Description

【0001】
この図示の化粧枠16の上下に向う一方向a(以下、この方向を「縦方向a」という。) また、図1および図3に横向きの方向に示した他方向b(以下、この方向を「横方向b」という。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation fan provided on, for example, a building ceiling, and more particularly to a ventilation fan having an improved air volume adjustment structure that passes through a ventilation opening formed in a decorative frame provided at an intake port.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a ventilation fan that performs indoor ventilation of a building or the like, a structure in which a ventilation duct and a fan are provided on the ceiling side to forcibly ventilate the outside of the room is known. The interior side air inlet of such a ventilation fan is provided with an appropriately designed decorative frame suitable for a building, and the decorative frame is formed with a large number of holes, slits and other ventilation openings.
[0003]
Since the desirable air volume that passes through the ventilation opening of the decorative frame varies depending on the indoor space and the like, a structure that can be adjusted as necessary at the stage of installing the ventilation fan or thereafter is proposed.
[0004]
By the way, the configuration that is widely adopted in the prior art is detachably equipped with an air volume adjusting plate that adjusts the air volume by closing a part of the ventilation opening formed in the decorative frame on the back surface of the decorative frame. The mounting position of the plate is moved and adjusted on a flat surface by attaching and detaching, thereby adjusting the air volume balance (for example, JP-A-8-254340).
[0005]
In this case, as described in the above publication, the conventional air volume adjusting plate has the air volume adjusting plate on the back surface of the decorative frame and the same surface facing the back surface of the decorative frame, as described in the above publication. As it was, it was the thing of the structure which shifted the position on a plane and reinstalled. In the above example, the air volume adjusting plate is composed of two pieces, and the opening amount is expanded / contracted by moving both plates, thereby adjusting the air volume balance.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described prior art, two steps of work such as attaching and detaching the air volume adjustment plate up and down and changing the position in the lateral direction are necessary, so the work is complicated and the efficiency may be reduced. Further, in the operation of moving the installation position in the horizontal direction, it may be difficult or misunderstood to determine in which direction the movement is on the air volume increasing side or the reducing side. Further, although the opening amount is adjusted according to the amount of movement, it may be difficult to determine whether the opening is slightly blocked or the opening is largely blocked. Further, when the air volume adjusting plate is composed of two or more pieces, only the position of only one piece may be reattached.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and provides a ventilation fan capable of reliably adjusting the air volume in the part of the decorative frame with simple work, reducing labor involved in the work, improving efficiency, and improving reliability. The purpose is to do.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a ventilation fan according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
1st Embodiment (FIGS. 1-9)
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a decorative frame and an air volume adjusting plate constituting an air volume adjusting device for a ventilation fan according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an overall side view showing a partial cross section of the entire structure of the ventilation fan. is there. 3 to 9 are explanatory views showing a decorative frame, an air volume adjusting plate, an assembled state thereof, and the like.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, the ventilation fan 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with air inlets 6 and 7 in the ceiling plates 4 and 5 of two adjacent rooms in the building, for example, the bathroom 2 and the washroom 3. The intake ports 6 and 7 are connected to the exhaust port 11 of the building outer wall 10 through a common duct 9 disposed in the ceiling 8. The opening area of the air inlet 6 on the bathroom 2 side is formed to be relatively larger than the air inlet 7 on the washroom 3 side. An intake port 7 on the washroom 3 side is connected to the suction side end of the duct 9, and an intake port 6 on the bathroom 2 side is connected to a midway position of the duct 9. The duct 8 is provided with a ventilation fan main body 13 having a fan 12 for forced ventilation, and the ventilation fan main body 13 is disposed at a portion of the air inlet 6 of the bathroom 2.
[0020]
At the portions surrounding the air inlets 6 and 7 of the ceiling plates 4 and 5, decorative frame mounting flanges 14 and 15 are provided horizontally along the ceiling plates 4 and 5, respectively. The decorative frames 16 and 17 are in contact with the interior side (downward), and are detachably attached and held by mounting brackets and spring members (not shown).
