BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper, and more particularly to a disposable diaper having a wiping portion on the skin-facing surface and capable of easily changing diapers.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
When replacing an old disposable diaper currently worn with a new diaper, the old diaper is removed with the wearer lying on the side, and the excretory part of the wearer is wiped with a wiping sheet such as a wet tissue. In order to keep the surroundings clean, it is common to leave an old diaper laid under the wearer's body during wiping. In this case, in general, the diaper changer lifts the leg of the wearer with one hand and lifts his / her waist, taking care not to allow the excrement adhering to the old diaper to adhere to the wearer, while using the other hand. The wearer's excretory part must be wiped with a wiping sheet. Although depending on the amount of excrement, etc., a plurality of wiping sheets are usually required for wiping. Therefore, when moving the line of sight to take out a new wiping sheet, or when reaching out to a new wiping sheet, the waist of the wearer who was lifted up was accidentally lowered onto the diaper and adhered to the diaper. Frequent excrement is often attached to the wearer. In that case, it is necessary to perform wiping again, which is very troublesome.
[0003]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper in which the excretion part of the wearer can be easily wiped when changing the diaper and the diaper replacement is simplified.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The normal amount of excretion of the present inventors, the diaper crotch lower part is soiled with excrement, but the skin-facing surface of the abdomen is often not contaminated, and depending on the posture of the wearer, Paying attention to the fact that the skin facing surface may not be stained, the skin facing surface is used as a wiping part when changing diapers by applying predetermined treatment to the skin facing surface of the abdomen and / or dorsal side I found out that I could do it.
[0005]
The present invention has been made based on the above knowledge, and in a disposable diaper having a crotch part and a ventral part and a dorsal part extending in the front-rear direction from the crotch part, the skin facing surface of the disposable diaper is made hydrophilic. In addition, a water-repellent region extending in the diaper width direction is provided in a predetermined pattern on the skin-facing surface of the ventral side or the back side.Further, the height of the absorber at the crotch side adjacent to the water-repellent region is set higher than the height of the absorber in the other region of the diaper. The above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a disposable diaper.
Further, the present invention provides a disposable diaper having a crotch part and a ventral part and a dorsal part extending in the front-rear direction from the crotch part, wherein the skin-facing surface of the disposable diaper is made hydrophilic, and the abdominal part or A water repellent region extending in the diaper width direction is provided in a predetermined pattern on the skin-facing surface of the back side portion, and the thickness of the region corresponding to the water repellent region of the absorber is set to that of the other region of the absorber. The object is achieved by providing a disposable diaper having a thickness larger than that of the thickness.
[0006]

【Example】
In the following examples and comparative examples, “parts” means “parts by weight” unless otherwise specified.
[0045]
[Example 1]
A diaper having the structure shown in FIG. 1 was produced. 40 parts of squalane and 60 parts of magnesium stearate were uniformly mixed under heating and melting to obtain a coating solution. This coating solution was applied in a bead shape onto a top sheet from a nozzle having a diameter of about 1 mm. Application basis weight is about 30g / m per bead2(The thickness of the bead was approximated to 1 mm and calculated from the discharge amount of the coating liquid). As shown to Fig.10 (a), the application | coating number of the bead was ten and it distribute | arranged to the diaper longitudinal direction at intervals of 10 mm. The water repellent area was formed in an area of about 100 mm in the longitudinal direction from the edge of the diaper belly side. As a top sheet, an air-through nonwoven fabric (basis weight 25 g / m) made of a core / sheath composite fiber (2.2 dtex, fiber length 51 mm) of polyethylene / polypropylene2The fiber surface was hydrophilically treated with a surfactant). As an absorber, a total of 400 g / m of 100 parts of pulverized pulp and 100 parts of a superabsorbent polymer2And weighs 16g / m2(A width of 120 mm at the front and rear ends, a width of 100 mm at the crotch, and a length of 400 mm) was used. A stretched aperture film made of polyethylene / calcium carbonate was used as the back sheet. For other members, known materials were used.
The obtained diaper was attached to an infant, and the stool was wiped off on the ventral side of the diaper after defecation. As a result, stool was dammed in each water-repellent region, and wiping could be performed while suppressing the spread of stool.
[0046]
[Example 2]
The same coating liquid as used in Example 1 was applied on the top sheet using a spiral gun. The distance between the top sheet and the gun and the air pressure of the spiral gun were adjusted so that the width of the spiral was about 20 mm. The coating basis weight is about 20g / m per spiral.2(The spiral area was approximated to a rectangle and calculated from the discharge amount of the coating liquid). The number of spirals applied was 3, and they were arranged at 10 mm intervals in the diaper longitudinal direction. Other than that was carried out similarly to Example 1, and obtained the disposable diaper.
The obtained diaper was attached to an infant, and the stool was wiped off on the ventral side of the diaper after defecation. As a result, the stool was dammed in each water-repellent region, and wiping could be performed while suppressing the spread of the stool.
[0047]
[Comparative Example 1]
The same coating liquid as that used in Example 1 was applied with a slot coater to a width of 100 mm and a length of 100 mm in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. Thereby, the whole diaper belly side part became water-repellent. Other than that was carried out similarly to Example 1, and obtained the disposable diaper.
The obtained diaper was attached to an infant, and the stool was wiped off on the diaper ventral side after defecation. As a result, the stool could not be wiped off successfully, but on the contrary it was spread.
[0048]
[Comparative Example 2]
Application basis weight per bead about 30g / m2A disposable diaper was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that each bead was applied intermittently (
The obtained diaper was attached to an infant, and the stool was wiped off on the ventral side of the diaper after defecation. As a result, the stool could not be wiped off successfully, but it was spread out.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the disposable diaper of this invention, a wearer's excretion part can be wiped with the skin contact surface of a diaper belly side part at the time of diaper replacement | exchange. Accordingly, the wiping operation can be easily performed, and diaper replacement is simplified. In addition, the use amount of the wiping sheet can be reduced, which is economical.
