Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a folding tent frame used for, for example, indoor and outdoor gatherings, events, and events.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a tent frame, a column is foldable to reduce the total height during storage (Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2), and a roof structure using a rope and apex column to reduce weight ( Patent Document 3) is known.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-81227
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, each of them has advantages and disadvantages, and there has been nothing to reduce the overall height during storage and reduce the weight of the roof structure. In the latter case, since a tension adjuster is provided for each rope, it takes time to adjust the tension, and the cost is high.
[0005]
The present invention was devised in view of the problems described above, and was devised to solve this problem, and the problem is that the overall height during storage is reduced and the roof structure is lightened. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a folding tent frame that can reduce the labor and cost required for tension adjustment.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The foldable tent frame of the present invention basically has vertical and horizontal beam members arranged so as to have a flat rectangular shape, joints that connect adjacent beam members, and is provided at each joint and overlaps the beam members. A strut that can be folded from a folding position to an upright position, two ropes that are detachably mounted between joints located on a diagonal line, and a tension adjuster that is provided only on one of the ropes to adjust the tension; There is a feature in that it consists of.
[0007]
When each column is in the folding position, the overall height of the folding tent frame is lowered. Therefore, it is easy to store and transport it.
When each column is in an upright position, the folding tent frame is raised and ready for use.
When one of the ropes is tensioned by the tension adjuster, the distance between the diagonal lines of the square formed by the four beam members is shortened. If it does so, the said square will deform | transform into a rhombus if it says extremely, the other diagonal will be extended, and the cord in between will be tensioned automatically. Accordingly, the tension adjuster may be provided only on one of the ropes, and does not need to be provided on each rope.
[0008]
It is preferable that apex struts are erected so as to be detachable at the intersections of the two ropes. In this way, a so-called pyramidal roof structure with a raised center can be obtained.
[0009]
The joint includes a vertical cylinder body to which the vertical beam member is fitted, a horizontal cylinder body to which the horizontal beam material is fitted, a vertical cylinder body to which the support column is fitted, and a latch that locks the end of the rope. A pivot means is provided between the vertical cylindrical body and the support column, which can take a fitting position where the support column is fitted and a pull-out position that can be pulled down and folded. preferable. In this way, when the support column is in the upright position, the support column is fitted to the vertical cylinder of the joint, so that the strength is increased.
[0010]
The joint is divided into two parts, an upper joint having a vertical cylinder and a horizontal cylinder, and a lower joint having a vertical cylinder. Between these, the upper joint is rotated around the horizontal axis with respect to the lower joint. It is preferable that an angle adjusting means for enabling rotation is provided. In this way, the vertical beam member can be inclined with respect to the support column, and a so-called single-flow roof structure can be obtained.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a folding tent frame according to a first example of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. FIG. 3 is a front view showing a folded state. FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view showing a main part. FIG. 5 is an enlarged side view showing a main part. FIG. 6 is an enlarged plan view showing a main part. FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of FIG.
[0012]
The foldable tent frame 1 is composed mainly of a beam member 2, a joint 3, a support column 4, a rope 5, and a tension adjuster 6.
[0013]
The beam member 2 is vertically and horizontally arranged to have a flat square shape. In this example, the beam member 2 includes left and right longitudinal beam members 7 and front and rear transverse beam members 8, and an aluminum square pipe having the same length is provided. Used to be arranged to present a planar square.
Thus, a curtain rail 9 having substantially the same length as these is attached to the lower surface of each beam member 2, and although not shown, the curtain is suspended.
[0014]
The joint 3 connects adjacent beam members 2 to each other, and in this example, a rectangular tube-like vertical cylinder body 10 into which the vertical beam member 7 is fitted and a rectangular tube in which the horizontal beam member 8 is fitted. Horizontal tubular body 11, a rectangular tube-like vertical tubular body 12 into which the support column 4 is fitted, a horizontal rib 13 provided between the vertical tubular body 10 and the horizontal tubular body 11, and Vertical ribs 14 provided between the vertical cylinders 12 and the vertical cylinders 12, locking portions (hooks) 15 provided on the horizontal ribs 13 to lock the ends of the ropes 5, and vertical cylinders 10 and a bracket 16 with a hole provided at an outer corner of the horizontal cylindrical body 11 to which a reinforcing rope or the like (not shown) is fastened, and is manufactured by aluminum die casting.
