【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はインスタントくじ及びその印刷装置に関し、特に遊戯性を高めたインスタントくじ及びその印刷装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、インスタントくじは、くじの当たり、外れを記した用紙をスクラッチ層色紙、シール等の隠蔽層により覆い隠して、くじの当たり、外れが見えないようにしている。インスタントくじの購入者は用紙を覆った隠蔽層を剥がすなどして、用紙に記載された当たり、外れの情報を確認していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述したインスタントくじは、くじの当たり、外れが直ぐに判ってしまい、インスタントくじ自体の面白みにかけるという問題点を有する。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、インスタントくじの当たり、外れを簡単なゲームを行うことにより認識するインスタントくじ及びその印刷装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために本発明のインスタントくじは、基材上の所定の領域内に所定の絵柄を印刷した絵柄層が設けられ、絵柄層上に、絵柄層を隠蔽する格子状に分割された除去可能な隠蔽層が設けられ、格子状に分割された隠蔽層の各小区画の、小区画の交叉する２辺それぞれの方向での起点となる小区画からの順番を示す文字が、絵柄層の外側に印刷され、基材上の他の領域に、絵柄層の所定の小区画の交叉する２辺それぞれの方向での起点となる小区画からの順番を印刷した情報層が設けられ、情報層が除去可能な隠蔽層で覆われていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に添付図面を参照して本発明のインスタントくじ及びその印刷装置の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。図１〜図１３を参照すると本発明のインスタントくじ及びその印刷装置の実施形態が示されている。

まず、図１を用いて本発明のインスタントくじの第１の実施形態について説明する。図１に示されるように第１の実施形態のインスタントくじは、カード基材１上に文字情報を印刷した情報部２と、絵柄を印刷した絵柄部３とが印刷されている。また、図２に示されるように情報部２に記された文字情報と、絵柄部３に印刷された絵柄とはシルクスクリーン印刷法等により形成されたスクラッチオフインキによる隠蔽層６に覆われている。

絵柄部３には、予め定められた絵柄が、予め定められた位置に印刷されている。また、図１に示されるように絵柄部を覆う隠蔽層６は、格子状に分割されている。絵柄部３の外側には格子状に分割された隠蔽層の各小区画を識別するための文字を印刷した縦方向文字印刷層４と横方向文字印刷層５が、絵柄部３の縦方向と横方向に沿ってそれぞれ設けられている。情報部２には、この絵柄部の縦方向の文字と横方向の文字とが１セットで記されている。

次に上記構成のインスタントくじの使用方法について説明する。インスタントくじの購入者は、まず、インスタントくじの情報部を覆う隠蔽層をすべて剥離する。そして、この情報部に記された文字情報の示す隠蔽層の小区画を剥離していく。図１に示された第１の実施形態では、例えば情報部に（ハ、ｂ）と記されていると、この絵柄部の縦方向が（ハ）の段落で、横方向が（ｂ）の段落の小区画の隠蔽層を剥離する。

情報部に印刷されたすべての文字情報が示す隠蔽層の小区画を剥離した際に、図１に示されるように絵柄が完成すると、そのインスタントくじは当たりとなる。また、情報部に記載されたすべての文字情報が示す隠蔽層の小区画を剥離した際に、図３に示されるように絵柄が完成しなかった場合には、そのインスタントくじは外れとなる。

このように情報部に印刷されたすべての文字情報の示す隠蔽層の小区画を剥離するまではそのインスタントくじが当たりであるか、外れであるかを確認することができないので、インスタントくじの購入者にくじを開封する面白みを与えることができる。

また、上述した第１の実施形態の変形例として、図４に示されるように絵柄部に予め等級の決められた複数の絵柄を印刷しておくものであってもよい。インスタントくじの購入者は、情報部に印刷された文字情報に指定された隠蔽層の小区画を剥離していき、情報部に指定されたすべての隠蔽層の小区画を剥離した際に出てきた絵柄により、このインスタントくじが何等であるかを判断する。このような構成のインスタントくじであってもインスタントくじの購入者にくじを開封する面白みを与えることができる。

次に図５を用いて上述した第１の実施形態およびその変形例のインスタントくじを印刷する印刷装置について説明する。図５に示されたインスタントくじ印刷装置は、当たりくじを印刷する割合が一定となるように制御する当選確率制御部１０と、情報部２と絵柄部３の外側に印刷された縦方向文字印刷層４に印刷する縦方向文字情報を記憶した縦方向文字情報記憶部１１ａと、情報部２と絵柄部３の外側に印刷された横方向文字印刷層５に印刷する横方向文字情報を記憶した横方向文字情報記憶部１１ｂと、絵柄部に印刷する絵柄やその他の画像情報を記憶する画像情報記憶部１１ｃとからなる記憶部１１と、記憶部１１に記憶された文字情報及び画像情報を読み出す印刷制御部１２と、当たりくじを印刷するために情報部２に印刷する文字情報を記憶した記憶部のアドレス情報を記憶する当選アドレス記憶部１３と、印刷制御部１２から送られた文字情報及び画像情報をカードに印刷する印刷部１４とを有して構成される。

