【0001】
G11-A(s) 〜G22-A(s) 、G11-B(s) 〜G22-B(s)

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a driving force control device that controls a driving force so that an acceleration / deceleration of a vehicle matches a target acceleration / deceleration.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of such a driving force control device is described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-173474. In this driving force control device, the road gradient resistance force proportional to the road gradient is detected from the acceleration of the driving wheel, that is, the differential value of the wheel rotation speed and the driving force, and the target acceleration / deceleration is corrected according to the road gradient resistance force. To do. In other words, the target acceleration / deceleration decreases on the uphill where the road gradient resistance increases, the target acceleration / deceleration increases on the downhill where the road gradient resistance decreases, and the vehicle acceleration / deceleration matches the target acceleration / deceleration. The engine torque and the gear ratio are feedback controlled. According to this driving force control device, the driver feels uncomfortable by matching the driver's acceleration / deceleration feeling from the road gradient with the actual road gradient.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional driving force control device, when the traveling speed of the vehicle is low, the detection accuracy of the wheel rotational speed is lowered, so that the estimation accuracy of the road surface gradient is also lowered. In addition, if the vehicle stops completely, it is difficult to estimate the road gradient.
The present invention has been developed in view of these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a driving force control device that can continue to properly estimate a road surface gradient.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, the driving force control apparatus according to the present invention performs feedback control so that the acceleration / deceleration of the vehicle matches the target acceleration / deceleration, and the driving force and the wheel speed. On the basis of theIn the driving force control device that obtains the road gradient and corrects the target acceleration / deceleration based on the road gradient, when the vehicle traveling speed becomes a predetermined value or less, the previous road gradient is retained, and the retained road gradient Based on the above, the target acceleration / deceleration is corrected.
[0005]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, according to the driving force control device of the present invention, when the traveling speed of the vehicle decreases and becomes lower than a predetermined value, the previous road gradient is maintained, and based on the stored road gradient. The target acceleration / deceleration is corrected so that the target acceleration / deceleration is corrected based on the immediately preceding road gradient even in a situation where the traveling speed of the vehicle decreases and the estimation accuracy of the road surface gradient decreases. Therefore, the acceleration / deceleration does not fluctuate significantly.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment in which a driving force control device of the present invention is applied to a vehicle acceleration / deceleration control device will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

However, in order to perform arithmetic processing by the microcomputer described above, for example, it is discretized by Tustin approximation or the like, and a differential equation that can be executed by software is obtained as shown by the following equation 2a to obtain the transmission input torque command value. Feed forward control T* p-ffIs calculated. Next, the engine operation restriction map will be described with reference to FIG. For example, the engine speed ω on the horizontal axis as shown in the figuree(= Transmission input rotational speed ωp) And the vertical axis represents engine torque Te(= Transmission input torque Tp), An equal output line (broken line in the figure) connecting the same engine power (output) and an equal fuel consumption line (dashed line in the figure) centering on the optimum fuel efficiency point can be drawn. A curve in which the optimum fuel consumption points on the iso-output line are continuous becomes the optimum fuel consumption driving line. Generally, in modern engines, fuel is not injected when the accelerator is off, so the optimum fuel consumption point and isofuel consumption line are the engine torque TeExists only in the positive region. Therefore, the optimum fuel consumption driving line is also the engine torque TeExists only in the positive region. Conversely, engine torque TeIn the negative region, an engine brake characteristic line indicating the relationship between the engine brake torque and the engine speed appears. As mentioned above, the engine torque TeHowever, since fuel is not injected in the negative region, it is necessary to control the engine speed in order to control the engine brake torque. In this embodiment, since a continuously variable transmission is used as the transmission, in order to obtain a desired engine brake torque at an arbitrary traveling speed, the speed ratio of the continuously variable transmission may be controlled. An engine operation restriction map is obtained by mapping the relationship between these curves in consideration of fuel consumption.
