BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spout assembly in which a spout attached to a flexible packaging bag type container or a paper container and a cap are integrated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a spout assembly in which a spout attached to a flexible packaging bag type flexible container and a cap are integrally formed is known (see

For example, what is described in
[0004]
As described above, a spout assembly formed by integrally molding a spout and a cap is known. However, such a spout assembly is obtained by attaching the cap to the spout in an inverted state, and the back side of the cap is exposed to the outside. For this reason, when the cap is removed from the spout and then attached to the spout, the back side of the cap exposed to the outside enters the inside of the spout, which is unsanitary. Moreover, when attaching the cap removed from the spout to the spout, it is necessary to reverse the cap, which takes time for the cap attaching operation.

[0019]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, so that the opening of the outer cylindrical portion does not stand up when opened, and the cap does not inadvertently peel off from the spout during transportation. An outlet assembly is provided.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Invention of
[0024]
In the spout assembly of the present invention, a guide ring for restricting the position of the cap with respect to the spout when connecting the fitted pattern of the cap with the fitting pattern of the spout is connected to the upper end of the cap body. Can be set.
[0025]
In the spout assembly according to the present invention, the cap may be provided with an annular ring that contacts the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion of the spout depending from the lower surface of the top plate.
[0026]
In the spout assembly of the present invention, a pilfer proof band is continuously provided at the lower end of the body portion of the cap via a thin portion, and a protrusion is provided along the circumferential direction on the back surface of the pilfer proof band. It is preferable that this protrusion is configured to engage with an outer peripheral protrusion protruding from the spout.
[0027]
The spout assembly of the present invention can include a flange portion between the outer cylindrical portion and the inner mounting portion of the spout.
[0028]
The spout assembly according to the present invention may further include a second flange portion for gripping the spout assembly between the outer cylindrical portion and the flange portion of the spout.
[0029]
In the spout assembly according to the present invention, the inner attachment portion may include a pair of adhesive plates and an inner cylindrical portion provided in the pair of adhesive plates and communicating with the outer cylindrical portion.
[0030]
In the spout assembly of the present invention that is attached to a flexible packaging bag type container, the liquid flow path to the lower end is blocked by the container walls coming into close contact with the lower end of the inner cylindrical portion. Blocking prevention means for preventing this can be provided continuously. In that case, the blocking prevention means has three to four partition walls extending in the longitudinal direction, a liquid flow path is secured between the partition walls, and the liquid flow path communicates with the inner cylindrical portion. can do.
[0031]
According to the spout assembly of the present invention, the cap is removed from the spout, the fitted pattern of the cap is engaged with the fitting pattern of the spout, and the cap is rotated with respect to the spout to thereby close the sealing lid. The sealing of the spout can be easily released by peeling off from the annular inner peripheral projection of the outer cylindrical portion of the spout. In that case, a sealing ring is provided at the upper end of the outer cylindrical portion by providing a guide ring for restricting the position of the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion when the fitted pattern of the cap is engaged with the fitting pattern of the spout. Regulating the position of the cap with respect to the spout by contacting the outer surface of the outer cylindrical part of the guide ring so as not to damage the inner surface of the outer cylindrical part of the spout when tearing the thin wall between the lid and the annular circumferential protrusion Can do.
In addition, since the peeling portion is in the outer cylindrical portion, the cap is not carelessly peeled from the spout during transportation as in the prior art.
Moreover, after opening, it can be resealed by maintaining a hygienic state by attaching a cap to the spout.
[0032]
Since the spout assembly of the present invention is liquid-tightly sealed by a sealing lid until it is opened, it can be used particularly effectively for packaging contents that require hermeticity, such as retort food packaging. It can also be used for packaging nutrients and drinks. In addition to foods, it can also be used for packaging pharmaceuticals, detergents and the like.
[0033]
In addition, when an annular ring that comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion of the spout is provided with the cap depending on the lower surface of the top plate, the annular ring comes into close contact with the inner peripheral portion of the outer cylindrical portion during resealing. Can be resealed to prevent leakage.
[0034]
Moreover, since it can be understood at a glance by providing a pilfer proof band continuously provided through a thin portion at the lower end of the body portion of the cap, mischief with respect to the package contents can be prevented.
[0035]
Moreover, the spout assembly of the present invention can be attached to the container by including the flange portion and the inner attachment portion.
[0036]
Further, by providing the second flange portion for gripping the spout assembly between the outer cylindrical portion and the flange portion of the spout, the transport of the spout assembly by the transport conveyor (not shown) is facilitated.
[0037]
In addition, the content of the aqueous solution or the jelly-like solution is provided by providing a clogging prevention means for preventing the liquid flow path to the lower end from being clogged by the container walls coming into close contact with the lower end of the inner cylindrical portion. The liquid can be easily sucked out of the flexible packaging bag through the spout.