The vertical cylinder body 10 and the horizontal cylinder body 11 are provided with a fixture (wing bolt) 17 for fixing the vertical beam member 7 and the horizontal beam member 8. Between the vertical cylinder 12 and the support column 4, there is provided a pivot means 18 that can take a fitting position where the support column 4 is fitted and a drawing position where it can be pulled down and folded down. Fixing tools (bolts and wing nuts) 19 for fixing 4 in a vertical position are provided.
[0015]
The pivot means 18 is a long hole 20 provided in the vertical cylinder 12 of the joint 3 in the height direction, a through hole 21 drilled in the support column 4, and the vertical cylinder 12 of the joint 3 inserted through these. And a pivoting tool (bolt and cap nut) 22 for pivotally coupling the column 4 and a notch 23 provided on the vertical cylindrical body 12 of the coupling 3 to avoid interference with the column 4 at the folding position. In contrast, the support column 4 can be rotated around a vertical (front-rear direction) axis.
[0016]
The support column 4 is provided on each joint 3 and can be folded from the folding position where the beam material 2 is folded to the vertical position. In this example, an aluminum square pipe similar to the beam material 2 is used, It is possible to fold from the folding position that overlaps the cross beam 8 and the other support column 4 to the vertical position, and at the bottom, a seat body 24 that is grounded to the ground or the like can be attached and detached by a fixture (bolt and wing nut) 25 Is provided.
[0017]
The rope 5 is detachably provided between the joints 3 positioned on the diagonal line. In this example, a wire rope is used, and the both ends are engaged with the locking portions 15 of the joint 3. An annular portion 26 that can be stopped is formed by a binding device 27.
[0018]
The tension adjuster 6 is provided only on one rope 5 and adjusts the tension. In this example, a turnbuckle is used and a small ring connected to the annular portion 26 of the one rope 5 is used. 28 and a large link 29 locked to the locking portion 15 of the joint. The length can be adjusted by rotating the central nut.
[0019]
An apex column 30 is erected at the intersection of the two ropes 5 so as to be detachable by a fixing tool 31.
The apex column 30 is used to stretch the curtain body A into a pyramid shape, and an aluminum round pipe is used, and a flat cross-shaped cut groove 32 into which an intersection of the rope 5 is inserted at the lower part. Is formed. The fixture 31 includes a tightening ring having a substantially U-shaped plane and bolts and nuts provided at both ends thereof.
[0020]
Next, the operation will be described based on such a configuration.
A solid line in FIG. 3 shows a folded state of the folding tent frame 1. In this case, the seat body 24 is removed from the support column 4, and one of the left and right (right side) support columns 4 is folded under the cross beam member 8, and the other (left side) support column 4 is folded. It is folded so as to fold under one (right side) column 4.
In the folded state, the overall height is extremely lower than that in the upright state shown in FIG. 1, and transportation and storage are facilitated.
[0021]
From the folded state, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 3, the apex column 30 is erected at the intersection of the two ropes 5, and the curtain body A is covered from above.
Then, the left and right support columns 4 are rotated to the pulling position by the pivot means 18 and lifted to the fitting position so that the upper portion of the support column 4 is fitted to the vertical cylinder 12 of the joint 3, and then the fixture 19. Therefore, the support column 4 and the joint 3 are coupled.
A seat body 24 is attached to the lower portion of the support column 4 by a fixing tool 25, and a curtain is suspended from the curtain rail 9 (not shown). If it does so, it will be in an upright state like FIG. 1, and can be used, for example as a tent instead of a changing room.
[0022]
When one of the ropes 5 is tensioned by the tension adjuster 6, the distance between the diagonal lines of the square formed by the four beam members 2 is shortened. If it does so, the said square will deform | transform into a rhombus if it says extremely, the other diagonal will be extended, and the other rope 5 in the meantime will be tensioned automatically.
Therefore, the tension adjuster 6 may be provided only on one of the ropes 5, and need not be provided on each of the ropes 5.
