本発明は、前側に開口部を有する中空状の箱形枠体である本体枠に取り付けられる前面枠と、該前面枠を前記本体枠の開口部の一側で回動自在に支持する蝶番装置と、を備え、
前記本体枠の中空部内に、複数のリールを有する可変表示装置と、コインを払い出す払出装置と、を配置し、前記前面枠は、前記開口部を閉塞するとともに背部に配置された前記可変表示装置の各リールを視認可能とするリール表示窓が設けられた表示パネルと、前記払出装置から払い出されたコインを貯留可能な受け皿と、を備え、前記可変表示装置の各リールがコインの賭数に応じて有効化された組合せライン上において特定の識別情報の組合せ態様となった場合に、その組合せ態様に応じて所要数のコインを遊技者に対して付与する遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチスロ遊技機等の遊技機には、前面枠を本体枠の一側で回動自在に支持する蝶番装置が設けられている。
蝶番装置は、本体枠に取付可能な本体枠側取付部材と、前面枠に取付可能な前面枠側取付部材と、これら取付部材を相互に連結する蝶番本体と、を備えている。
例えば、前面枠を本体枠に取り付ける場合には、前面枠側取付部材を前面枠に取り付けた後、本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付ける（或いは本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付けた後、前面枠側取付部材を前面枠に取り付ける）ことで、前面枠を本体枠に取り付けるようにしている。
また、前面枠は、装飾部材やランプ等の電気部品が多数取り付けられていることから、比較的重いものとなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の遊技機では、一方の取付部材を前面枠又は本体枠に取り付けてから他方の取付部材を取り付けるときに、重い前面枠を持ちながら他方の取付部材の取付位置を位置決めし、その状態を維持しながら他方の取付部材を取り付けなければならなかったため、前面枠を本体枠に取り付けるには、熟練した技術と体力が必要であった。
特に、前面枠が鉛直線に対して傾いた状態で取り付けられる遊技機の場合には、前面枠の姿勢を傾けた状態に保ちながら他方の取付部材を取り付けなければならなかったため、前面枠の取付作業がより一層困難であった。

この発明は、上記実状に鑑みなされたもので、前面枠を本体枠に取り付けるのが容易な遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、
請求項１記載の発明は、前側に開口部を有する中空状の箱形枠体である本体枠に取り付けられる前面枠と、該前面枠を前記本体枠の開口部の一側で回動自在に支持する蝶番装置と、を備え、
前記本体枠の中空部内に、複数のリールを有する可変表示装置と、コインを払い出す払出装置と、を配置し、
前記前面枠は、前記開口部を閉塞するとともに背部に配置された前記可変表示装置の各リールを視認可能とするリール表示窓が設けられた表示パネルと、前記払出装置から払い出されたコインを貯留可能な受け皿と、を備え、
前記可変表示装置の各リールがコインの賭数に応じて有効化された組合せライン上において特定の識別情報の組合せ態様となった場合に、その組合せ態様に応じて所要数のコインを遊技者に対して付与する遊技機において、
前記蝶番装置は、
前記本体枠に取り付けられた本体枠側取付部材と、
前記前面枠に取り付けられた前面枠側取付部材と、

前記本体枠に設けた位置決め凹部に前記軸部の基端側を嵌入し、該軸部の軸線方向に沿って形成される貫通孔から前記本体枠に設けた取付穴に向けてビスを通すことにより前記本体枠に取り付けられ、

弾性部材により形成されるとともに、
前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止突部を係止するための窪み部と、該窪み部に前記被係止突部を案内するための傾斜案内部と、を有し、
前記本体枠側取付部材の係合部を前記本体枠の支持部に係合させた状態で、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止部と前記本体枠の係止部とが接近する方向に前記本体枠側取付部材を回動させると、前記本体枠の係止部が前記本体枠側取付部材の凹部に挿入されるとともに、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止突部が前記傾斜案内部により案内されて、前記傾斜案内部を弾性変形させながら進んだ後、前記窪み部と出会った時点で該窪み部に嵌入され、前記本体枠側取付部材は前記本体枠に対して回動不能に係止された状態となることを特徴とする。