次に図６〜図１０を用いて本発明のインスタントくじの第２の実施形態について説明する。図６〜図１０に示されるように、第２の実施形態のインスタントくじも上述した第１の実施形態と同様にカード１上に文字情報を印刷した情報部２と、絵柄を印刷した絵柄部３とを設けて、情報部２と絵柄部３とを隠蔽層６により隠蔽している。また、絵柄部３は格子状に分割され、各小区画を識別するための縦方向文字印刷層４と横方向文字印刷層５とが絵柄部の縦方向と横方向にそれぞれ沿って印刷されている。

第２の実施形態のインスタントくじは、絵柄部３に印刷する絵柄を、格子状に分割した絵柄部の１つの小区画に納まるように印刷している。また、この１つの小区画に納まる絵柄を複数の小区画に描いている。

次に上記構成の第２の実施形態のインスタントくじの使用方法について説明する。まず、図６に示されたインスタントくじは、情報部２に印刷された文字情報の示す絵柄部の小区画をすべて開封した際に、図６に示されるように文字として意味のあるまとまり（例えば、四文字熟語やことわざ等）が表れると、その開封したインスタントくじは当たりとなる。

また、図７に示されたインスタントくじは、情報部に印刷された文字情報の示す絵柄部の小区画をすべて開封した際に、図７に示されるようにトランプのポーカーの役ができると、その開封したインスタントくじは当たりとなる。

また、図８に示されたインスタントくじは、情報部に印刷された文字情報の示す絵柄部の小区画をすべて開封した際に、当たりを示す所定の印がでてきた時に、その開封したインスタントくじを当たりとする。また、その当たりを示す所定の印が幾つ出てきたかによって当たりに等級を付けてもよい。

また、図９に示されたインスタントくじは、情報部に印刷された文字情報の示す絵柄部の小区画をすべて開封した際に出てきた数字の合計が所定の数を越えていた場合に、その開封したインスタントくじを当たりとする。また、開封した小区画の一つに所定の数を越える数字が印刷されていた場合に、その開封したインスタントくじは当たりであるとしてもよい。また、くじの結果を当たりと外れの二種類に限定せずに、例えば、開封した数字の合計が１０以上であると一等賞、合計が９〜６であると二等賞などのように当たりに等級を付けてもよい。

また、図１０に示されたインスタントくじは、情報部に印刷された文字情報の示す絵柄部の小区画をすべて開封した際に、図１０に示されるように所定の表示が、絵柄部の縦、横、または斜め方向の何れかの方向に一列に並んだときに、その開封したインスタントくじは当たりとなる。

上述した第２の実施形態も、情報部に記されたすべての文字情報の示す小区画を覆う隠蔽層を剥離するまでは、そのインスタントくじが当たりであるか、外れであるかを確認することができないので、インスタントくじの購入者にくじを開封する面白みを与えることができる。

次に上述した第２の実施形態のインスタントくじを印刷する印刷装置について説明する。まず、図６〜図８に示されたインスタントくじを印刷する印刷装置について説明する。図１１には図６〜図８に示されたインスタントくじを印刷する印刷装置の構成が示されている。図１１に示されるようにこのインスタントくじ印刷装置は、上述した当選確率制御部１０、印刷部１４の他に上述した印刷制御部１２とは処理動作の異なる印刷制御部１６と、上述した記憶部１１とは情報の記憶内容が異なる記憶部１５とアドレス変換部１７とを有している。

記憶部１５は、縦方向文字情報、横方向文字情報等の文字情報が記憶された文字情報記憶部１５ａと、当たりくじを印刷する時に絵柄部に印刷する画像を記憶した当選画像記憶部１５ｂと、当選画像以外のその他の画像情報を記憶した画像情報記憶部１５ｃとからなる。また、印刷制御部１６は、絵柄部の開封する小区画を任意に設定することができる。また、アドレス変換部１７は印刷制御部１６により設定された開封する小区画を示す文字を記憶した文字情報記憶部１５ａのアドレスを記憶し、印刷制御部１６から送られた絵柄部の位置情報により、その位置情報が示す縦方向文字情報と横方向文字情報とを記憶する文字情報記憶部１５ａのアドレス情報を読み出して印刷制御部１６に転送する。

このインスタントくじ印刷装置は、まず当選確率制御部１０により印刷するインスタントくじを当たりくじとするか、外れくじとするかを決定し、その旨を示す印刷設定信号を印刷制御部１６に転送する。

印刷制御部１６は当選確率制御部１０より当たりくじを印刷する印刷設定信号が送られてくると、絵柄部に印刷する小区画のうち、任意の複数の小区画を開封させる開封区画に設定する。そして、その設定した開封区画の位置情報をアドレス変換部１７に送り、その位置情報の示す小区画の文字を記憶する記憶部１５のアドレス情報を取得する。そして、情報部に印刷する文字情報を印刷部に転送する段になると、文字情報記憶部１５ａの、アドレス変換部１７から取得したアドレスに記憶された文字情報を読み出して印刷部１４に転送する。また、開封区画に設定した小区画に印刷する画像を印刷部に転送する段になると、記憶部１５の当選画像記憶部１５ｂより当選画像情報を読み出して印刷部１４に転送する。
