【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながらカーエアコンは構造が複雑で、内部のエバポレーターを十分に洗浄するためには、カーエアコン全体を分解しなければならなかった。カーエアコンには作業用の開口部が形成されており、そこから薬剤を噴霧して洗浄することも可能ではあるが、開口部から見通すことのできないエバポレーターの内部にまで薬剤を行き渡らせることは困難であった。

本発明は特に、この様な複雑な構造の前記カーエアコンの内部において、エバポレーターに直接洗浄剤を噴射して、カビやバクテリアを洗浄除去するためのスプレー装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
而して本発明は、エアーガンの筒先に、塑性変形可能の金属管の表面に軟質プラスチックの被覆を形成してなる、空気の流通を確保しつつ屈曲可能であり且つその形状を保持し得る送気管を取り付け、元部を薬剤を収容した容器に挿入して容器の底部に至らしめた柔軟なプラスチックチューブよりなる送液管の先端部を前記送気管に沿わせ、当該送気管及び送液管の先端を、二つ以上の噴射口を側方に向けて形成したスプレーヘッドに接続したことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に従って説明する。図1は本発明のスプレー装置1を示すものであって、2はエアーガンであり、尾部に接続されたエアーホース3を介してエアーコンプレッサー(図示せず)から圧縮空気を供給され、トリガー4で制御しつつ筒先5から圧縮空気を噴出するようになっている。

そしてその筒先5には送気管6が取りつけられている。当該送気管6は、その内部に空気の流通を確保しつつ屈曲が可能であり、且つ所望の屈曲状態を保持し得る程度の剛性を有するものであって、銅などの塑性変形可能の金属製の管に、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロンなどの軟質プラスチックの被覆を形成したものが好ましい。

送気管6の長さは、エアーガン2を把持して容易に取り扱うことができ、且つ送気管6の先端を機械装置の内部に挿入して薬剤を噴射しようとする位置に至らしめることができる程度の長さであって、対象となる機械装置の内部機構や、薬剤を噴射しようとする位置によっても異なるが、概ね20〜50cm程度の長さが適当である。

本発明においては、エアーホース3をエアーコンプレッサーに接続し、トリガー4を操作すると、エアーガン2の筒先5から圧縮空気が送出され、それが送気管6内を通ってスプレーヘッド10内の通気孔12を通り、噴射口14から噴出せしめられる。