この請求項１記載の発明によれば、本体枠側取付部材の係合部を本体枠の支持部に係合させることによって、本体枠側取付部材が支持部により回動自在に支持され、その支持された状態で、本体枠側取付部材を回動させることによって、本体枠側取付部材が所定の取付位置へと位置調整される。従って、本体枠側取付部材を所定の取付位置に簡単に位置調整することができ、本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付けるのが容易となる。
また、本体枠の支持部は、側壁に対して軸線方向が垂直な軸部と、該軸部の先端に設けられ本体枠側取付部材の係合部と当該本体枠の支持部が係合したときに本体枠側取付部材の軸線方向への移動を規制する規制部と、を備えるとともに、本体枠に設けた位置決め凹部に軸部の基端側を嵌入し、該軸部の軸線方向に沿って形成される貫通孔から本体枠に設けた取付穴に向けてビスを通すことにより本体枠に取り付けられ、本体枠側取付部材の係合部が軸線方向に移動することを規制するので、本体枠の支持部と本体枠側取付部材の係合部の係合状態が解除されてしまうのを防止でき、本体枠側取付部材の係合部が本体枠の支持部から脱落することを防止できる。
また、本体枠の係止部は、弾性部材により形成されるとともに、本体枠側取付部材の被係止突部を係止するための窪み部と、該窪み部に被係止突部を案内するための傾斜案内部と、を有し、前記本体枠側取付部材の係合部を前記本体枠の支持部に係合させた状態で、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止部と前記本体枠の係止部とが接近する方向に前記本体枠側取付部材を回動させると、前記本体枠の係止部が前記本体枠側取付部材の凹部に挿入されるとともに、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止突部が前記傾斜案内部により案内されて、前記傾斜案内部を弾性変形させながら進んだ後、前記窪み部と出会った時点で該窪み部に嵌入されるので、被係止突部が窪み部から離脱するには所要の力が必要となる。したがって、位置決めした状態を維持するのが容易となり、本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付けるのがさらに容易となる。

ここで、遊技機には、例えば、パチスロ遊技機或いはスロットマシーンなどの遊技機や、パチンコ遊技機、アレンジボール遊技機、雀球遊技機などの遊技機が含まれる。
支持部としては、例えば、軸線を水平方向とする支軸が挙げられ、係合部としては、例えば、支軸と係合可能な切欠部（軸受け）が挙げられる。これと反対に、例えば、係合部を支軸とし、支持部を軸受けとすることも可能である。また、係合部を設ける位置は、支持部と対応する位置、つまり、支持部と係合離脱自在でかつ回動自在に係合し得る位置であって、回動調整により本体枠側取付部材を所定の取付位置に位置調整し得る位置とされる。例えば、前面枠が後側に傾倒した状態で取り付けられる場合には、係合部を本体枠側取付部材の下端位置とすることで、本体枠側取付部材の取付時に、支持部の視認性を良くし、支持部と係合部の係合を容易とすることができる。
また、規制部は、支軸の軸線方向への係合部の移動を規制可能な突部や、フランジ部等により構成される。

請求項２記載の発明は、請求項１記載の遊技機において、
前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止部と前記本体枠の係止部とを離間する方向に前記本体枠側取付部材を回動させると、前記本体枠の係止部が弾性変形されて前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止部が前記窪み部より離脱するとともに、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止突部の凹部から前記本体枠の係止部が離脱して、前記本体枠側取付部材の被係止部と前記本体枠の係止部との係合が解除されることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態について、図１〜図７の図面を参照しながら説明する。
図１は、本発明に係る遊技機の一形態として例示するパチスロ遊技機を示す正面図である。図２は、図１のパチスロ遊技機の前面枠を開放した状態を示す斜視図である。図３は、図１のパチスロ遊技機の右側面図である。

この実施の形態のパチスロ遊技機１００は、図１〜図３に示すように、前側に開口部１Ａを有する本体枠１と、各種装飾部材６３、６５、６６が取り付けられた前面枠２と、該前面枠２を開口部１Ａの一側で回動自在に支持する蝶番装置３０と、を備えて構成されている。

