本発明は、特にクランクシャフトやカムシャフトのように偏心軸あるいは回転軸に種々の形状体を一体的に取り付けた複雑形状の製品をブラスト処理する連続ショットブラスト装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来上記のような製品をブラスト処理する連続式ショットブラスト装置としてはショットブラストキャビネット内にスクリュ−コンベヤを平行にしてかつ長手方向に傾斜させて設け、このスクリュ−コンベヤの胴部外周に製品反転用の凸部を突出して設けたものが特開平3−26465号公報により公知にされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし上記のような連続式ショットブラスト装置においては、製品をスクリュ−コンベヤにより連続的に前進させようとするため、製品反転用の凸部が十分に機能せず製品の反転が不十分となり製品全体を均一にブラスト処理することができないという問題があった。また製品形状が大きく変わるものに対しては、反転用の凸部が対応できないという問題もあった。
本発明は上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、クランクシャフトやカムシャフトのような複雑形状の処理製品を搬送しながら容易に反転させ、かつ多種類の製品に対しても対応できる連続式ショットブラスト装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために本発明における連続式ショットブラスト装置は、横長のキャビネットの両側位置に製品搬入口と製品搬出口とを高さ位置を違えて配設し、該製品搬入口から製品搬出口に亘って、同一方向に回転可能な2本のロ−ラ体を間隔をおくと共に頂部高さ位置を違えて平行に傾斜配置し、該頂部高さ位置の高いロ−ラ体の外周に、両端部に連続スクリュ−リ−ドを取付け、中央部に一定間隔をもって切断させた断続スクリュ−リ−ドを取り付けると共に該断続スクリュ−リ−ドの切断部に対応する位置に複数の製品反転用の突起物を装着し、前記2本のロ−ラ体が異なる太さの径のロ−ラ体であることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。図1は連続式ショットブラスト装置の全体を示す構成縦断面図であって、横長のキャビネット1の上部には複数の投射機2、2が適当な間隔をおいて設けられており、該キャビネット1の底部には投射材を搬出するスクリュ−コンベヤ3が設けられている。
さらに前記キャビネット1の右端上部には製品搬入口4が、またキャビネット1の左側部には製品搬出口5がそれぞれ設けられていて、製品搬入口4が製品搬出口5よりも高い位置にして配置されている。

前記製品搬入口4下方から製品搬出口5に亘っては同一方向に回転可能な同一径の2本のロ−ラ体6、7が(図2、図3参照)間隔をおくと共に頂部高さ位置を違えて平行に傾斜配置されている。該2本のロ−ラ体6、7のうち頂部高さ位置の高いロ−ラ体7の外周には、両端部に連続スクリュ−リ−ド8、9を取付け、中央部に一定間隔をもって切断させた断続スクリュ−リ−ド10が取付けられている。また断続スクリュ−リ−ド10の切断部に対応する位置には複数の製品反転用の突起物11、11が着脱自在に装着されている。

なお頂部高さ位置の低いロ−ラ体6は突起部材(例えば、連続スクリュ−リ−ド8、9、断続スクリュ−リ−ド10及び突起物11、11)が取付けられていない円筒形状のロ−ラ体にされている。これにより、製品Wが搬送途中で前記突起部材に引っ掛かることが無くなると共にメンテナンス性が向上する。また前記2本のロ−ラ体6、7の回転速度が多少違っても製品Wの搬送に悪影響(製品Wが搬送途中で前記突起部材に引っ掛かる等)を与えないため、回転速度の調整が容易になる。

また前記2本のロ−ラ体6、7は、軸心高さを同じにして径を変えてもよい。その場合は、大径のロ−ラ体に連続及び断続スクリュ−リ−ド8、9、10並びに突起物11、11を装着する。
さらに前記突起物11、11は、図3、図4に示すように高い突起体12の回転前方位置に低い突起体13を配置した構成にされている。また図中符号14は前記スクリュ−コンベヤ3を保護する保護板である。

このように構成されたものは、ロ−ラ体6、7を図3の矢印方向に回転させながら製品搬入口4からクランクシャフトあるいはカムシャフト等の製品Wを順次投入してゆく。
投入された製品Wは、連続スクリュ−リ−ド8により前進移送されて断続スクリュ−リ−ド10の位置に搬送されると図3に示すように断続スクリュ−リ−ド10による送り出しと突起物11、11に掬い上げられて低い位置にあるロ−ラ体6の上部方向に反転される作用を繰り返し行い、反転されながら前進をし、投射機2、2からの投射材の投射を受けて全面を均一にブラスト処理されてゆく。

このようにして全面を均一ブラスト処理された製品Wは、連続スクリュ−リ−ド9の位置に移送されて製品搬出口5に運ばれて搬出される。このような作動を連続して行うことにより、複雑形状の製品Wを確実に効率よく全面に均一ブラスト処理を施すことができる。
なお処理する製品の大きさや形状が変更されても突起物11が高い突起体12の回転前方位置に低い突起体13を配置した構成に成っているため、形状の大きい製品は低い突起体13により掬い上げられ、反対に形状の小さい製品は高い突起体12により掬い上げられるようになり種々の製品に対応できるようにされている。
さらに2本のロ−ラ体6、7の回転数を変更したり、突起物11の交換等により製品の搬送速度及び反転程度を任意に変えることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記の説明から明らかなように、横長のキャビネットの両側位置に製品搬入口と製品搬出口とを高さ位置を違えて配設し、該製品搬入口から製品搬出口に亘って、同一方向に回転可能な2本のロ−ラ体を間隔をおくと共に頂部高さ位置を違えて平行に傾斜配置し、該頂部高さ位置の高いロ−ラ体の外周に、両端部に連続スクリュ−リ−ドを取付け、中央部に一定間隔をもって切断させた断続スクリュ−リ−ドを取り付けると共に該断続スクリュ−リ−ドの切断部に対応する位置に複数の製品反転用の突起物を装着し、前記2本のロ−ラ体が異なる太さの径のロ−ラ体である構成にしたから、複雑形状の処理製品を確実に効率よく反転させて製品の全面を均一にブラスト処理することができるようになると共に多種類の製品に対しても対応できる等種々の効果がある。
