Description

The present invention relates to an opening device having a door in a frame.

In general, pressing is performed by sandwiching a core material, a glass frame, and a heat insulating material such as EPS (Expanded Poly-Styrene) between a steel plate indoor surface material and a steel plate outdoor surface material. The door body manufactured in this way is known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). In this type, an adhesive is applied to almost the entire back surface of the outdoor surface material, and a core material, a glass frame, and a heat insulating material such as EPS (Expanded Poly-Styrene) are placed thereon. Then, an indoor surface material coated with an adhesive is placed on almost the entire back surface from above, and these are pressed.
JP 07-102855 A

However, in the conventional configuration, since the glass frame is not positioned between the two surface materials, there is a possibility that the glass frame is shifted and moved before the adhesive is cured.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the problems of the conventional techniques described above, and to position the glass frame between the outdoor surface material and the indoor surface material with a simple configuration in the manufacturing stage. It is providing the opening part apparatus provided with the structure which can be performed.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention includes a door body that can be freely opened and closed in a frame, and this door body has an outdoor surface material made of steel plate having a glass opening, and a chamber made of steel plate. An inner surface material and a glass frame disposed between the surface materials and having a frame opening; the side edge of the glass opening of the outdoor surface material is bent toward the indoor side, and the side edge bent toward the indoor side The glass frame and the outdoor surface material are fitted to each other by bending the front end of the glass frame inward and engaging the glass frame with the front end bent inward.

According to the present invention, since the glass frame is engaged with the tip portion bent inward and the glass frame and the outdoor surface material are fitted, the outdoor surface material and the indoor surface material are manufactured in the manufacturing stage. In between, the glass frame can be easily positioned.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a view of the opening device of the present embodiment. The opening device includes a four-sided frame body 1 attached to a housing of a building and a door body 2, and the door body 2 is supported by the frame body 1 through a hinge 3 so as to be opened and closed. The door 2 includes a handle 4, an opening 32, and a cover (shown by diagonal lines) 34 attached on an extension line of the opening 32.

As shown in FIG. 2, an aluminum core 11 is provided on the left and right sides of the door 2, and a heat insulating material 13 is packed on the inner peripheral side of the core 11. A glass frame 9 is disposed on the inner peripheral side, and a glass 15 is disposed on the indoor side of the glass frame 9. A bead 20 is mounted around the contact portion between the glass 15 and the glass frame 9. The bead 20 is arranged inside the bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 so as not to be seen through the opening 32 from the outdoor side. The bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 is formed in a bowl shape that opens indoors. The glass 15 is fixed by a decorative material 28, and the decorative material 28 is fixed to the glass frame 9 by screws 24. The screw 24 is covered with a screw cover 26 so that the head of the screw 24 is not exposed to the indoor side. A bead 30 circulates and is attached to a contact portion between the decorative material 28 and the glass 15.

3 is a III-III longitudinal sectional view of FIG. An aluminum core 11 is provided above and below the door 2, and a heat insulating material 13 is packed on the inner peripheral side of the core 11. A glass frame 9 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the heat insulating material 13. The glass 15 is disposed on the indoor side of the glass frame 9.

As described above, the cover 34 is provided on the extension line of the opening 32 of the door 2, and the bead 20 is provided near the upper end of the lowermost cover 34 via the projecting piece 22. When rainwater or the like is applied to the door 2, the rainwater enters the pocket 33 through the gap δ between the glass 15 and the glass frame 9. The rainwater that has entered the pocket 33 is sealed with a bead 20 disposed inside thereof. However, the sealing is not complete, and leaked rainwater enters the first lower space 35 through the bead 20. The rainwater that has entered here enters the second lower space 37 through the first opening 36 </ b> A of the glass frame 9, and the rainwater that has entered here passes through the second opening 36 </ b> B of the glass frame 9 and the outdoor surface material 7. It flows into the gap and is drained to the outside through this gap. According to this, when the drained rainwater flows inside the cover 34, it is possible to prevent the outdoor surface material 7 from being contaminated by dust or the like in the rainwater.

As shown in FIG. 4, the door body 2 is disposed on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the outdoor surface material 7 made of a steel plate, a glass frame 9, a heat insulating material (for example, EPS: Expanded Poly-Styrene) 13. The aluminum core 11, the glass 15, and the indoor side surface material 17 made of a steel plate are provided.

The outdoor surface material 7 includes a bent portion 7a obtained by bending four sides of a steel plate toward the indoor side, and three glass openings 6 extending in the longitudinal direction. The glass frame 9 is surrounded on all sides by an aluminum frame member 12, and an aluminum middle rail 10 is assembled in the longitudinal direction of the glass frame 9, and a frame opening 8 formed by the middle rail 10 and the frame member 12 is provided. ing. The indoor surface material 17 includes a bent portion 17a obtained by bending four sides of a steel plate to the outdoor side, and an indoor glass opening 18 that is widely opened.

On the back surface (indoor side) of the outdoor surface material 7, an adhesive is applied almost all over, and the glass frame 9 is fitted on the back surface of the outdoor surface material 7, and the heat insulating material 13 is disposed outside the glass frame 9. And the core material 11 is arrange | positioned on the outer side of the heat insulating material 13, and the indoor side surface material 17 which apply | coated the adhesive agent is mounted on the back surface (outdoor side) almost on the whole. After assembling in this way, the door body 2 is manufactured by pressing while heating.