前面枠２の上半部には、図１に示すように、その開口部３ａを閉塞するようにして表示パネル３が取り付けられている。表示パネル３の背部には、図２に示すように、３個のリール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃが回転自在な状態で配置されており、表示パネル３のほぼ中央には、図１及び図２に示すように、各リール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃの外周面に表記されている識別情報（図柄）を３個ずつ視認可能とする透明なリール表示窓４が設けられている。
各リール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃは、コインを賭けた（ベットした）状態でスタートレバー６（後述）が押圧されて所定時間経過するか、或いは対応するストップボタン７ａ、７ｂ、７ｃ（後述）の押圧により順次停止するようになっており、各リール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃが停止した状態において、リール表示窓４を通して視認可能な表示領域（可変表示領域）における表示結果が予め設定された有効ライン（コインのベット数に応じて有効化された図柄の組合せライン）上において特定の識別情報の組合せ態様となった場合には、その組合せ態様に応じて所要数のコインが遊技者に対して付与される（払出装置２０よりコインが払い出されるか、或いはクレジットとして記憶される）ようになっている。

表示パネル３の上部には、上記可変表示領域における可変表示に関連して所定の演出表示を行う演出表示部５が設けられている。一方、表示パネル３の下部には、コインの払出枚数を表示する払出枚数表示部８、遊技の進行に関する表示を行う遊技進行表示部１１、コインのクレジット枚数を表示するクレジット枚数表示部１２等が設けられている。
表示パネル３の周囲には、表示パネル３を囲うようにして装飾部材６５，６５、６６が装着され、装飾部材６６の背部には、装飾ランプやスピーカなどが配設されている。

前面枠２ほぼ中央の傾斜面２２には、ベットするコインを投入するコイン投入口１５、コインのベット枚数（賭け枚数）を押圧回数によって設定可能な１ベットボタン１０、コインのベット枚数を限度枚数（例えば、３枚）に設定可能なマックスベットボタン９が配設されている。即ち、コイン投入口１５より所要数のコインを投入した状態或いは所要数のコインがクレジットされている状態で、１ベットボタン１０或いはマックスベットボタン９を押圧することで、コインのベット数を設定することができ、このベット数に応じて有効ラインのパターンを設定することができる。

前面枠２の下半部には、矩形状の飾り板部（化粧パネル）１９が設けられ、この飾り板部１９の上方には、クレジットされたコインを返却するためのコイン返却スイッチ１８、前記可変表示領域における可変表示を開始する（つまり、各リール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃの回転を開始する）ためのスタートレバー６、各々のリール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃの回転を停止させるためのストップボタン７ａ、７ｂ、７ｃ、前面枠２を開放不能に施錠する鍵ユニット１７（図２）の鍵穴１７ａ、返却機構１６（後述）を作動させる返却ボタン１６ａ等が設けられている。
飾り板部１９の左右両側部には、装飾部材６３，６３が装着され、これら装飾部材６３，６３の背部には、装飾ランプが配設されている。また、飾り板部１９の下方には、本体枠１に設置された払出装置２０（図２）より払い出されたコインを貯留可能な受皿２３や、灰皿２１などが設けられている。

前面枠２の背部には、図２に示すように、コイン投入口１５より投入されたコインの詰まりを解消してコインを受皿２３へと返却するための返却機構１６が設置され、この返却機構１６の下方には、返却機構１６より排出されたコインや払出装置２０から払い出されたコインを受皿２３へと流下案内する誘導樋２４が設けられている。

図４に示すように、本体枠１は、前側に開口部１Ａを有する中空状の箱形枠体であって、その開口面（前端面）が、図３に示すように、上側よりも下側が前方に突出するように傾斜した状態に形成されている。つまり、前面枠２が鉛直線に対して傾いた状態で本体枠１に取り付けられている。
この本体枠１の中空部内には、図２に示すように、前述したリール４ａ、４ｂ、４ｃを有する可変表示装置１４や、払出装置２０などが配設されている。

また、本体枠１の左側壁１Ｂの内周面には、図４に示すように、蝶番装置３０の本体枠側取付部材３２（後述）の取付時に、本体枠側取付部材３２の切欠部４０（後述）と係合して本体枠側取付部材３２を回動自在に支持する支持部として例示する支軸５０が突設されると共に、本体枠側取付部材３２の取付位置で本体枠側取付部材３２の回動を係止する係止部として例示する係止ブロック５７が設けられている。

