【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記のように別部材を設けることなく、凹凸いずれかの係合条を有する中皿周壁部分を板バネとし、その弾性変形により化粧品皿の係合条との嵌合を外して化粧品皿を取外し可能に形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、図１から図４は第１実施形態を示す。

本発明容器体は、容器本体と中皿と化粧品皿とからなる。まず公知の構造について簡単に説明すると、容器本体１は第１底壁２外周から第１周壁３を起立し、その第１周壁の後壁の左右方向中間部を上下両面および後面開口の凹部４とし、かつその左右両側後壁部分の上部を蓋体枢着用の軸受け部５，５としている。図示例において容器本体は左右方向へ長い長方形の浅皿状としている。又前壁の左右方向中間部上面へは凹部を設けて該凹部内へ蓋体開蓋用押釦６を付設している。

11は上記容器本体内へ嵌着させた中皿で、第２底壁12外周から第２周壁13を起立し、かつ第２周壁上端に外向きフランジ14を付設し、該フランジ外周部を第１周壁３の上面内周部へ載置させると共にその外向きフランジ下面から垂下させた突条15を第１周壁の上端部内面へ係合させている。又該中皿は左右方向中間部に仕切壁16を設けてその左方を化粧品皿嵌合室17に、右方を化粧用具収納室18に、それぞれ形成している。化粧品皿嵌合室第２周壁の前後両壁の左右方向中間部内面へは、後述化粧品皿抜止め用の第１係合条19,19 を横設している。

本発明にあっては、図２、図３が示すように、容器本体第１底壁２に対しては、上記化粧品嵌合室前方側の第１係合条19下方の後方寄り部分へ透孔31を穿設し、又中皿11に対しては、化粧品嵌合室前方側の第１係合条19を有する第２周壁前壁部分および該前壁部分中間部の後方第２底壁部分を、左右両端部32,32 を固定端とする第１板バネ33に形成した。34は第１板バネ上縁を形成する上方割溝であり、下方割溝35は、上記第２周壁前壁部分の左右両部下方と、これ等両部間後方の第２底壁部分へ張出しさせて設けている。図示例にあってはその張出し部の後部を、図２が示すように張出し部の前部36後端から斜下後方への傾斜部37を介して後方突出させており、その傾斜部37は弾性変形部として図３が示すように張出し部の後部を第１把手状部38とし、その押下げによって第１把手状部を下後方へ傾斜させることが可能としている。尚該状態で透孔31の前縁と張出し部後部の前端縁との間には間隙を設けている。

図１、図４が示すように、上記張出し部の左右両側の第２底壁部分は、第２底壁後方部分から前方へ突出する第２板バネ39,39 とし、割溝40,40 穿設によって形成させている。これ等両第２板バネ前端部上面には突条41,41 を付設している。これ等両第２板バネは、上記突条41,41 を化粧品皿21の第３底壁23下面へ弾性に抗して圧接させる。

図５から図７は第２実施形態を示す。該実施形態は、上記第１実施形態における張出し部の後部を欠除し、張出し部の前部36の後部を下方へ弯曲させて第２把手状部42に形成し、該第２把手状部下部を第１底壁３へ穿設した透孔31内へ垂下させている。該第２把手状部もその前面と透孔前縁との間へ間隙を設けている。その他部分は第１実施形態の場合と同一でよく、同一符号を付することで説明を省略する。

既述構成において、第１実施形態の場合は第１把手状部38、第２実施形態の場合は第２把手状部42を介して前方へ押圧すると、第１板バネ33が弾性に抗して弯曲することで第１係合条19が第２係合条24から外れ、よって中皿11内から化粧品皿21を上方へ抜出し出来、別の化粧品皿と交換させることが出来る。尚既述第２板バネ39,39 を付設した場合は上記第１、第２係合条19,24 が外れたとき、化粧品皿21前部が第２板バネ39,39 により押上げられ、よって化粧品皿21の抜出しが容易となる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするもので、請求項１記載のようにすることで、第１係合条19を有する第２周壁の第１板バネ33を、その両端部を固定端として外方へ弾性変形させ、化粧品皿の第３周壁が有する第２係合条24から第１係合条19を外すことが出来るから、化粧品皿の取外しが容易であり、季節等に応じて色を変えた化粧品入りの化粧品皿に交換することが便利である。又第１板バネ33の弾性変形はその両端部を固定端として水平方向へ弾性変形させるから、第１、第２係合条19,24 の離脱および嵌合を確実に行わせることが出来る。
