【従来の技術】
前記構造の蛍光灯器具ないしは反射板固定装置は既知であり、工場あるいは店舗等の照明に現に利用されている。それは図4のようなものである。天板部12とその両側縁から下向きに折曲する一対の側板部14を具備する断面コ字形の器具本体10を備える。器具本体10の下方側に配置される反射板20を備える。前記器具本体10に装着される反射板取付け台30を備える。前記反射板取付け台30と前記反射板20との間を回転操作にともなって着脱する回転引掛形のターンファスナ40を備える。50は器具本体10を固定する天井面である。反射板20は逆富士形を呈し、その両端は天井面50に軽く接合する。図外の点灯回路部品は、器具本体10下面における、反射板取付け台30を避けた位置に適宜に固定される。図外の蛍光ランプは反射板20の下面中央に配置される。2灯の場合は反射板20の各傾斜面の下側に配置される。蛍光ランプのための図外のランプソケットの主要部は、器具本体10から反射板20を貫通してその下側に延在する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記反射板取付け台30を器具本体10の下面中央に一対の止めねじ39を用いて装着するが、その装着に手間がかかる。また、反射板取付け台30が器具本体10の下面中央に位置するので、点灯回路部品配置の妨げとなる。さらに、天井面50・反射板20間の隙間をターンファスナ40で吸収することが難しく、密着性が悪い。本発明の目的は、反射板取付け台30の装着が容易であり、また反射板取付け台30が点灯回路部品配置の妨げとならず、さらに、天井面50・反射板20間の密着性のよい反射板固定装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、天板部12とその両側縁から下向きに折曲する一対の側板部14を具備する断面コ字形の器具本体10を備える。前記器具本体10の下方側に配置される反射板20を備える。前記器具本体10に装着される反射板取付け台30を備える。前記反射板取付け台30と前記反射板20との間を回転操作にともなって着脱する回転引掛形のターンファスナ40を備える。

前記反射板取付け台30は上側が開口するようにC字状に曲成された弾力性を有する板材である。前記反射板取付け台30の両端の脚部32は前記天板部12の上面に接する。前記各脚部32に前記差込み孔16へ差込まれて係合する切起し部34を設ける。前記切起し部34に前記係合受け部18と弾発的に係合する係合部36を設ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図3を用いて本発明の実施形態について説明する。なお、前記図4の部品符号をなるべくそのまま転用し、重複する説明の一部を適宜に割愛する。本発明に係る蛍光灯器具の反射板固定装置は、天板部12とその両側縁から下向きに折曲する一対の側板部14を具備する断面コ字形の器具本体10を備える。器具本体10の下方側に配置される反射板20を備える。前記器具本体10に装着される反射板取付け台30を備える。前記反射板取付け台30と前記反射板20との間を回転操作にともなって着脱する回転引掛形のターンファスナ40を備える。天板部12における各側板部14寄りの位置に差込み孔16を形成する。各側板部14における差込み孔16に隣接する位置に係合受け部18を形成する。反射板取付け台30は上側が開口するようにC字状に曲成された弾力性を有する板材である。反射板取付け台30の両端の脚部32は天板部12の上面に接する。各脚部32に差込み孔16へ差込まれて係合する切起し部34を設ける。切起し部34に係合受け部18と弾発的に係合する係合部36を設ける。補足して説明する。側板部14は器具本体10を補強する。天板部12に押出部19があり、その箇所が天井面50に当接する。差込み孔16は角孔である。係合受け部18も角孔である。反射板取付け台30は帯状金属材である。反射板取付け台30は変形六角形状を呈する。係合部36は切起し形の爪であり、切起し部34の先端付近に形成される。ターンファスナ40の頭部は反射板取付け台30の下部中央に形成された受孔38と係合する。反射板取付け台30の装着は切起し部34を差込み孔16へ差込んで行う。この際に脚部32を強めに押すと、係合部36・係合受け部18間が弾発的に係合し簡単には抜けなくなる。図1の破線は反射板取付け台30の原形状であり、それが変形して実線形状の現形状となる。現形状の反射板取付け台30はターンファスナ40を引き上げ、反射板20の各側縁22を天井面50に密着させるように働く。反射板取付け台30のC字形の形状はそのための弾力が作用し易い形状である。また、反射板取付け台30の内腔は器具本体10の下面に位置するが、そこを占拠しないのでそこに図外の点灯回路部品の一部ないしは全部を配置することが可能となる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、器具本体の天板部12に差込み孔16を形成し、器具本体の各側板部14に係合受け部18を形成し、C字状に曲成された弾力性を有する反射板取付け台30の両端の脚部32に切起し部34および係合部36を設け、以上の各部を所要のごとくに係合させたものである。これによれば、反射板取付け台30の装着が容易であり、また反射板取付け台30が点灯回路部品配置の妨げとならず、天井面50・反射板20間の密着性のよい反射板固定装置を提供することができる。
