Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door scope that is mainly configured to pass through and attach to an entrance door or the like so that an external state can be observed over a wide range from the indoor side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of door scope is attached to the door for the purpose of preventing crimes from entering the suspicious person, and the configuration is such that an inner cylinder having an external thread on the outer periphery is inserted into the door mounting hole from the outdoor side. Then, it is attached so as to sandwich the door by screwing with an outer cylinder having a female screw part on the inner periphery. For this reason, the outer periphery of the flange of the inner cylinder exposed to the outdoor side is pinched with a clamping tool such as a nipper or a pliers, and the inner cylinder is removed from the outdoor side, and the outer cylinder is pushed out to the indoor side. It was possible to remove the scope from the outdoor side. Recently, a special tool such as a wire is used to unlock the door from the installation hole of the door scope removal mark, and it enters the room to work a so-called vacant nest, or a single-family apartment such as a one-room apartment. In such cases, crimes such as peeping into the room have occurred, and there is a strong demand for crime prevention measures.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a countermeasure, the door mounting seat portion of the inner cylinder with the flange portion exposed to the outdoor side has an irregular cross-sectional shape such as a notched cross-section, and the door scope mounting hole of the door is also a deformed hole shape such as a similar notched shape. (For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-297583 A (description of 0013 and FIG. 1)
[Patent Document 2]
JP 2002-30875 A (description of 0033 and FIG. 12)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 and 2, when the outer peripheral portion of the outer flange portion of the inner cylinder is gripped with a nipper or the like and rotated, the door is made of a thin metal plate, wood, resin, or the like. However, there was a problem that the door scope mounting hole (deformed hole) was easily broken and removed.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention has a technical problem to provide a door scope that can prevent removal from the outdoor side with a simple configuration and has an improved crime prevention function.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the present invention for solving this technical problem is to insert the first cylinder from the door exterior side and the second cylinder from the door interior side into the door scope mounting hole of the door in an opposed state. In the door scope that is attached so that both cylinders are screwed together and the door is sandwiched,
The first cylindrical body has a deformed cross-sectional portion such as a notch, and is attached to a door scope mounting hole having the same cross-sectional shape portion.
And it comprises an outer fitting ring that is externally fitted and held so as to be rotatable relative to the outdoor flange portion of the first cylindrical body,
In addition, the outer fitting ring maintains a relatively rotatable relationship with respect to the first cylinder, while the outer flange of the first cylinder is used for the outdoor side, and the first is provided for the indoor side. The axial movement is restricted by a locking ring member mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body.
[0007]
According to the above configuration, even if the outer fitting ring is rotated, the first cylindrical body cannot be rotated together, so that the door scope can be prevented from being removed from the outdoor side.
Further, according to the above configuration, for example, for the purpose of illegal intrusion, the door around the outer fitting ring is recessed by applying a pressing force from the outdoor side, and the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange portion of the first cylindrical body is recessed. Even if the outer ring is exposed from the outer ring, the locking ring member prevents the outer ring from moving backward with respect to the first cylindrical body. The outer peripheral portion remains covered with the outer fitting ring and is not exposed, and the outdoor flange portion can be sandwiched and cannot be rotated. Of course, even if the outer fitting ring is sandwiched and rotated, the relative pivotable relationship is maintained, so that the first cylinder cannot be rotated, and is simply idled. The scope can be made difficult to remove.
[0008]
Furthermore, according to the above configuration, when the outer fitting ring is gripped with a nipper or the like and rotated, the first cylinder is likely to be rotated together with the outer fitting ring due to the biting of dust or foreign matter or rust. Even in this case, since the first cylinder is fitted to the door scope mounting hole with a deformed hole, the first cylinder does not rotate, the biting and the like are eliminated, and the outer fitting ring only idles. . By these, removal of the door scope from the outdoor side can be prevented, and the crime prevention function can be improved.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show an embodiment of a door scope of the present invention. The door scope includes a first cylindrical body 1, a second cylindrical body 2, an outer fitting ring 3, and a locking ring member 4. The first cylindrical body 1 is inserted into the door scope mounting hole 6 of the door 5 from the outdoor side, the second cylindrical body 2 is inserted from the indoor side, and the outer periphery of the first cylindrical body 1 near the indoor side end. A female screw portion 8 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the second cylinder 2 is screwed to a male screw portion 7 formed on the surface, and is fastened and fixed so as to sandwich the door 5 from inside and outside.
[0010]
The first tubular body 1 has an outdoor flange 9 that forms an outdoor tightening surface to the door 5 at an outdoor end, and an annular neck having a smaller diameter than the flange 9 adjacent to the flange 9. 10 has a guide taper portion 11 at the indoor side end portion of the annular neck portion 10, and has a cylindrical portion 12 having a smaller diameter than the annular neck portion 10 from the guide taper portion 11 toward the indoor side end portion. A male screw portion 7 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 12 near the indoor side end.
An objective lens 13 which is a combination of two concave lenses is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the outdoor outer end of the first cylinder 1 with an adhesive or the like, and an eyepiece 14 made of a convex lens is attached to the inner peripheral surface near the other end by a sleeve 15. It is fixed to the step.
[0011]
The outdoor flange portion 9 has a tapered outer surface extending in a conical shape from the outdoor side end portion of the first cylinder 1 toward the indoor side end portion, and has a substantially right-angled triangular cross section.