支軸５０は、左側壁１Ｂ下部の前側に設けられており、図５に示すように、軸線方向が左側壁１Ｂに対して垂直な軸部５１と、該軸部５１の先端に設けられた規制部として例示する円盤状のフランジ部５２と、を備えている。フランジ部５２は、本体枠側取付部材３２の切欠部４０と支軸５０が係合したときに、本体枠側取付部材３２の前記軸線方向への移動を規制して、本体枠側取付部材３２の支軸５０からの脱落を防止するようになっている。
図５に示すように、支軸５０は、軸部５１の基端側が本体枠１の位置決め凹部５６に嵌入されて本体枠１に対し位置決めがなされた状態で、その軸線に沿って形成される貫通孔５４から本体枠１の取付穴５５に向けてビス５３を通すことによって、本体枠１の左側壁１Ｂに取り付けられている。
係止ブロック５７は、例えば、ゴム等の弾性部材により形成され、図４に示すように、左側壁１Ｂ上部の前側に設けられている。係止ブロック５７は、本体枠側取付部材３２の被係止突部４１ｂ（後述）を係止するための窪み部５７ｂと、該窪み部５７ｂに被係止突部４１ｂを案内するための傾斜案内部５７ａと、を備えている。

蝶番装置３０は、図２及び図７に示すように、本体枠１に取付可能な本体枠側取付部材３２と、前面枠２に取付可能な前面枠側取付部材３１と、本体枠側取付部材３２と前面枠側取付部材３１とを相互に回動自在に連結する一対の蝶番本体３３，３３と、を備えて構成されている。
本体枠側取付部材３２及び前面枠側取付部材３１は、図２に示すように、何れも長尺な板状部材により構成されている。
本体枠側取付部材３２下端の角部には、図６に示すように、支軸５０と係合離脱自在でかつ回動自在に係合する係合部として例示する切欠部４０が設けられ、本体枠側取付部材３２の上部には、係止ブロック５７と係合可能な被係止部４１が設けられている。

切欠部４０は、下方に開口していて、その開口幅が支軸５０の直径より大きく設定されている。つまり、切欠部４０は、本体枠側取付部材３２を起立させた状態において、支軸５０に対して係合離脱自在な状態となる。また、切欠部４０は、支軸５０と当接する部分が円弧状に形成されていて、支軸５０に対して円滑に回動するようになっている。

被係止部４１は、係止ブロック５７を嵌入可能な凹部４１ａの開口側に、本体枠側取付部材３２の厚み方向に突出する被係止突部４１ｂを設けて構成されている。
即ち、切欠部４０を支軸５０に係合させた状態で、被係止部４１と係止ブロック５７とが接近する方向に本体枠側取付部材３２を回動させると、凹部４１ａに係止ブロック５７が挿入されると共に、被係止突部４１ｂが傾斜案内部５７ａにより案内されて窪み部５７ｂに嵌入される。その際に、被係止突部４１ｂは傾斜案内部５７ａを押し付けながら（弾性変形させながら）進んだ後窪み部５７ｂと出会い、その出会った時点で窪み部５７ｂに嵌入されるので、被係止突部４１ｂが窪み部５７ｂから離脱するには所要の力が必要となる。即ち、被係止突部４１ｂが窪み部５７ｂに嵌入された状態において、被係止部４１と係止ブロック５７とが係合して、本体枠側取付部材３２が本体枠１に対して回動不能に係止された状態となる。
この状態から、上記所要の力をもって、被係止部４１と係止ブロック５７とが離間する方向に本体枠側取付部材３２を回動させると、係止ブロック５７が弾性変形して、被係止突部４１ｂが窪み部５７ｂより離脱すると共に、凹部４１ａから係止ブロック５７が離脱して、被係止部４１と係止ブロック５７との係合が解除される。

本体枠側取付部材３２の前端部（図４の方向から見て）には、図５及び図７に示すように、本体枠側取付部材３２の厚み方向に折り曲げて形成される段差部４２が、本体枠側取付部材３２の下端から上端のほぼ全長に亘って設けられている。この段差部４２は、前面枠２を閉じた状態のときに前面枠２と本体枠１の間に形成される隙間から当該パチスロ遊技機１００の内部方向に不正侵入物が挿入されるのを阻止するようになっている。

次に、前面枠２を本体枠１に取り付ける取付方法について説明する。

先ず、前面枠２に蝶番装置３０を取り付ける。即ち、ビス等の止着部材で前面枠側取付部材３１を前面枠２の所定位置に取り付ける。
次に、前面枠２を起立姿勢とした後、前面枠２を持って、本体枠側取付部材３２の切欠部４０を本体枠１の軸部５１へと誘導し、本体枠側取付部材３２と支軸５０とを回動自在に係合させる。続いて、本体枠側取付部材３２を後側に傾倒させるように回動させて、被係止部４１と係止ブロック５７とを係合させる。これにより、本体枠側取付部材３２が回動不能に係止されて、本体枠側取付部材３２がその取付位置に位置調整された状態となる。
次に、本体枠側取付部材３２をビス等の止着部材で本体枠１に止着する。これにより、前面枠２が本体枠１に取り付けられた状態となる。

