Description
【0001】
Poil=Kva×Kao×U ・・・式(2)
【0013】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a brake control device, and more particularly to a brake control device that automatically generates a braking force based on a given target deceleration.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the prior art as described above, the control (PID control) is performed on the
[0015]
This can be specifically explained as follows.
(1) The total weight is heavy (about 12-15 times that of a passenger car)
(2) Large changes in loading conditions due to loading and unloading (empty difference of 10 tons)
(3) partial vehicle weight is heavy, large heating amount of heat generated by the energy variation during braking, significantly different properties of the braking pressure and the braking force with respect to the start and end time, even during a single braking.
[0016]
When a human is driving, the characteristic changes in (2) and (3) above are derived by the driver operating the brake pedal force while constantly correcting the brake pedal force and the sense of deceleration. However, when the brake control is automatically performed as described above, how to reflect such a change in characteristics in the brake system is a factor that affects the control performance.
[0017]
Thus, as the conversion coefficient of the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a brake control device having improved controllability and stability in consideration of brake lining characteristics exhibiting nonlinear characteristics.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a brake control device according to the present invention includes an air tank that maintains a predetermined air pressure, and a voltage-pneumatic pressure conversion device that controls and outputs the air pressure from the air tank in response to a control signal voltage. An air pressure-hydraulic converter that converts the output air pressure of the voltage-pneumatic converter to oil pressure and applies it to the brake unit; a hydraulic sensor that detects the output oil pressure of the air pressure-hydraulic converter; a deceleration detecting means for detecting a deceleration, and have use of said detected hydraulic and the actual deceleration and each average hydraulic pressure of the brake unit - estimates the vehicle deceleration variable換係number, the target deceleration and the said actual And a controller for generating the control signal voltage obtained by multiplying the differential deceleration from the deceleration by the reciprocal of the estimated conversion coefficient and the conversion coefficients of the two conversion devices.
[0019]
That is, the controller in the present invention does not determine the control amount only from the deviation between the target deceleration and the current deceleration as in the conventional example, but inputs the relationship between the brake hydraulic pressure and the vehicle deceleration (brake lining characteristics). It is obtained as an estimated value from the relationship between the output and the output, and this is corrected at the time of conversion for input to the brake system.
[0020]
Since this estimated value is obtained based on the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensor and the actual deceleration detected by the deceleration detecting means, it is a value that can always change. This estimate hydraulic brake unit - a conversion factor of vehicle deceleration characteristics, and this reciprocal, voltage - conversion coefficient and the air pressure pneumatic conversion device - each inverse of the transform coefficients of the hydraulic converter, decrease of the vehicle target By multiplying the differential deceleration between the speed and the actual deceleration, the change in the brake characteristics is taken into consideration, and the influence of the conversion characteristics of the brake system is eliminated.
[0021]
In this way, it is possible to improve control accuracy and controllability (convergence) and stability.
In addition, since control is performed while directly estimating the most uncertain element in the control system during the control, the control can be performed assuming that the element is linear in a short time, and the conventional extension line can be handled.
[0022]
The deceleration detecting means can be obtained from the differential value of the output signal of the longitudinal acceleration sensor or the vehicle speed sensor.
Further, the controller can use the default value obtained from the vehicle speed-vehicle deceleration map by using the output signal of the vehicle speed sensor as the initial value of the estimated value.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the brake control device of the present invention, the conversion coefficient of the hydraulic-vehicle deceleration characteristic of the brake unit is estimated based on the hydraulic pressure applied to the brake unit and the current actual deceleration, and the target deceleration is achieved. and the difference deceleration of the actual deceleration, transform coefficient and voltage the estimated - pneumatic conversion device and pneumatic - voltage located by multiplying the inverse of the transform coefficients of the hydraulic converter on the input side of the brake system - Since the control signal voltage to the air pressure converter is generated, the following effects can be expected.
[0041]
(1) Since the hydraulic brake lining characteristic having a large characteristic change is estimated from the relationship between the input and the output and reflected in the control amount, the control accuracy is improved and the controllability (convergence) and stability are improved.
[0042]
(2) By controlling while estimating the most uncertain elements in the system directly during control, it is possible to control it as linear in a short time, and linear control can be extended without using complicated nonlinear theory. A highly accurate control effect can be obtained on the line.