As shown in FIG. 2, the annular neck 10 is provided with a D-shaped or other deformed cross-sectional portion 10a such as a notch, and the door scope mounting hole 6 is also provided with the annular neck 10 as shown in FIG. Only the corresponding outdoor side is formed with a similar cross-sectional shape hole portion 6a, and these are fitted to prevent the first cylinder 1 from rotating within the door scope mounting hole 6. An annular locking groove 16 for locking and holding the locking ring member 4 is formed at a predetermined axial position of the annular neck 10.
[0012]
The second cylinder 2 has a female threaded portion 8 that is screwed into the male threaded portion 7 on the inner peripheral surface, and an indoor flange portion that forms an indoor tightening surface for the door 8 on the outer peripheral surface of the indoor side. 17.
The outer ring 3 is fitted on the flange portion 9 so as to be relatively rotatable so as to cover the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange portion 9 of the first cylindrical body 1. It is loosely fitted to be freely rotatable.
The locking ring member 4 is for locking and holding the outer fitting ring 3 so as not to move backward with respect to the first cylinder 1 toward the indoor side. The locking ring member 4 has a split ring shape, and is inserted into an annular locking groove 16 formed at a predetermined position of the annular neck portion 10 of the first cylinder 1 from the end portion on the male screw portion 7 side. It is used by being elastically deformed and fitted. Moreover, the annular convex part 3a on a collar is provided in the outer surface side of the external fitting ring 3, and the outer peripheral part of the outdoor side flange part 9 of the 1st cylinder 1 is coat | covered by this annular convex part 3a, This outdoor side flange part 9 is difficult to grasp from the outdoor side. The taper angle on the outer surface side of the outer fitting ring 3 is smaller than the taper angle of the outdoor flange 9 of the first cylindrical body 1 with respect to the outer fitting ring axis, thereby reducing the overall volume and reducing the amount of material used. However, if the taper angle of the outer fitting ring 3 is the same as the taper angle of the outdoor flange portion 9 of the first cylinder 1, it is difficult to grip the outer fitting ring 3 from the outside. Further, the outer ring 3 is provided with an annular recess 3b on the inner surface side, the axial recess is thinned by the annular recess 3b, and the locking ring member 4 is accommodated to reduce the axial dimension of the door scope. I am trying.
[0013]
Embodiment of this invention consists of the above structure, and demonstrates an example of the attachment method to the door 5. FIG. First, the external fitting ring 3 is inserted from the end of the first cylinder 1 on the side where the male thread 7 is formed, and then loosely fitted. Next, the locking ring member 4 is also formed on the side where the male thread 7 of the first cylinder 1 is formed. It is inserted from the end portion and is elastically deformed (expanded diameter) using the guide taper portion 11 and is fitted into the engagement groove 16 of the annular neck portion 10 by reducing the diameter.
In this way, the first cylinder 1 loosely fitted with the outer ring 3 is inserted into the door scope mounting hole 6 from the left side of FIG. 1, and the second cylinder 2 is inserted from the right side of FIG. Then, both the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 8 are screwed together and tightened so as to sandwich the door 5. In this case, the second cylinder 2 is rotated and tightened.
[0014]
When the door scope mounted as described above is viewed from the indoor side, the outdoor scene can be observed at a wide angle by the lens system.
Now, even if it is attempted to remove the door scope for the purpose of illegal intrusion, for example, the first cylinder 1 is rotated from the outdoor side with a nipper or the like, the outer peripheral part of the outdoor flange part 9 of the first cylindrical body 1 Is covered with the annular projection 3 a of the outer fitting ring 3, so that the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange portion 9 cannot be gripped.
Therefore, the outer fitting ring 3 is turned from the outdoor side with a nipper or the like, but this outer fitting ring 3 only rotates around the annular neck portion 10 of the first cylinder 1, so that the first cylinder 1 The rotational force is not transmitted. Here, even if the first cylinder 1 tries to rotate together with the outer fitting ring 3 due to the biting of dust or foreign matter or rusting, the first cylinder 1 is shown in FIG. In addition, since the deformed cross-sectional shape portion 10a of the door scope mounting hole 6 is fitted with the deformed cross-sectional shape portion 10a, the door scope does not rotate. Will idle, and the first cylinder 1 cannot be rotated yet.
[0015]
Therefore, as yet another means, for example, the door 5 around the outer fitting ring 3 is recessed by applying a pressing force from the outdoor side, and the outer fitting ring 3 is moved backward to the indoor side so that the first cylinder 1 Even if the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange portion 9 is exposed, the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange portion 9 is gripped by a nipper or the like, the first cylinder 1 is rotated, and the door scope is removed, the locking ring The member 4 prevents the outer fitting ring 3 from moving backward, and continues to hold the outer peripheral portion of the outdoor flange 9 of the first cylinder 1 covered with the annular convex portion 3a of the outer fitting ring 3, Since exposure can be prevented, the door scope is prevented from being removed from the outdoor side.
[0016]
As a result, the door scope of the present invention cannot be easily removed, and the crime prevention function is improved.
Although the embodiment of the present invention is as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, friction reducing means may be interposed between the outer fitting ring 3 and the door 5. As this friction reducing means, a thin needle bearing, a copper washer, a cast washer, a low friction resin washer, etc. can be used. As friction reducing means, an annular groove or recess such as a grease reservoir may be formed and filled with a lubricant such as grease.
