Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a mail box, and more particularly to a mail box that can smoothly drain rainwater entering the box and can be easily assembled at low cost.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of mailbox, as a conventional known technique for draining rainwater that has entered the mailbox, the technique is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-173303 (first known technique) or actual implementation. A technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-8686 (second known technique) is known.
[0003]
In the first known technique, a bottom plate of a mail box is formed to be inclined downward toward the outdoor side, and a partition plate is attached horizontally on the bottom plate. This is a technique in which rainwater that is received by the partition plate and enters the box is guided by an inclined bottom plate and discharged from a drain hole provided at the lower edge on the outdoor side of the box.
[0004]
Further, the second publicly known technology is such that a sewage return piece having an upper edge inclined obliquely inwardly at the bottom of the box stands upright in the vicinity of the inside of the mail input port, and a predetermined position on the outdoor side of the bottom In this technique, a drain hole is provided in the box, and rainwater that has entered the box through the inlet is received by the sewage return piece, guided to the bottom on the outdoor side in the box, and drained from the drain hole.
[0005]
Further, FIG. 6 is a longitudinal cross-sectional explanatory view showing the configuration of a mail box input port that has been generally used in the related art, and a mail port 52 of the mail box main body 51 has an input port lid 53 as a shaft. The shaft 54 is supported by a spring spring material 55 so as to be opened and closed. Further, the lower edge of the charging port lid 53 is configured to abut on the inner side of the lower edge 56 of the charging port 52. In the figure, reference numeral 57 denotes a sewage return piece erected from the lower part.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the first known technique and the second known technique, both are configured to use means for once introducing rainwater into the bottom of the mailbox and then discharging it outside the box. In a large mailbox that can store a large amount of postal items that have become commonly used in recent years, rainwater that has entered the box through the slot is likely to be scattered in the box. Therefore, there were problems such as wetting the entire box and damaging the mail.
[0007]
In addition, since the above-mentioned conventional mail box is formed by integral molding by plastic injection molding or the like, or by a bent sheet metal, an expensive molding die or the like must be used. There was a problem. Furthermore, in the case of such an integrally formed or bent sheet metal, there is a problem that it is difficult to change the partial design of the inlet.
[0008]
In the case of the conventional example shown in FIG. 6 described above, rainwater that flows down along the outer wall of the charging port lid 53 passes through the gap between the lower edge 56 of the charging port lid 53 and the lower edge 56 of the charging port 52 and enters the box. There is a problem that it flows into the box and scatters in the box as indicated by the arrow.
[0009]
The mailbox according to the present invention is a completely new technology developed in view of the above-mentioned many problems, and in particular, a water receiving portion is provided inside the lower edge of the insertion slot of the mailbox to make rainwater deep inside the box. Prevents intrusion of rainwater into the box in advance by providing a draining portion at a predetermined position outside the upper edge of the inlet, and at a predetermined position outside the lower edge of the inlet lid. It is intended to provide a completely new mail box technology that can be easily assembled and constructed by dividing a front member and a side member.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The mailbox according to the present invention is a completely new technology that has fundamentally improved the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the gist of the first invention is a house having an inlet (2) and an outlet (3). In a mailbox that is embedded in and attached to the outer wall of the door or the premises of the site, an opening lid (4) is provided at the opening of the insertion opening (2) so that it can be opened and closed, and the inside of the lower edge of the insertion opening (2) A bowl-shaped water receiving portion (11) is mounted substantially horizontally at a predetermined position, and the lower end edge (4a) of the charging port lid (4) provided in the charging port (2) is formed on the hook-shaped water receiving portion (11). Switching unit (9), is inserted fitted into (7) is provided, protruding receiving part (12 a) having both ends has an inclined portion of the water receiving guide portion (12) of the trough-shaped water receiving portion (11) That is.
[0011]
In the first aspect of the invention described above, the input port lid (4) is provided at the opening of the input port (2) of the mail box so that it can be opened and closed. Since the receiving part (11) is provided, rainwater that enters the box along the inlet lid (4) is received by the bowl-shaped water receiving part (11) to prevent rainwater from entering deep inside the box. I can do it.
[0012]
Further, the bowl-shaped water receiving part (11) is mounted substantially horizontally inside the lower edge of the inlet (2), and the lower edge (4a) of the inlet lid (4) provided at the inlet (2) is attached to the bowl. The rainwater penetrates deeply into the box by receiving the rainwater that adheres to the charging port lid (4) and flows down by the bowl-shaped water receiving portion (11). Can be prevented.
[0013]
Further, since the water receiving guide part (12) is attached to the end of the bowl-shaped water receiving part (11) provided inside the lower edge of the inlet (2), the bowl-shaped water receiving part (11) The accumulated water can be introduced and discharged below the box by the water receiving guide (12).
[0014]
In addition, since the drainage portions (9) and (7) made of hanging pieces are provided at predetermined positions on the outside of the upper edge of the mail box (2) and outside the lower edge of the door cap (4), Rainwater flowing down along the outer wall of the box by the drainage portions (9) and (7) and the outer side of the inlet lid (4) and along the wall surface is lowered downward by these drainage portions (9) and (7). It is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the box from the inlet (2) in advance.