以上のように、この実施の形態のパチスロ遊技機１００によれば、本体枠１の支軸５０に本体枠側取付部材３２の切欠部４０が係合し回動調整により所定の取付位置に位置調整された状態で、本体枠側取付部材３２が本体枠１に取り付けられている。つまり、蝶番装置３０を本体枠１に取り付ける際に、本体枠側取付部材３２の切欠部４０を本体枠１の支軸５０に係合させることによって、本体枠側取付部材３２が支軸５０により回動自在に支持され、その支持された状態で、本体枠側取付部材３２を回動させることによって、本体枠側取付部材３２が所定の取付位置へと位置調整されるようになっている。
従って、本体枠側取付部材３２を本体枠１に簡単に取り付けることができる。
また、予め前面枠側取付部材３１を前面枠２に取り付けておき、しかる後、本体枠側取付部材３２を本体枠１に取り付けるようにしたので、例えば、この実施の形態のように、前面枠２が鉛直線に対して傾いた状態で取り付けられる場合であっても、前面枠２を本体枠１に簡単に取り付けることができる。

また、本体枠側取付部材３２の取付位置で本体枠側取付部材３２の回動を係止ブロック５７が係止するので、本体枠側取付部材３２を取付位置に位置決めするのが容易となり、また、位置決めした状態を維持するのが容易となる。従って、本体枠側取付部材３２を本体枠１に取り付けるのがさらに容易となる。
また、支軸５０と切欠部４０とが係合した状態において、支軸５０の軸線方向への本体枠側取付部材３２の移動をフランジ部５２が規制するので、本体枠側取付部材３２が軸線方向に移動することによって支軸５０と切欠部４０の係合状態が解除されてしまうことを防止できる。
また、本体枠側取付部材３２を長尺な板状部材とし、この板状部材の下端に切欠部４０を設けたので、本体枠側取付部材３２を回動させたり、切欠部４０を支軸５０に係合させたりするのが容易となる。
また、前面枠２を閉じた状態のときに、前面枠２と本体枠１の間に形成される隙間から当該遊技機の内部方向に不正侵入物が挿入されるのを、段差部４２が防止するので、不正侵入物を用いて遊技機内部の各種装置（例えば、可変表示装置１４など）に対して不正行為をはたらくのが困難となる。

なお、本発明はこの実施の形態のパチスロ遊技機１００に限られるものではなく、例えば、その他のパチスロ遊技機やスロットマシーン、或いはパチンコ遊技機、アレンジボール遊技機、雀球遊技機などの弾球遊技機にも適用可能である。
また、この実施の形態では、支持部として支軸５０を例示すると共に、係合部として切欠部４０を例示したが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば、係合部を、支軸により構成し、支持部を、支軸と係合離脱自在でかつ回動自在に係合する軸受け（切欠部）により構成することも可能である。また、この実施の形態では、本体枠側取付部材３２下端の角部に切欠部４０を設け、本体枠１の左側壁１Ｂ下部の前側に支軸５０を設けるようにしたが、例えば、本体枠側取付部材３２の上部や中途部に切欠部を設け、これと対応する位置に支軸を設けることも可能である。また、切欠部の開口方向も切欠部の位置に応じて適宜に変更可能である。
また、この実施の形態では、係止部として係止ブロック５７を例示したが、本体枠側取付部材３２の取付位置で本体枠側取付部材３２の回動を係止できれば、どのような構成の係止部としても良い。
また、この実施の形態では、本体枠側取付部材３２を長尺な板状部材としたが、例えば、棒状の部材などであってもよい。また、規制部として円盤状のフランジ部５２を例示したが、係合時に本体枠側取付部材３２の脱落を防止できれば、円盤以外の形状のフランジ部、或いは軸部５１の半径方向に突設された突部などであってもよい。
また、今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、本体枠側取付部材を所定の取付位置に簡単に位置調整することができ、本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付けるのが容易となる。