[0028]
Next, a design method of the feedback compensator 33 in this embodiment will be briefly described. The above-described nonlinear control target model of FIG.* p, Gear ratio command value I* p2 inputs, acceleration / deceleration αw, Transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpIt is assumed that the model is a two-output nonlinear controlled object model. In the present embodiment, for the purpose of ensuring the stability of the feedback control system, the detection unit and the partial control unit are combined with a vehicle model as a controlled object model. This nonlinear control target model is linearly approximated at a specific operating point to derive a linear approximate control target model for control system design. In order to design a feedback compensator using “μ synthesis”, which is one of “robust control theory”, it is necessary to further model variable elements and extend them to a generalized plant model. Will be omitted.
[0029]
The input to the feedback compensator 33 is the acceleration / deceleration difference Δα as described above.w, Transmission input shaft rotational speed difference (−ΔωpTherefore, the output transmission input torque command value T* p, Gear ratio command value I* pThe transfer function G of the feedback compensator 33FBWhen represented by (s), the following six equations are obtained, and the transfer function GFBEach element of (s) is expressed by

Each of these elements G11(s) ~ Gtwenty twoConsidering (s) in detail, there is a part where the pole is on or near the imaginary axis. The pole on or in the vicinity of the imaginary axis is a pole with a slow response and accumulates the difference between the target value and the actual value, in other words, it is a part having an integral characteristic. Therefore, the transfer function of the feedback compensator of equation (7) is expressed as a portion G having an integral characteristic.A(s) and other parts GB(s) and is expressed as shown in the following equation (12).

Further, regarding the stop condition of the feedback compensator having the integral characteristic, the transmission input torque command value T* pAcceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwIs a positive value, that is, when further acceleration is required, or transmission input torque command value T* pIs the lower limit, but the acceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwIs a negative value, that is, when further deceleration is required, the acceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwTo transmission input torque command value T* pElement y to calculate11Only the operation is stopped. Further, the transmission input torque command value T* pIs the upper limit, but the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpIs a positive value, that is, when further speedup is required, or transmission input torque command value T* pIs the lower limit, but the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpIs a negative value, that is, when further deceleration is required, the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpTo transmission input torque command value T* pElement y to calculate12Only the operation is stopped. Further, the gear ratio command value I* pAcceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwIs the predetermined value Δαw1That is, that is, when further acceleration is required, or the gear ratio command value I* pIs the lower limit, but the acceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwIs the predetermined value Δαw2When it is below, that is, when further deceleration is required, the acceleration / deceleration difference ΔαwTo gear ratio command value I* pElement y to calculatetwenty oneOnly the operation is stopped. Further, the gear ratio command value I* pIs the upper limit, but the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpIs a positive value, that is, when further speedup is required, or the gear ratio command value I* pIs the lower limit, but the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpIs a negative value, that is, when further deceleration is required, the transmission input shaft rotational speed difference ΔωpTo gear ratio command value I* pElement y to calculatetwenty twoOnly the operation is stopped. Therefore, the calculation of the element in which the operation amount is not saturated is continued, and the more robust feedback control can be performed correspondingly.
[0085]
Further, as described above, when the manipulated variable is saturated, the calculation of only the feedback compensator having the integral characteristic is stopped, and the calculation of the other feedback compensators is continued. As described above, the feedback compensator that separates the feedback compensator based on modern control theory and excludes the integral characteristic, conversely, has a differential characteristic, that is, a phase advance characteristic. Therefore, stopping the entire feedback compensator may cause the feedback compensator having this differential characteristic to react sensitively when restarting the feedback compensator operation. In the present embodiment, by continuing the operation of the feedback compensator excluding the integral characteristic in this way, it is possible to suppress and prevent the sensitive response of the control amount.
[0086]
FIG. 12 shows the acceleration / deceleration feedback control apparatus according to the present embodiment. The acceleration / deceleration, the transmission input shaft rotation speed, the transmission input torque, the transmission ratio, and the traveling speed when the accelerator pedal is turned on / off at predetermined intervals after the start acceleration. FIG. 4 shows the change over time in the throttle opening. In this simulation, priority is given to following the target value of acceleration / deceleration. In this simulation, time t01After and time t02Thereafter, the transmission input torque is saturated to the upper limit value. In this embodiment, the calculation of the feedback compensator having the integral characteristic is stopped thereafter. Therefore, the subsequent overshoot of acceleration / deceleration is suppressed. On the other hand, FIG. 13 does not stop the operation of the feedback compensator at all. Therefore, time t01And after time t02After that, the acceleration / deceleration overshoots, respectively.