Of course, the length of the two ropes 5 is set in advance and placed so that the shape formed by the four beam members 2 after being tensioned by the tension adjuster 6 becomes an appropriate square. Is desirable.
[0023]
In the folded state, the apex column 30 and the curtain A may be left attached. In this case, the column 4 can be used simply by standing upright, and is optimal for temporary storage.
The foldable tent frame 1 can be disassembled into a beam member 2, a joint 3, a support column 4, one cable strip 5, the other cable 5 with a tension adjuster, a seat body 24, an apex column 30 and the like. It can be easily transported and stored.
[0024]
Next, a second example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 8 is a side view showing a folding tent frame according to a second example of the present invention. FIG. 9 is an enlarged front view showing a main part. FIG. 10 is an enlarged side view showing a main part.
[0025]
In the second example, the joint 3 is divided into two parts, an upper joint 33 provided with the vertical cylinder body 10 and the horizontal cylinder body 11 and a lower joint 34 provided with the vertical cylinder body 12. Unlike the first example, the angle adjustment means 35 that allows the upper joint 33 to rotate about the horizontal axis with respect to 34 and the support 4 can be extended and contracted are the same as the first example. It is.
[0026]
The angle adjusting means 35 is formed between a joint (bolt and nut) 36 that pivotally connects the upper joint 33 and the lower joint 34, and the upper joint 33 and the lower joint 34, and is located above the lower joint 34. And a tooth portion 37 that engages the joint 33 every predetermined angle (5 degrees).
The support column 4 is divided into two parts, the upper support column 38 fitted into the vertical cylinder 12 of the joint 3, and the lower support column that is slidably inserted into the lower support column and a seat is attached to the lower part. 39. A height adjusting means 40 is provided between the upper column 38 and the lower column 39.
[0027]
The height adjusting means 40 includes a through hole 41 formed in the lower portion of the upper support 38, a plurality of through holes 42 formed in the upper half of the lower support 39 at regular intervals, and the through holes 41 and the through holes. A coupling tool (bolt and wing nut) 43 is provided which is inserted into one of 42 and joins the upper column 38 and the lower column 39.
[0028]
Since such an apparatus is provided with the angle adjusting means 35, the front joint 3 is set to an acute angle (80 degrees) with respect to the column 4, and the rear joint 3 is set to an obtuse angle (100 degrees). By doing so, the left and right vertical beam members 7 can be inclined with a predetermined inclination angle (10 degrees) high on the front side. In this case, the apex column 30 is unnecessary, and the roof structure composed of the rope 5 and the curtain A can be a so-called single-flow type.
In addition, in this case, since the height adjusting means 40 is provided, the front column 4 can be raised and the rear column 4 can be lowered.
[0029]
In the above example, the beam member 2 is a planar square. However, the beam member 2 is not limited to this and may be a planar rectangle, for example.
In the above example, the support column 4 is folded around the vertical (front-rear direction) axis, but is not limited thereto, and may be folded around the horizontal (left-right direction) axis, for example.
The rope 5 is a wire rope in the previous example, but is not limited thereto, and may be a chain, for example.
In the above example, the tension adjuster 6 is provided at the end portion of the rope 5, but the tension adjuster 6 is not limited thereto, and may be provided at an intermediate portion of the rope 5, for example.
The pivot means 18 is provided in the second example, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, this may be omitted. In this case, the folding of the support column 4 can be combined by the angle adjusting means 35.
The height adjusting means 40 is provided in the second example. However, the height adjusting means 40 is not limited thereto, and may be omitted, for example. In this case, the front and rear columns 4 need to have a length corresponding to the inclination angle of the vertical beam member 7.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
(1) Vertical and horizontal beam members arranged to form a bottom plane square, joints that connect adjacent beam members, and columns that are provided at each joint and that can be folded from the folding position to the upright position. And two ropes that are detachably mounted between the joints located on the diagonal line, and a tension adjuster that is provided only on one of the ropes and adjusts the tension, so that the column can be folded. Since the rope and tension adjuster are used for the roof structure, the total height during storage can be lowered and the roof structure can be reduced in weight.
(2) Since a single tension adjuster is used, labor and cost required for tension adjustment can be reduced.
