【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ワイヤーハーネスを製造する際に、その構成要素となる電線を収容しておくための電線ストック台の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば特開平9−198939号公報に示されるように、ワイヤーハーネスやワイヤーハーネスを構成するサブアッセンブリを製造する際に、調尺寸法の異なる多数種の電線をストックする電線ストック台として、調尺切断された電線を延ばした状態で載置する電線受け部を、上下方向に沿って多数段に配設するとともに、各電線受け部の長さを上段側ほど長く設定したものが知られている。そして、上段側の電線受け部ほど、その後端を奥側に突出させることにより、寸法の長い電線を収容する際に、その後端側を各電線受け部から垂下させた場合に、上段の電線受け部に収容された電線と、下段の電線受け部に収容された電線とが絡まり合うのを防止し、これによって電線をコンパクトに効率よくストックすることが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように上下複数段の電線受け部を配設するとともに、各電線受け部の長さを上段側ほど長く設定した場合には、一平面上に多数の電線受け部を配列した場合に比べ、コンパクトな構成で多数種の電線を効率よくストックすることができるという利点がある。しかし、下段側に位置する電線受け部の上面が上段側の電線受け部により覆われているため、下段側の電線受け部内に電線を収容する際に、その一端部側から電線を押し込むようにしなければならず、この電線の収容作業が繁雑であり、かつ電線が折れ曲がった状態で収容され易いとともに、電線同士が絡まり合った状態となり易い等の問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る発明は、前端部から電線を引出可能に収容する上面が開口した樋状体からなる電線受け部と、この電線受け部の後部上方に配設されて、その後端部から上方に導出された電線が挿通されて保持される電線保持筒と、この電線保持筒を揺動可能かつ前後方向にスライド可能に支持する支持機構とを備え、この支持機構に支持された電線保持筒を揺動変位させることによりその水平面に対する設置角度が調節されるとともに、上記電線保持筒を前後方向にスライド変位させることによりその前後位置が調節されるように構成されたものである。

図1および図2は、本発明に係る電線ストック台の実施形態を示している。この電線ストック台は、電線を引出可能に収容する上下3段の電線受け部1〜3と、この電線受け部1〜3の後部上方において上下2段に配列されるとともに、前後3列に配列された電線保持筒4〜9と、この電線保持筒4〜9をそれぞれ個別に支持する支持機構10と、上記電線保持筒4〜9の後方にそれぞれ配設された電線のハンガー部材11a〜11cとを備えている。上記各電線受け部1〜3、電線保持筒4〜9および支持機構10が支持フレーム12に取り付けられることによりストック台ユニットUが形成され、複数のストック台ユニットUがその幅方向に連結されるように構成されている。
