【従来の技術】
従来より、パチスロ遊技機等の遊技機には、前面枠を本体枠の一側で回動自在に支持する蝶番装置が設けられている。
蝶番装置は、本体枠に取付可能な本体枠側取付部材と、前面枠に取付可能な前面枠側取付部材と、これら取付部材を相互に連結する蝶番本体と、を備えている。
例えば、前面枠を本体枠に取り付ける場合には、前面枠側取付部材を前面枠に取り付けた後、本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付ける(或いは本体枠側取付部材を本体枠に取り付けた後、前面枠側取付部材を前面枠に取り付ける)ことで、前面枠を本体枠に取り付けるようにしている。
また、前面枠は、装飾部材やランプ等の電気部品が多数取り付けられていることから、比較的重いものとなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の遊技機では、一方の取付部材を前面枠又は本体枠に取り付けてから他方の取付部材を取り付けるときに、重い前面枠を持ちながら他方の取付部材の取付位置を位置決めし、その状態を維持しながら他方の取付部材を取り付けなければならなかったため、前面枠を本体枠に取り付けるには、熟練した技術と体力が必要であった。
特に、前面枠が鉛直線に対して傾いた状態で取り付けられる遊技機の場合には、前面枠の姿勢を傾けた状態に保ちながら他方の取付部材を取り付けなければならなかったため、前面枠の取付作業がより一層困難であった。

以下、この発明の実施の形態について、図1〜図7の図面を参照しながら説明する。

図5に示すように、支軸50は、軸部51の基端側が本体枠1の位置決め凹部56に嵌入されて本体枠1に対し位置決めがなされた状態で、その軸線に沿って形成される貫通孔54から本体枠1の取付穴55に向けてビス53を通すことによって、本体枠1の左側壁1Bに取り付けられている。
係止ブロック57は、例えば、ゴム等の弾性部材により形成され、図4に示すように、左側壁1B上部の前側に設けられている。係止ブロック57は、本体枠側取付部材32の被係止突部41b(後述)を係止するための窪み部57bと、該窪み部57bに被係止突部41bを案内するための傾斜案内部57aと、を備えている。

この状態から、上記所要の力をもって、被係止部41と係止ブロック57とが離間する方向に本体枠側取付部材32を回動させると、係止ブロック57が弾性変形して、被係止突部41bが窪み部57bより離脱すると共に、凹部41aから係止ブロック57が離脱して、被係止部41と係止ブロック57との係合が解除される。

次に、前面枠2を起立姿勢とした後、前面枠2を持って、本体枠側取付部材32の切欠部40を本体枠1の軸部51へと誘導し、本体枠側取付部材32と支軸50とを回動自在に係合させる。続いて、本体枠側取付部材32を後側に傾倒させるように回動させて、被係止部41と係止ブロック57とを係合させる。これにより、本体枠側取付部材32が回動不能に係止されて、本体枠側取付部材32がその取付位置に位置調整された状態となる。
次に、本体枠側取付部材32をビス等の止着部材で本体枠1に止着する。これにより、前面枠2が本体枠1に取り付けられた状態となる。

また、予め前面枠側取付部材31を前面枠2に取り付けておき、しかる後、本体枠側取付部材32を本体枠1に取り付けるようにしたので、例えば、この実施の形態のように、前面枠2が鉛直線に対して傾いた状態で取り付けられる場合であっても、前面枠2を本体枠1に簡単に取り付けることができる。

また、前面枠2を閉じた状態のときに、前面枠2と本体枠1の間に形成される隙間から当該遊技機の内部方向に不正侵入物が挿入されるのを、段差部42が防止するので、不正侵入物を用いて遊技機内部の各種装置(例えば、可変表示装置14など)に対して不正行為をはたらくのが困難となる。

なお、本発明はこの実施の形態のパチスロ遊技機100に限られるものではなく、例えば、その他のパチスロ遊技機やスロットマシーン、或いはパチンコ遊技機、アレンジボール遊技機、雀球遊技機などの弾球遊技機にも適用可能である。
また、この実施の形態では、支持部として支軸50を例示すると共に、係合部として切欠部40を例示したが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば、係合部を、支軸により構成し、支持部を、支軸と係合離脱自在でかつ回動自在に係合する軸受け(切欠部)により構成することも可能である。また、この実施の形態では、本体枠側取付部材32下端の角部に切欠部40を設け、本体枠1の左側壁1B下部の前側に支軸50を設けるようにしたが、例えば、本体枠側取付部材32の上部や中途部に切欠部を設け、これと対応する位置に支軸を設けることも可能である。また、切欠部の開口方向も切欠部の位置に応じて適宜に変更可能である。
また、この実施の形態では、係止部として係止ブロック57を例示したが、本体枠側取付部材32の取付位置で本体枠側取付部材32の回動を係止できれば、どのような構成の係止部としても良い。
また、この実施の形態では、本体枠側取付部材32を長尺な板状部材としたが、例えば、棒状の部材などであってもよい。また、規制部として円盤状のフランジ部52を例示したが、係合時に本体枠側取付部材32の脱落を防止できれば、円盤以外の形状のフランジ部、或いは軸部51の半径方向に突設された突部などであってもよい。
また、今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
