Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat device for arranging a seat rotatably with respect to a floor surface of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It has been known that the seat can be rotated with respect to the floor of the vehicle so that the orientation of the vehicle seat can be changed to the passenger's preferred direction and the passenger can easily get on and off. Yes. An example of the configuration for that purpose is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-67751.
[0003]
A known vehicle seat device includes: an annular lower base fixed to a floor; an annular upper base that is rotatably arranged with respect to the lower base via a first rolling member; A holder member that is rotatable with respect to the lower base via the second rolling member, and the cushion side frame of the seat is bolted to a flat annular mounting portion where the holder member and the upper base overlap. ing.
The bolt insertion hole for fastening the bolt is formed on a circumference centering on the rotation center of the upper base.
[0004]
The cushion side frame is disposed along the seat cushion on both sides of the seat cushion and has a substantially L-shaped cross section. That is, the cushion side frame includes a horizontal portion and a vertical portion, the horizontal portion is bolted to the upper base and the holder member, and the vertical portion is fixed to the back frame.
[0005]
To overlap the horizontal part of the cushion side frame with the flat mounting part of the annular upper base, the front bolt insertion hole and the rear bolt insertion hole are separated from the vertical part of the cushion side frame to the side (offset). Position. In particular, the offset amount from the vertical portion of the position of the rear bolt insertion hole is large.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-67751
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional seat rotation device as described above transmits an external force to the upper base via the seat back frame and the cushion side frame when a large external force such as a vehicle collision is applied to the seat back.
In the known configuration described above, the offset between the vertical portion of the cushion side frame and the horizontal portion of the cushion side frame that is fixed to the upper base, particularly the position of the rear bolt, is large. When such a large external force is applied, a moment for twisting the vertical portion is generated. For this reason, the vertical part of the cushion side frame is twisted and deformed together with the seat back frame toward the center of the seat, and the amount of deformation of the seat device increases. In order to suppress this amount of deformation, the plate material constituting the cushion side frame must be thickened, which increases the weight.
[0008]
Therefore, this invention makes it the subject which should be solved to eliminate the malfunction of the prior art mentioned above.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention basically arranges a plurality of bolt insertion holes of the upper base on a substantially straight line (including the straight line) along the vertical portion of the cushion frame. Adopt technical means.
[0010]
By adopting this means, the size between the vertical portion of the cushion frame (the connecting portion with the back frame) and the fixing portion between the horizontal portion and the upper base is reduced, and the large effect of acting on the seat back due to the collision of the vehicle. This prevents the vertical portion from being twisted due to an external force.
[0011]
Further, by adopting this means, it is possible to reduce the weight without increasing the thickness of the plate material constituting the cushion frame against a large external force acting on the seat back due to the collision of the vehicle.
[0012]
Specifically, the present invention has a lower base fixed to the floor side of a vehicle, an upper base supported by the lower base and a holder member, and a cushion side frame of a seat on the upper base. In a vehicle seat device including a turntable device, the cushion frame has a vertical portion and a horizontal portion extending from the lower end of the vertical portion, and the upper base is circular at the center portion. And a base-side horizontal portion in which a plurality of bolt insertion holes whose centers are substantially located on a straight line so as to correspond to locations along and close to the vertical portion of the horizontal portion are provided at both ends of the opening. Tona is, the cushion frame, to characterized in that it is fixed to the base side horizontal portion of the upper base in a substantially straight line position adjacent that and along the vertical portions in the horizontal portion To provide a seat apparatus for a vehicle.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred example of a vehicle seat device according to the present invention is shown in FIGS.
The vehicle seat device 1 includes a turntable device 2. The turntable device 2 includes a lower base 4 that is fixed to the floor 3 side of the vehicle, an upper base 7 that is rotatably supported with respect to the lower base 4 via rolling members 5 and 6, and a holder member 8.
The pair of spaced cushion side frames 9 of the vehicle seat is a pressed product of a steel plate including a vertical portion 10 as a vertical wall portion and a horizontal portion 11 as a horizontal wall portion. The horizontal portion 11 of the cushion side frame 9 is fixed to the upper base 7, and the rear portion of the vertical portion 10 is coupled to the lower portion of the back frame 12.
[0014]
The lower base 4 of the turntable device 2 includes an annular flat mounting portion 13 and an annular holding portion 14 that is integrally formed outside the mounting portion 13 and has a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 15 denotes a bolt insertion hole for fixing the attachment portion 13 to the floor 3 side.
The upper base 7 is formed of a rectangular plate having a circular central space, and both side portions thereof overlap the horizontal portion 11 of the cushion side frame 9 and are bolt insertion holes 17 on a substantially straight line 16 along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal portion 11. , 18, 19 are drilled.
[0015]
Since the bolt insertion holes 17, 18, 19 are positioned on the substantially straight line 16 (including the straight line 16), the dimension between the bolt insertion holes 17, 18, 19 and the vertical portion 10 of the cushion side frame 9 is conventional. Compared to As a result, the cushion side frame 9 is prevented from being twisted by an external force acting on the seat back when the vehicle collides.
[0016]
The holder member 8 includes an annular sliding portion 20 having a U-shaped cross section and a superposed portion 21 that is integrally formed on the outer side of the sliding portion 20 and overlaps the lower surface of the upper base 7. The outer wall portion of the lower base 4 is positioned between the opposing side wall portions of the sliding portion 20, and the rolling member 6 is disposed between the holding portion 14 and the sliding portion 20.
The overlapping portion 21 of the holder member 8 is spot welded to the upper base 7, and the rolling member 5 is disposed between the holding portion 14 and the inner portion of the upper base 7. The rolling members 5 and 6 are useful for smoothly rotating the upper base 7 and the holder member 8 with respect to the lower base 4.
[0017]
The cushion side frame 9 is fixed to the upper base 7 using bolts 22.
The middle and rear bolt insertion holes 18, 19 are spaced apart from the front bolt insertion hole 17 with respect to the front bolt insertion hole 17, and the middle and rear bolt insertion holes 18, 19 are arranged on the upper base 7. Arrange at the rear of both sides. Thereby, the bolts 22 and 22 inserted into the adjacent bolt insertion holes 18 and 19 share the external force acting on the seat back at the time of collision. Thus, torsional deformation of the cushion side frame 9 at the time of collision is prevented.
In addition, the flat upper base 7 is arranged orthogonal to the holding portion 14 of the lower base 4, and the weight of the sheet acting on the upper base 7 is supported by the holding portion 14 having a U-shaped cross section. The turntable device 2 can withstand a high load.
In the illustrated example, the side portion is provided independently as the cushion frame, but the present invention can also be applied to a case in which the side portion is formed integrally with the entire cushion frame.
[0018]
As is clear from the above, the fixing portion between the horizontal portion 11 of the cushion side frame 9 and the upper base 7, that is, the position of the bolt 22 is arranged along the substantially straight line 16, and the position of the bolt 22 and the vertical portion of the cushion side frame 9 are arranged. By reducing the dimension between the two, the torsional deformation of the cushion side frame 9 at the time of a vehicle collision can be prevented.