[0021]
Each of the decorative frames 16 and 17 has a rectangular shape or other arbitrary shape. For example, the ones on the bathroom 2 side and the washroom 3 side have similar rectangular shapes having different sizes. In the following example, an air volume adjusting device constituted by a decorative frame 16 provided at the air inlet 7 of the bathroom 2 and an air volume adjusting plate attached to the decorative frame 16 will be described as a representative. The same applies to the decorative frame 17 on the chamber 3 side.
[0022]
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the decorative frame 16 is installed in a horizontal arrangement, and the air volume adjusting plate 18 is arranged horizontally on the back side of the decorative frame 16, that is, on the upper surface side. 3 is a plan view of the decorative frame 16 shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from the back side, and FIGS. 4 and 5 are two planes in the thickness direction of the air volume adjusting plate 18 as A plane and B plane, respectively. FIG.
[0023]
6 is a plan view showing a state in which the air volume adjusting plate 18 is attached to the decorative frame 16 in such a manner that one surface (A surface) is on the upper side on the back side of the decorative frame 16, and FIG. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which follows an AA line. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a state in which the air volume adjusting plate 18 is attached to the decorative frame 16 with the other surface (B surface) on the back side of the decorative frame 16, and FIG. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which follows the BB line.
[0024]
First, the configuration of the decorative frame 16 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 3 and 7. As shown in these drawings, the decorative frame 16 is a flat dish having a square shape in plan view, and is integrally formed of resin. The decorative frame 16 is roughly divided into a rectangular main plate portion 19 having an area covering the entire opening surface on the ceiling surface side of the air inlet 6 of the duct 9 that opens to the indoor side, and a periphery of the main plate portion 19. It is composed of a peripheral frame portion 20 having a constant height that gently curves upward and rises substantially vertically, and the upper edge of the peripheral frame portion 20 is in contact with the flange of the intake port.
[0025]
The main plate portion 19 of the decorative frame 16 has a central flat plate portion 21 that occupies a square area of a certain range at the central portion thereof. An attachment fitting for detachably hanging the central portion of the decorative frame 16 is provided on the hanging spring member.
[0026]
Around the central flat plate portion 21 is formed a ventilation portion 22 that occupies a square-shaped frame region in a certain range from the center side toward the periphery. The ventilation portion 22 has a large number of parallel slits 23 as ventilation openings, and a portion between the slits 23 and surrounding the slits 23 is configured as a crosspiece 24. All of the slits 23 and the crosspieces 24 serving as the ventilation openings have an elongated shape whose length direction is along one direction, and the plurality of slits 23 and the crosspieces 24 have a constant pitch in the width direction. Are alternately arranged in parallel. For example, the decorative frame 16 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a configuration in which slits 23 that are long in the vertical direction are arranged adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction. A slit 23 and a crosspiece 24 are formed at positions opposed to each other across the central flat plate portion 21 in one direction a (hereinafter referred to as “longitudinal direction a”) directed upward and downward of the illustrated decorative frame 16. Yes. Also, in the other direction b shown in the horizontal direction in FIGS. 1 and 3 (hereinafter, this direction is referred to as “lateral direction b”), a plurality of slits 23 and crosspieces 24 (for example, 5 or more) are arranged. Has been. Each of the crosspieces 24 has a configuration in which vertical plates having a certain vertical width are combined in a horizontal grid pattern as shown in FIG.
[0027]
Further, a frame-like bottom wall portion 27 is provided around the ventilation portion 22 by an inclined wall 25 extending downward in the longitudinal direction a and a wall 26 vertically hanging in the lateral direction b. In the peripheral position, a rising wall 28 and a reinforcing frame portion 29 having a constant width having a rib shape with a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section extending downward from the rising wall 28 are formed. The outermost peripheral frame portion 20 described above is connected to and rises from the outer edge portion of the reinforcing frame portion.
