Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical injection needle having a thin cannula having a small diameter. The medical injection needle of the present invention is particularly suitable for a dental injection needle used when local anesthesia is performed during dental treatment, an injection needle used for insulin injection, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when anesthetic is injected into the root of a tooth during a dental treatment, a dental injection needle is used. However, since the oral cavity is narrow, it is often impossible to guide the needle tip to the injection site with the shape as it is. If necessary, the cannula is bent from the root to an appropriate angle.
However, it is dangerous because the cannula may break from the root during the puncture of the tooth root. In addition, for the same patient, such a folding operation may be repeated twice or more with respect to one injection needle. In this case, the cannula is broken from the root at the stage of the bending operation before the treatment. Sometimes, it took time and effort to replace the needle.
Insulin needles have a thin cannula that is thin in diameter and can be used during use (when the needle is punctured or removed), possibly due to problems in use (such as incorrect puncture). The problem is that the cannula is bent and bent.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dental injection needle in which the cannula is not broken by repeated bending operations and puncture operations to the tooth roots during use. It is another object of the present invention to provide an insulin injection needle that does not cause cannula breakage due to problems in use.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors, for example, in the case of a conventional dental injection needle as shown in FIG. 4, the bending of the

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the medical injection needle of the present invention injects an adhesive into the

[Test Examples 1 to 3]
About the dental injection needle of the present invention (Example 1), the conventional product (Comparative Example 1), and the product obtained by removing the annular rib from Example 1 with a cutter (Comparative Example 2), each having a size of 30 G × 21 mm Ten pieces of each were prepared and subjected to repeated bending strength tests of canulas. The results shown in Table 1 were obtained. In the examples, the height of the annular rib from the root of the cannula was 1.50 ± 0.41 mm.
The test was performed by repeating the operation of fixing the injection needle to the transmission syringe, folding the cannula to one side with the thumb and returning it to the original state (see FIG. 3). The bending angles of the cannula are 25 °, 45 °, 60 ° and 90 °, and the numbers indicate the number of reciprocal bendings until the cannula breaks.
[0008]
[Table 1]
[0009]
From Table 1, it can be seen that the breaking strength when the cannula is bent is remarkably improved. In addition, a slight improvement in the breaking strength was observed in Comparative Example 2, but this was because the surface of the adhesive of Comparative Example 2 was flat or slightly recessed, so that a slight gap occurred between the force point and the fulcrum. I think that the.

[Test Examples 4 to 5]
For the insulin injection needle of the present invention (Example 2) and the conventional product (Comparative Example 3), each 10 pieces of 30G × 12 mm size were prepared, and the same cannula as in the case of the dental injection needle was prepared. When the repeated bending strength test was performed (see FIG. 3), the results shown in Table 2 were obtained. In Example 2, the height of the annular rib from the root of the cannula was 1.49 ± 0.23 mm.
From Table 2, it can be seen that the breaking strength when the cannula is bent is remarkably improved.
[0012]
[Table 2]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the medical injection needle of the present invention has a base between the point of force and the fulcrum when pressed with a finger because the base of the cannula is lower than the tip of the hub. The cannula can be bent, and therefore, the cannula can be substantially prevented from being broken by repeated bending operations and puncturing operations at the injection site.
