 3 is in contact with or close to the inclined surface 61 of the protruding member 6 provided on the free end side of the left door 2. Since the mooring claw 51 is moored to the moored portion 1a, the doors 2 and 3 are inadvertently rotated when the earthquake occurs or the furniture is moved, and the front of the storage space. The situation of opening the opening is reliably prevented.
[0032]
As described above, the storage device according to the present embodiment includes the doors 2 and 3 that open and close the front opening of the storage device main body, and the handle 4 is provided over substantially the entire area along the edge 3 a of the right door 3. A pair of latch mechanisms 5 for mooring the right door 3 to the storage device main body 1 are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the handle 4 so that each latch mechanism 5 can be operated synchronously via the handle 4. Since it is connected, the latch mechanism 5 can be operated synchronously regardless of where the handle 4 is held, and the user's physique and usage status (such as when the storage devices are stacked and used in two stages) Regardless of this, the front opening of the storage device main body 1 can be opened and closed easily and appropriately. In addition, since the pull handle 4 also functions as a pair of latch mechanisms 5, there is no need to separately provide a rod for connecting the latch mechanisms 5 to each other inside the door 3, so that the number of parts can be reduced and the structure can be reduced. Simplification and cost reduction can be achieved. Further, since a space in which no parts are arranged is formed wider than the conventional one inside the door 3, for example, transparent or translucent glass is attached to the door 3 and stored in the storage space using the space. It is possible to obtain a wide opening through which the stored items can be visually recognized, arrange a sound absorbing material in a wider area inside the door 3, and effectively increase the degree of punching freedom of the door 3. Can be used for In addition to the above, since the handle 4 is exposed along the edge 3a of the door 3, it is not necessary to provide it inside the outer housing, for example, and the number of parts can be further reduced. The full length of the handle 4 can be effectively secured over the longitudinal direction.
[0033]
Further, since the mooring state of each latch mechanism 5 is configured to be released by the rotation operation of the pull handle 4, the front opening of the container body 11 can be opened and closed by a simple operation.
[0034]
Further, since the latch mechanism 5 is provided as a unit at both ends of the handle 4, each latch mechanism 5 can be made relatively compact, and the accuracy of each latch mechanism 5 can be improved. Can do. Further, since the latch mechanism 5 only needs to be disposed in pairs near both ends of the pull handle 4, there is no need to provide a rod, and a step of press-fitting the rod into a part of the latch mechanism 5 can be omitted. The manufacturing process can be simplified as compared with the conventional product.
[0035]
In addition, the second rotating shaft 56 that rotatably supports the transmission member 55 that is integrally attached to the handle 4 is provided so as to be positioned substantially on the same line in the vicinity of both ends of the handle 4. Even if they are separated from each other, the rotation operation of the handle 4 can be stabilized.
[0036]
Further, a space S that can rotate so that the handle 4 does not interfere with the edge of the right door 5 is provided between the handle 4 and the right door 3, and the space S is concealed when the right door 3 is closed. Since the blindfold 43 to be integrated with the handle is provided, a more stable rotation operation of the handle 4 can be realized, and the front side appearance of the storage device is not impaired in the closed state.
[0037]
Further, since the pull handle 4 is formed by extrusion molding, the pull handle 4 can be easily formed, and the effect of simplifying the manufacturing process described above can be more effectively enhanced.
[0038]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above.
[0039]
For example, the latch mechanism may be unitized including a lock mechanism (not shown) that locks the latch mechanism. In such a case, the operation of the handle can be locked using the lock mechanism in a state where the front opening of the storage space is closed, and malfunction can be prevented. In addition, the engagement structure of the lock mechanism with respect to the latch mechanism can be made common at any position, and the specifications of the lock mechanism can be easily changed and increased without difficulty.
[0040]
Of course, the handle may be provided on the free ends of both doors.
[0041]
In addition, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the latch mechanism can be operated synchronously regardless of where the handle is held, and the front surface of the storage device body can be easily and appropriately operated regardless of the user's physique and usage status. The opening can be opened and closed. In addition, since the handle also functions as a pair of latch mechanisms, there is no need to provide a separate rod inside the door to connect the latch mechanisms together, reducing the number of parts, simplifying the structure and reducing costs. A storage device that can be downed can be provided.