[0028]
In addition, a plurality of pins 30 project upward from the back surface (upper surface) of the decorative frame 16 as means for fixing the air volume adjusting plate 18. For example, two pins 30 are arranged on each of the downwardly inclined walls extending along the longitudinal direction a from the ventilation portion 22, and the distance between the pair of pins 30 a and 30 b arranged on the upper side in FIGS. 1 and 3. Is set widely, and the interval between another pair of pins 30c and 30d arranged on the lower side of FIGS. 1 and 3 is set smaller than the interval between the pins 30a and 30b. As a result, the four pins 30 are arranged at diagonal positions of a trapezoid assumed in plan view, for example.
[0029]
Moreover, the recessed part 31 recessed in the frame outer side by two places, for example by planar view is formed in each inner side which mutually faces a reinforcement frame part. These recesses secure a space for facilitating manual work in attaching / detaching the wind adjusting plate described later.
[0030]
In addition, convex pieces 32 that protrude toward the center of the decorative frame 16 are provided adjacent to the concave portions on the inner sides of the reinforcing frame that face each other. By these projecting piece portions, the outer peripheral edge of the wind adjustment plate attached to the decorative frame 16 abuts, etc., so that positioning to the position to be attached can be easily performed, and the periphery of the air flow adjustment plate 18 is restrained and extraneous. The movement can be prevented.
[0031]
Furthermore, the decorative frame 16 is provided with an explicit means 33 for clearly indicating the orientation of the mounting surface of the air volume adjusting plate 18. The clarification means is provided at a position corresponding to the clarification means for clearly indicating the plate surface of the air volume adjusting plate 18 to be described later, and is configured by integrally forming with the decorative frame 16 as an embossed character or a symbol, for example, as a relief or a recess. Has been.
[0032]
Next, the air volume adjusting plate 18 will be described. Note that the expression “vertical direction a” and “horizontal direction b” is also used for the air volume adjusting plate 18.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 5, 7, and the like, the air volume adjusting plate 18 of the present embodiment is integrally molded with, for example, a resin as a flat plate having a square frame shape with a large opening at the center. Yes. The thickness of the air volume adjusting plate 18 is constant as a whole, and the outline of the air volume adjusting plate 18 is such that the length of each side is larger than the length of each side of the ventilation portion 22 of the decorative frame 16. It is formed smaller than the length dimension of each side of the reinforcing frame.
[0034]
The air volume adjusting plate 18 is formed with air volume adjusting openings 34 penetrating along the thickness direction, and these openings 34 correspond to the slits 23 and the crosspieces 24 of the decorative frame 16. It consists of a slit 35 and a crosspiece 36. That is, the width of the slit 23 of the decorative frame 16 and the width of the crosspiece of the air volume adjusting plate 18 are substantially the same, and the width of the crosspiece 24 of the decorative frame 16 and the width of the slit 35 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 are substantially the same. Has been. The plurality of slits 35 and crosspieces 36 are alternately arranged in parallel at substantially the same pitch as the slits 23 and crosspieces 24 of the decorative frame 16 in the width direction thereof, thereby adjusting the air volume. It has become.
[0035]
These slits 35 and crosspieces 36 are formed in one row along the circumferential direction, and are arranged corresponding to the slits 23 and crosspieces 24 formed as rows outside the decorative frame 16, for example. In other words, in the “longitudinal direction a” of the air volume adjusting plates 18, the short length slits 35 and crosspieces 36 correspond to the two rows of slits 23 and crosspieces 24 arranged outside. Is formed.
[0036]
Further, the air volume adjusting plate 18 is provided with four holes 37 at positions corresponding to the pins 30 of the decorative frame 16 and through which the pins 30 are inserted. Similar to the arrangement of the pins 30, these four holes 37 are arranged at trapezoidal diagonal positions assumed in a plan view, and the pins 30 of the decorative frame 16 are inserted into the holes 37 of the air volume adjusting plate 18. By doing so, the air volume adjusting plate 18 can be detachably fixed to the decorative frame 16. These holes 37 are formed in thin portions partially formed in the air volume adjusting plate 18, so that the pins 30 can be inserted with a relatively small force.
