Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a concrete structure, and more particularly suitable concrete structure when mounting the reinforcing member is precast into the surrounding concrete column.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when earthquake-proof reinforcement is applied to an existing concrete column, conventionally, two L-shaped or U-shaped steel plates are prepared, arranged so as to surround the concrete column, and joined together by welding the butted portions. It was common.
[0003]
For example, when joining a precast concrete segment ring, a bolt box is provided at the joint of the segment ring, and a single plate is installed on the bolt box of the adjacent segment ring. It was common to fix to each segment ring with a bolt and a nut. Thus, when joining a precast material, the method of joining the reinforcing bars incorporated in the precast material by welding etc. was also performed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when steel plates placed around existing concrete columns are joined by welding as in the conventional case, it is an on-site work, so it is difficult to perform reliable welding, and poor weldability is likely to occur, resulting in lack of reliability. There was a problem.
[0005]
In addition, when a contact plate is installed on the bolt box of the segment ring, and this contact plate is fixed with a bolt and a nut and joined, the load applied to the segment ring is received by the bolt. It is necessary to considerably increase the number of bolts.
[0006]
However, since the number of bolts cannot be increased so much due to the size of the bolt box, etc., the range of use must be limited, for example, it is usually used for joining portions where a relatively small load is applied. Furthermore, in the case of directly joining reinforcing bars, a large number of reinforcing bars must be joined, so that there is a problem that the work is troublesome and the construction period becomes long.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems, and it is possible to improve reliability by eliminating welding defects, and to apply to a portion where a large load is applied. and to provide a concrete structure capable of reducing.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a concrete structure and is configured as follows in order to solve the above-described technical problems. Sunawa Chi surrounds in a cylindrical precast concrete formwork which is divided around the vertical concrete column, joining the split the precast concrete formwork together, between the concrete column and the precast concrete formwork A concrete structure filled with grout,
The precast concrete formwork includes a pair of connecting portions that join the precast concrete formwork together, and a reinforcing bar that is fixed to the pair of connecting portions and disposed inside the precast concrete formwork,
The pair of connecting portions has had the inner side or the L-shaped engaging portion projecting outwardly respectively towards the surface to be the bonding precast concrete formwork together at the tip to the concrete columns,
When the precast concrete molds are joined together, the locking portion is provided to protrude in the opposite direction to the locking portion of the mating connecting portion,
The connecting portion is provided with a gap into which the engaging portion of the mating connecting portion protruding in the opposite direction can be inserted between the surface where the precast concrete molds are joined and the protruding engaging portion ,
When the concrete pillar is surrounded by the concrete formwork, the length of the locking portion in the protruding direction is such that one concrete formwork is first fitted into the concrete pillar, and then the other concrete formwork is placed. It is the length which can be latched in the clearance gap which inserts the said latching | locking part by shifting to the said one concrete mold side, after inserting in a concrete pillar in the state shifted a little sideways .
[0010]
In this concrete structure, for example, the surrounding concrete columns are surrounded by a vertically divided cylindrical concrete formwork, and the constituent parts of these reinforcing members are joined by the above-described joints. Compared with the case where welding is performed on site, welding defects are reduced, so that the reliability is improved and the joining work is facilitated, so that the construction period can be shortened.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the concrete structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the concrete structure of the present invention, since it can be constituted by only two connecting portions, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the L-shaped locking portion can be locked by aligning and arranging the connecting portions from the side, even if there is no space above the members to be bonded, the bonding can be easily performed.
[0024]
In the concrete structure of the present invention, for example, the surrounding concrete pillars are surrounded by a reinforcing member such as a precast vertically divided concrete formwork, and each component of these reinforcing members is connected to the above-described joint. Therefore, the welding failure is reduced and the reliability is improved as compared with the case of joining by welding in the field as in the prior art, and the work can be shortened because the joining work is facilitated.