[0087]
In this embodiment, the target acceleration / deceleration α is detected (calculated) by calculating the road gradient estimated value gra.* wCorrect. Thereby, the uncomfortable feeling given to the driver can be reduced. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the wheel speed V of the drive wheelWThat is, the traveling speed of the host vehicle is a predetermined value VW1When it becomes below, the calculation of the road gradient estimated value gra is stopped, the value is held, and the target acceleration / deceleration α is used by using the held road gradient estimated value gra.* wCorrect. This is performed by predicting that the accuracy of the road gradient estimated value gra is lowered as the traveling speed of the host vehicle decreases, and even in such a situation, the target acceleration / deceleration α* wIt is possible to reduce the fluctuations of. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the steering angle θ is a predetermined value θ.0If it becomes above, it will be considered that the road was changed by, for example, the right or left turn or the U turn, and the road gradient estimated value gra (the road gradient estimated value gar before noise removal)sinAnd their past values) are initialized to “0”. According to this, of course, the target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the correct road gradient of the travel road* wCannot be corrected appropriately, but at least the target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the incorrect road gradient estimated value gra* wIt is possible to suppress and prevent inappropriate correction and fluctuations.
[0088]
FIG. 14 shows a time t in the middle of a downhill with a constant road gradient.TenFrom the time t, the straight coasting state where the accelerator is off, that is, the so-called coast state is continued.11Depress the brake pedal at time t13At the same time as releasing the brake pedal, depress the accelerator pedal a little, then turn off the steering wheel and start the U-turn.164 shows the changes over time in the traveling speed, the estimated road gradient, and the target acceleration / deceleration when the accelerator pedal is further depressed simultaneously with the end of the U-turn. The road gradient of the road as seen from the host vehicle is indicated by broken lines in the figure. That is, time t16When the U-turn is finished, the vehicle goes uphill. It is assumed that the direction indicating switch is always on during the U-turn.
[0089]
In this simulation, the time t when the brake pedal is depressed11Thus, in the calculation process of FIG. 10, the calculation of the new road gradient estimated value gra is stopped, and the road gradient estimated value gra just before that is held. Target acceleration / deceleration α* wCorrection is made. The time t13Earlier time t12Drive wheel speed V considered as travel speedWIs the predetermined value VW1Although it is as follows, since the brake pedal is still depressed at this time, the time t11The target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the estimated road gradient value gra held at the value immediately before* wCorrection is made. And time t13Even after the brake switch is turned off, the drive wheel speed VWIs the predetermined value VW1However, the steering angle θ is a predetermined value θ0The road gradient estimated value gra continues to be held and the time t13When the accelerator pedal is depressed, the target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal* wIs the target acceleration / deceleration α obtained by correcting the road gradient estimated value gra* wIs set to Then time t14The steering angle θ is a predetermined value θ0When this is the case, the road gradient estimated value gra held until then is initialized to “0”, so that the correction according to the road gradient estimated value gra is not substantially made, and the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal is reduced. Target acceleration / deceleration α* wTo the target acceleration / deceleration α* wSet to During this time, target acceleration / deceleration α* wConverges in a short time, and erroneous acceleration / deceleration is suppressed.
[0090]
When the U-turn starts to end, the steering angle θ15Is the predetermined value θ0Drive wheel speed V considered as travel speedWIs the predetermined value VW1Since it remains below, the road gradient estimated value grad initialized to “0” will continue to be held, and the same target acceleration / deceleration α as before will be maintained.* wContinued to be set. And the time t16Since the road gradient estimated value gra initialized to “0” continues to be maintained even after the accelerator pedal is depressed at the same time as the U-turn is finished, the target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the depression amount of the accelerator pedal is maintained.* wTo the target acceleration / deceleration α* wSet to Due to this acceleration, the driving wheel speed V regarded as the traveling speedWIs time t17At the predetermined value VW1If it becomes above, calculation of the road gradient estimated value gra will be started and it will gradually approach a true value by the influence of the said low-pass filter. Along with this, target acceleration / deceleration α* wIs corrected based on the calculated new road gradient estimated value gra, so that there is no fluctuation due to an erroneous road gradient estimated value.