[0037]
Then, on the air volume adjusting plate 18, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, for example, an attachment surface to the decorative frame 16 is clearly shown at one corner of the upper right, corresponding to the explicit means 33 of the decorative frame 16. An explicit means 38 is provided for this purpose. The explicit means 38 is, for example, “A-plane” and “B-plane”. When the “A-plane” is raised, the air volume is increased, and when the “B-plane” is raised, the volume is reduced. It expresses the function to express as follows. In addition, since these indication means 33 and 38 are displayed as characters in a predetermined direction at, for example, one corner portion on the upper right side of the air flow adjusting plate 18, the direction of the characters and the like as well as the trapezoidal arrangement of the pins 30 and the holes are displayed. This also makes it possible to easily determine the direction in which the air volume adjusting plate 18 should be attached. Note that the plate surface specifying means 38 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 is also formed by integrally forming with the decorative frame 16 as an embossed or recessed portion, for example.
[0038]
Under such a configuration, the air volume adjusting plate 18 is configured such that the air flow adjusting plate 18 by the pins 30 and the holes is selected by selecting the surface to be attached to the decorative frame 16 by setting the arrangement relationship between the pins 30 and the holes 37. The fixed position changes. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the position of each pair of pins 30a and 30c along the longitudinal direction a of the decorative frame 16 is shifted in the width direction of the slit 23 and the crosspiece 24 in the lateral direction b. It has become. For example, the position in the horizontal direction b of the pin 30a shown in the upper right side of FIG. 3 and the pin 30d shown in the lower left side is arranged at the center position in the width direction of the slit 35, whereas in the upper left side of FIG. The positions of the pin 30b shown in the figure and the pin 30c shown in the lower right side in the lateral direction b are respectively arranged between the slit 35 and the slit 35 (and the position shifted from the slit 35).
[0039]
On the other hand, the hole 37 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 is arranged in the same manner as the pin 30 of the decorative plate in FIG. 3 as shown in FIG. 4 when viewed from one surface (A surface), for example. When the air volume adjustment plate 18 is reversed from the front and back, when viewed from the other surface (B surface), the hole 37b shown in the upper right side and the hole 37c shown in the lower left side are reversed as shown in FIG. The positions in the horizontal direction b are respectively arranged between the slits 35 and the slit 35 (and shifted from the slit 35), and the holes 37a shown in the upper left side and the holes 37d shown in the lower right side in the horizontal direction b. The position changes to a relationship in which the position is arranged at the position of the slit 35.
[0040]
Therefore, the air volume adjusting plate 18 is mounted on the back surface side of the decorative frame 16 with the A side facing upward, and the pin 30 of the decorative frame 16 is inserted into the hole 37 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 to fix the air volume adjusting plate 18. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the slits 23 and 35 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 and the decorative plate communicate with each other (the state where the crosspiece and the crosspiece overlap), and the decorative frame 16 The opening amount of the ventilation opening increases corresponding to the slits 23 and 35, and the air volume during ventilation is set large.
[0041]
On the other hand, the air volume adjusting plate 18 is mounted on the back surface side of the decorative frame 16 with the B side facing upward, and the air flow adjusting plate 18 is fixed by inserting the pin 30 of the decorative frame 16 into the hole of the air volume adjusting plate 18. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the slits 23 and 35 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 and the decorative plate are alternately arranged, and the bars of the air flow adjusting plate 18 block the slit 23 of the decorative frame 16. It becomes a state. Therefore, in this case, the crosspiece 24 and the crosspiece 36 mutually close the mating slits 23 and 35, so that the portion of the ventilation opening of the decorative frame 16 that overlaps with the air volume adjusting plate 18, that is, the inside and outside 2 Out of the slits 23 arranged in a row, the outer arrangement of the slits 23 is closed to reduce the amount of opening, so that the air volume during ventilation is set small.
[0042]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the area on which the air flow adjusting plate 18 is installed can be changed by selecting the mounting surface of the air flow adjusting plate 18 with respect to the decorative frame 16 so that the area where the opening 34 communicates is different. The amount of ventilation can be changed by an extremely simple operation that only changes. In addition, since the single air volume adjusting plate 18 is applied in the present embodiment, two steps of work are not required as compared with the conventional technique in which the air volume adjusting plate 18 is attached and removed up and down to change the position in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the work becomes easier and the efficiency can be improved.
