本発明は、小物などの物品を支承する棚本体を、確実かつ長期にわたって固定させておくことができる物品支承装置および棚本体の取付方法関する。

従来、棚板を壁面へ取り付ける際は、あらかじめ、L字状に形成した棚板支持金具を壁面へ多数個のピンなどにより打ち付け固定し、この支持金具の水平部へ棚板をビスで止め付けて、飾り棚を構成していた。(例えば、特許文献1参照。)

本発明は、前記した問題点を解決するためになされたもので、壁体の取付面へ当接する縦部材と物品を支承する受部材とからなる棚本体と、この棚本体を取付面へ固定させる止め具とを備えさせた物品支承装置にあって、止め具は、摘み体と、この摘み体の一側部に突出させて壁体に突き刺さるピン針体と、摘み体においてピン針体の付け根部に設けて該ピン針体の軸方向と直交する外方向へ張り出させた係合体とを有し、棚本体は、縦部材に穿設したピン針体が挿通する止め孔と、縦部材の内側における止め孔の近傍に設けてピン針体が該止め孔を挿通して壁体に突き刺した後、係合体と係合させてピン針体の抜け止めを行う係止体とを有することにより、小物などの物品を支承する棚本体を確実かつ長期にわたって固定させておくことができる物品支承装置および棚本体の取付方法提供することを目的としている。

前記した目的を達成するための本発明の手段は、
壁体の取付面へ当接する縦部材と物品を支承する受部材とからなる棚本体と、この棚本体を前記取付面へ固定させる止め具とを備えさせた物品支承装置にあって、

次に、本発明に関する物品支承装置および棚本体の取付方法一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。

したがって、前記のように構成される本発明に係る第一実施例の物品支承装置Aおよび棚本体の取付方法、以下に述べる作用を奏する。
まず、壁体bにおけるコーナー部の取付面b1,b1へ棚本体1における縦部材3,3を当てて、図3(a)に示すように、棚本体1における縦部材3の裏側(内側)から止め孔5へ止め具2におけるピン針体9を、その当接体10が係止体6の外側部に干渉しない位置に合わせて、取付面b1,b1へ向かって垂直に刺し込み、更に深く押し込むと、ピン針体9は壁体bにくい込む。

前述のように構成される本発明は、止め具の抜け止めが施されているため、この止め具が長期の使用にあって抜け落ちることがなく、物品の支承にあって耐荷重性が向上すると共に、安心して物品の載置として使用することができる。