[0091]
On the other hand, FIG. 15 shows the drive wheel speed V regarded as the travel speed.WIs the predetermined value VW1In the following, the change over time of the traveling speed, the estimated road gradient value, and the target acceleration / deceleration when the estimated road gradient value gra just before is held is shown. That is, it is a simulation in the case where there is no step S74 to step S76 in the arithmetic processing of FIG. The running conditions were the same as in the simulation of FIG. In this simulation, the time t12To time t17Until the road gradient estimated value gra immediately before that, that is, the road gradient corresponding to the downhill, is held, and the target acceleration / deceleration α according to the held road gradient estimated value gra* wFor example, the time t13After that, the target acceleration / deceleration α* wIs set to be large, and appropriate slow traveling cannot be performed (the actual traveling speed is further increased). Also, time t16Even after the accelerator pedal is further depressed, the target acceleration / deceleration α* wIs set to a large value, and appropriate acceleration traveling cannot be performed (the actual traveling speed is further increased).
[0092]
Thus, according to the driving force control apparatus of the present embodiment, the wheel speed V of the driving wheelWThat is, the traveling speed of the host vehicle is a predetermined value VW1When it becomes below, the value of the road gradient estimated value gra immediately before is held, and the target acceleration / deceleration α using the held road gradient estimated value gra* wIs corrected, the target acceleration / deceleration α when the accuracy of the road gradient estimated value gra decreases due to the decrease in the traveling speed of the host vehicle.* wIt is possible to reduce the fluctuations of. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the steering angle θ is a predetermined value θ.0When the above is reached, it is assumed that the road has been changed by, for example, a right or left turn or a U-turn, and the target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the erroneous road gradient estimated value gra is initialized by initializing the road gradient estimated value gra.* wIt is possible to suppress and prevent inappropriate correction and fluctuations. Further, by detecting that the travel path has been changed when the steering angle is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, it is possible to more reliably detect the travel path change. In addition, when the direction indicating switch is turned on, that is, when the direction indicating device is operated, it is possible to detect the change in the traveling path more reliably by determining the traveling path change.
[0093]
From the above, step S7 of the calculation process of FIG. 6 and the whole calculation process of FIG. 10 constitute the road gradient detecting means of the present invention, and similarly, step S8 and step S9 of the calculation process of FIG. The
[0094]
Next, a second embodiment of the driving force control apparatus of the present invention will be described. The driving force control apparatus of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the arithmetic processing of FIG. 16 is performed instead of the arithmetic processing of FIG. 10 of the first embodiment. The arithmetic processing in FIG. 16 includes the same steps as the arithmetic processing in FIG. 10 of the first embodiment, and the same steps are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted. In the arithmetic processing of FIG. 16, steps S74 and S75 of the arithmetic processing of FIG. 10 of the first embodiment are changed to steps S74 ′ and S75 ′, respectively, and steps S77 to S79 are newly added. Yes.
[0095]
In this calculation process, the process proceeds to step S77 following step S73, and the vehicle turning angle δ, which will be described later, is cleared to “0”, and then the process proceeds to step S78.
In step S78, the road gradient estimated value gra calculated in step S73 is used as the U-turn road gradient storage value gra.mIs stored, and then the process proceeds to step S8 of the calculation process of FIG.
[0096]
If it is determined in step S74 'that the
In step S75 ', if the turning angle δ of the vehicle calculated by the following
[0097]
[Equation 26]
[0098]
In step S79, the U-turn road gradient storage value gramSign reversal value (-gra in the figure)m) Is set to the estimated road gradient value gra, and then the process proceeds to step S8 of the calculation process of FIG.