[0043]
Unlike the operation of moving the installation position in the horizontal direction, there is no difficulty or misidentification in determining which direction the movement is on the air volume increase side or the reduction side. In particular, the arrangement of the pins 30 and the holes 37 and the clarification means 33 can also easily determine the mounting surface, the orientation and orientation of the mounting, and the occurrence of misidentification can be reliably prevented. Reliability can be greatly improved.
[0044]
In the above embodiment, the ventilation opening of the decorative frame 16 and the opening 34 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 have a shape in which the plurality of slits 23 and 35 and the crosspieces 24 and 36 are alternately arranged in parallel. By making the width of the slit 23 of the decorative frame 16 and the width of the crosspiece of the air volume adjusting plate 18 substantially the same, and making the width of the crosspiece 24 of the decorative frame 16 and the width of the slit 35 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 substantially the same. Although the air volume is adjusted, the configuration can be changed and applied, for example, by changing to the elongated linear slits 23 and 35, for example, as an opening 34 having various shapes such as a triangle having different left and right widths.
[0045]
If the clarification means is made by integral molding of resin and integral molding such as engraving, not only a separate piece such as a seal becomes unnecessary, but also it does not peel off even when washed during cleaning etc. There are advantages such as.
[0046]
Second Embodiment (FIGS. 10 to 16)
FIG. 10 is an enlarged perspective view showing a part of the air volume adjusting plate 18 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a plan view showing the entire air volume adjusting plate 18. 12, FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 are sectional views taken along lines CC, DD and EE of FIG. 11, respectively. 15 and 16 are cross-sectional views showing a state where the air volume adjusting plate of the present embodiment is mounted on the decorative frame 16 with the mounting surface being changed.
[0047]
As shown in FIGS. 10 to 16, the ventilation fan according to the present embodiment is fitted to the slit 36 of the decorative frame 16 so as to be fitted and inserted into the crosspiece 36 of the air volume adjusting plate 18 that closes the ventilation opening of the decorative frame 16. The convex part 39 which protrudes in the surface side of the plate | board thickness direction is provided.
[0048]
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, these convex portions 39 are set to be thicker than the peripheral portion and the inner side portion, with the portion that becomes the cross 36 adjacent in the width direction of each slit 35 being built up. And molded with resin. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 10-14, the peripheral part and inner side of the air volume adjustment board 18 are thin like 1st Embodiment. Further, the corners on the outer peripheral side of the respective convex portions 39 are inclined surfaces, and the convex surface portions are slightly shorter than the slits 23 of the decorative frame 16 so that they can be easily inserted into the slits. The arrangement of the pins 30 and the holes 37 for attaching the air volume adjusting plate 18 and other configurations are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0049]
Then, the “A surface” indication means 33 is applied to the surface provided with the convex portion 39, and the “B” surface is applied to the surface without the convex portion 39. Thus, as in the first embodiment, when the “A surface” is directed upward, as shown in FIG. 15, the slit of the decorative frame 16 is positioned at the position where the convex portion 39 overlaps the crosspiece of the decorative frame 16. 23, the air volume is increased.
[0050]
On the contrary, when the “B surface” is directed upward, as shown in FIG. 16, the convex portion faces the lower side of the decorative frame 16 and is fitted and inserted into the slit 23 between the crosspieces 24. The air volume is reduced.
[0051]
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, in addition to the effects of the first embodiment, the projection 39 of the crosspiece 36 is fitted and inserted into the slit 23 when setting to reduce the air volume. As shown, the ventilation opening is completely closed, and the flow rate can be reduced effectively. In particular, there is an advantage that the blockage is surely performed even when the air volume adjusting plate is warped.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to surely adjust the air volume at the part of the decorative frame with a simple work, and there is an effect that the labor involved in the work can be reduced, the efficiency can be improved, and the reliability can be improved.