In this case, a resin cover 16 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the core material 11 located on the top and bottom and the left side of the door body 2, and the resin cover 16 has a bent portion 7 a of the outdoor surface material 7 and an indoor surface material. 17 bent portions 17a are sandwiched. Further, a door tip member 19 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the core member 11 located on the right side of the door body 2, and the door tip member 19 includes a bent portion 7 a of the outdoor surface material 7 and an indoor surface material 17. The bent portion 17a is sandwiched.

As shown in FIG. 5, the outdoor surface material 7 is formed by cutting out the planned opening portions 40 to 42 indicated by the oblique lines of a single steel plate 77 by press punching, and then the side edge of the opening is along the planned bending line α. Then, it is bent to the indoor side by press working, and then the side edge of the opening is further bent to the indoor side by press working along the planned bending line β. A bent portion bent along the planned bending line α is referred to as a first bent portion 45 (a tip portion of the side edge of the glass opening 6), and a bent portion bent along the planned bending line β is a second bent portion 46 ( This is called the side edge of the glass opening 6 of the outdoor surface material 7.

6 is an enlarged view of an arrow A portion in FIG. The outdoor surface material 7 and the glass frame 9 are fitted in the following procedure. However, the glass 15 does not exist at the time of fitting as described above. First, the glass frame 9 at the position indicated by the broken line is pushed in the direction indicated by the arrow B toward the outdoor surface material 7 from the position indicated by the broken line. At this time, the bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 pushes the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 in the pushing direction (B direction), and simultaneously, the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7 is moved in the direction of arrow C. Push away. Further, when the glass frame 9 is pushed in the direction indicated by the arrow B, the bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 gets over the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7, thereby the outdoor surface material 7 and the glass. The frame 9 is fitted. In other words, the middle frame 10 of the glass frame 9 is held inside the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 and the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7. At this time, since the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 is located on the indoor side from the tip of the bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9, the glass frame 9 performs a temporary fixing function and falls off the outdoor surface material 7. There is nothing.

Moreover, since the bending part 47 of the glass frame 9 is suppressed by the restoring force (force in the direction opposite to the arrow C) of the second bending part 46 of the outdoor surface material 7, the glass frame 9 becomes the outdoor surface material 7. It is firmly fixed.

The width W of the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 is set to be 4 to 5 mm from the front end portion 45 a of the side edge of the glass opening 6 of the outdoor surface material 7. If the width W of the first bent portion 45 is too small, the glass frame 9 is easily pulled out from the outdoor surface material 7. If the width W of the first bent portion 45 is too large, the glass frame 9 is This is because it is difficult to fit into the outer surface material 7.

Since the first bent portion 45 is formed on the outdoor surface material 7, there is no edge (for example, a cut surface) at the base end 45 b of the first bent portion 45, and when the glass 15 is wiped through the opening 32, a hand or the like There is no risk of damaging the battery and safety is ensured.

The bending angle θ1 of the first bending portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 is set to be 45 degrees with respect to the plate surface 15a of the glass 15, but even when the bending angle θ1 is other than 45 degrees, the room It is only necessary that the glass frame 9 is fitted inside the first bent portion 45 and the second bent portion 46 of the outer surface material 7 and the glass frame 9 can be fixed to the outdoor surface material 7.

The bending angle θ2 of the second bending portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7 is 90 degrees. When the bending angle θ2 is larger than 90 degrees, the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7 projects toward the opening 32 and passes through the opening 32 from the outdoor side to the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7. Will appear, and the appearance will deteriorate. On the other hand, when the bending angle θ2 of the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7 is set to be smaller than 90 degrees, the glass frame 9 may not fit into the outdoor surface material 7 if it is too small. Therefore, the bending angle θ2 of the second bent portion 46 of the outdoor surface material 7 is set to an appropriate angle within a range where the glass frame 9 is fitted and the appearance is not impaired.

In the above embodiment, the glass frame 9 is made of aluminum, but it may be made of steel or resin other than aluminum. In addition, although the three frame openings 8 of the glass frame 9 and the glass openings 6 of the outdoor surface material 7 are provided, the number of the glass openings 6 and the frame openings 8 may not be three. The bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 is formed in a bowl shape that opens to the indoor side, but the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 and the first surface of the outdoor surface material 7 are not spread to the indoor side. The bent portion 47 of the glass frame 9 may be fitted inside the second bent portion 46 and the glass frame 9 may be fixed to the outdoor surface material 7. Although the width W of the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 is set to 4 to 5 mm, the first bent portion 45 of the outdoor surface material 7 and the outdoor surface material 7 are outside the range of 4 to 5 mm. The glass frame 9 may be fitted inside the second bent portion 46 and the glass frame 9 may be fixed to the outdoor surface material 7. Although the outdoor surface material 7 is bent only in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction) of the glass opening 6, it may be bent in the short direction (lateral direction).

The above-described embodiments are merely one aspect of the present invention, and can be arbitrarily modified within the scope of the present invention.