In the present embodiment, in addition to the operation of the first embodiment, the wheel speed V of the drive wheelWThat is, the traveling speed of the host vehicle is a predetermined value VW1When the
[0099]
FIG. 17 shows a time t in the middle of a downhill with a constant road gradient.20From the time t, the straight coasting state where the accelerator is off, that is, the so-called coast state is continued.twenty oneDepress the brake pedal at time ttwenty threeAt the same time as releasing the brake pedal, depress the accelerator pedal a little, then turn off the steering wheel and start the U-turn.264 shows the changes over time in the traveling speed, the estimated road gradient, and the target acceleration / deceleration when the accelerator pedal is further depressed simultaneously with the end of the U-turn. The road gradient of the road as seen from the host vehicle is indicated by broken lines in the figure. That is, time t26When the U-turn is finished, the vehicle goes uphill. It is assumed that the direction indicating switch is always on during the U-turn.
[0100]
In this simulation, the time t when the brake pedal is depressedtwenty one16, the calculation of the new road gradient estimated value gra is stopped and the immediately preceding road gradient estimated value gra is held, so that the subsequent calculation according to the held road gradient estimated value gra Target acceleration / deceleration α* wCorrection is made. This time ttwenty oneThe previous road gradient estimated value gra is the U-turn road gradient stored value gramIs remembered as The time ttwenty threeEarlier time ttwenty twoDrive wheel speed V considered as travel speedWIs the predetermined value VW1Although it is as follows, since the brake pedal is still depressed at this time, the time ttwenty oneThe target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the estimated road gradient value gra held at the value immediately before* wCorrection is made. On the other hand, time ttwenty threeEven after the brake switch is turned off, the drive wheel speed VWIs the predetermined value VW1However, since the turning angle δ of the vehicle is not about 180 °, the road gradient estimated value gra held until then is initialized to “0”. Therefore, the correction according to the road gradient estimated value gra is The target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal is not substantially made.* wTo the target acceleration / deceleration α* wSet to Accordingly, there is no erroneous acceleration / deceleration thereafter.
[0101]
When the U-turn starts to end, the turning angle δ of the vehicle becomes the time ttwenty fiveIs about 180 ° (π in the figure), so the U-turn road gradient stored value gramTime t stored astwenty oneThe sign inversion value of the immediately preceding road gradient estimated value gra is set as a new road gradient estimated value gra. The new road gradient estimated value gra is a value obtained by capturing the downhill road gradient that the vehicle has been traveling as an uphill as a result of the U-turn, and is an appropriate road gradient of the travel path. Therefore, after this, an appropriate target acceleration / deceleration α corresponding to the road gradient estimated value gra* wCorrection is made. And the time t26At the same time that the U-turn is finished at the same time, after depressing the accelerator pedal, the driving wheel speed V considered as the traveling speedWIs time t17At the predetermined value VW1When the above is reached, the calculation of the road gradient estimated value gra is started. However, since the road gradient estimated value gra already used is a true value, the correct road gradient estimated value gra is calculated thereafter, and the road gradient is calculated. Since correction is performed based on the estimated value gra, there is no fluctuation due to an erroneous road gradient estimated value.
[0102]
Thus, according to the driving force control apparatus of the present embodiment, the wheel speed V of the driving wheelWThat is, the traveling speed of the host vehicle is a predetermined value VW1Below, the target acceleration / deceleration α using the road gradient estimated value gra just before* wThe target acceleration / deceleration α when the accuracy of the road gradient estimated value gra is reduced due to the traveling speed of the host vehicle being reduced by correcting* wIt is possible to reduce the fluctuations of. Further, in the present embodiment, when the turning angle δ of the vehicle reaches approximately 180 °, it is considered that the travel path has been changed by the U-turn, that is, the direction has been changed, and the estimated road gradient value stored before the U-turn. By setting the sign reversal value of gra, that is, the value obtained by reversing the slope, to the new road gradient estimated value gra, the correct road gradient estimated value gra is quickly detected, and the target acceleration / deceleration α* wIt is possible to correct appropriately. Further, by detecting that the travel path has been changed when the turning angle of the vehicle is 180 °, it is possible to more reliably detect the travel path change. Further, when the direction indicating switch is turned on, that is, when the direction indicating device is operated, it is possible to detect the change in the traveling path more reliably by determining the traveling path change.
[0103]
From the above, step S7 of the calculation process of FIG. 6 and the whole calculation process of FIG. 16 constitute the road gradient detecting means of the present invention, and similarly, step S8 and step S9 of the calculation process of FIG. The
