BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an off-timer switch capable of turning on / off a continuous operation device that is basically operated continuously, for example, a ventilation fan for a 24-hour ventilation system, as necessary.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various systems based on continuous operation have been proposed and put into practical use, and a 24-hour ventilation system is disclosed as an example (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In the 24-hour ventilation system disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, there is a description that the ventilation fan can be controlled as necessary. Certainly, it is desirable to temporarily stop the ventilation fan when bathing in winter.
[0004]
However, in a 24-hour ventilation system, it is not desirable to stop the ventilation fan continuously for a long time. Forgetting the switch operation to restart after temporarily stopping the ventilation fan by the switch operation, the ventilation fan is not operated for a long time. It is necessary to prevent the occurrence of a situation where the vehicle is stopped for a long time. In order to prevent such a situation from occurring, when the ventilation fan is temporarily stopped by a switch operation, it is necessary to adopt a switch configuration in which the ventilation fan is automatically restarted after the set time has elapsed.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the case of maintenance of the ventilation fan, it is natural to stop the ventilation fan by operating the switch, but if the switch configuration is such that the ventilation fan automatically restarts after the set time has elapsed, before the maintenance is completed There may be an inconvenience that the set time has elapsed and the ventilation fan is restarted during maintenance.
[0006]
Therefore, it is necessary to have a configuration that allows the ventilation fan to be continuously stopped for a necessary period (for example, several hours, several days, etc.) during maintenance or when it is absent for a long period of time.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-39579 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if it is possible to stop the ventilation fan continuously for a required period by a simple switch operation, it becomes easier for the ventilation fan to stop unexpectedly due to an erroneous switch operation. The result will be contrary to the purpose.
[0009]
Further, if a dedicated breaker for continuously stopping the ventilation fan for a necessary period is provided, the problem of continuous stop due to erroneous operation can be prevented, but the cost for installing the dedicated breaker increases.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide an off-timer switch that can continuously stop a continuous operation device, which is basically operated continuously, for a necessary period of time and can prevent a continuous stop due to an erroneous operation, and can have an inexpensive structure. Is to provide.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The off-timer switch according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a single operation unit that turns on and off a continuous operation device by a pressing operation, and a duration time during which the operation unit is pressed and operated is a predetermined time or longer or less than a predetermined time. The operation content identifying means for identifying whether or not the continuous operation device is continuously driven when the continuous operation device is being driven and the duration of pressing the operation unit is a predetermined time or longer. When the operation unit is pressed when the continuous operation device is continuously stopped when the continuous operation device is stopped, and when the continuous operation device is driven, the continuous operation device is activated. automatically pause and automatically be restarted after the setting time has elapsed with the duration of pressing the operating portion temporarily stops the continuous operation apparatus when it is less than the predetermined time Start with means and, the.
[0012]
Here, the continuous operation device means a device that is basically operated continuously and is appropriately turned off as necessary. For example, it is adopted in a house having high airtightness and high heat insulation. For example, a ventilation fan for a 24-hour ventilation system.
[0014]
Therefore, when the operation unit is pressed to stop the continuous operation device, if the duration of the pressing operation is less than the predetermined time , the continuous operation device is temporarily stopped and automatically after the set time has elapsed. It will be restarted. On the other hand, when the operation unit is pressed to stop the continuous operation device, the continuous operation device is continuously stopped when the duration of the pressing operation is a predetermined time or longer . Thereby, the person who presses the operation unit can be set to the continuous stop state only when the operation unit is pressed based on the clear intention of continuously stopping the continuous operation device, It is possible to prevent the continuous operation device from being in a continuous stop state due to an erroneous operation such as when the operation unit is accidentally touched. In addition, it is not necessary to install a dedicated breaker or the like for continuously stopping the continuously operating equipment.
[0015]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the off-timer switch according to the first aspect of the present invention, the off-timer switch has a notifying means for notifying that the continuous operation device has entered a continuous stop state when the operation unit is operated.
[0016]
Here, LED, a buzzer, etc. are mentioned as an alerting | reporting means.
[0017]
Therefore, the person who operates the operation unit can confirm that the continuous operation device has entered the continuous stop state by the notification from the notification unit, and can reliably perform the operation for setting the continuous operation device to the continuous stop state. Occurrence of a situation in which the continuous operation state is not entered even though the continuous operation device is attempted to be in the continuous stop state by operating is prevented.

[Expression 1]
When the pressing operation time “t” is short, the capacitor C6 is not sufficiently charged. Therefore, Vc becomes smaller than the threshold value Vth obtained by dividing the power supply voltage E by the resistors R11 and R12, and the output of the comparator 11 is H Since the input terminal R81 remains unchanged at the level, a timer operation for pause is performed.
[0039]
On the other hand, when the duration of the pressing operation of the pressing operation unit 2 is a predetermined time or longer (for example, 3 seconds or longer), the values of the resistors R11, R12, and R13 and the capacitance of the capacitor C6 are set so that Vc> Vth. When set, the output of the comparator 11 is inverted to the L level, and an input change of the input terminal R81 of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the off-timer switch of the first aspect of the present invention, when the operation unit is pressed to stop the continuous operation device, the continuous operation device is continuously operated when the duration of the pressing operation is a predetermined time or more. It can be stopped, thereby, a continuous stop condition of the continuous operation apparatus only when the person presses the operating portion is pressed the operating unit based on the explicit intention to continuously stop the continuous operation equipment It is possible to prevent continuous operation equipment from being in a continuous stop state due to erroneous operations such as accidentally touching the operation unit, and a dedicated breaker for continuously stopping continuous operation equipment, etc. Therefore, an inexpensive structure can be obtained. In addition, since the continuous operation device is temporarily stopped when the duration of the pressing operation of the operation unit is less than a predetermined time and has a temporary stop and automatic restart means for automatically restarting after a set time has elapsed, continuous The operating equipment is paused and automatically restarted after the set time has elapsed.
[0049]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the off-timer switch according to the first aspect of the present invention, the operation unit includes an informing unit for informing that the continuous operation device enters a continuous stop state when the operation unit is operated. The person who presses the button can confirm that the continuous operation device has entered the continuous stop state by the notification from the notification means, and can reliably perform the operation for setting the continuous operation device to the continuous stop state. It is possible to prevent the situation that the continuous stop state is not entered because the duration of the operation of the operation unit is not longer than the predetermined time in spite of the state.
