本発明は、コンロ本体の上部に設けられた天板に関し、詳しくは、天板の一部を構成する飾り枠の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
ガラス等により平坦に形成された面板を備えるコンロの天板においては、面板の外周に飾り枠が設けられる（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

従来、この種の飾り枠３０は、図７に分解して示すように、前枠片３１、左側枠片３２、右側枠片３３、中間枠片３４、及び後枠片３５の５つの枠片により構成されている。詳しくは図示しないが、各枠片３１，３２，３３，３４，３５はそれぞれ対応する位置に形成された凹部３６と凸部３７とのカシメ嵌合や、Ｌ字状の連結部材３８を介してのリベット止め等を用いて互いに連結することにより組み立てられる。そして、飾り枠３０が組み立てられた後には、前枠片３１、左側枠片３２、右側枠片３３、及び中間枠片３４により包囲された部分に仮想線示する面板３９が設けられ、更に、中間枠片３４と後枠片３５とによって包囲された部分は、図示しないコンロ本体に内蔵されたグリル庫からの排気を排出する開口となっている。

しかし、図７の飾り枠３０を組み立てる際には、５つの枠片を連結する作業が必要となる。このため、従来の構造の飾り枠３０では部品点数及び組み立て工数が多くなり、製造効率が低くコスト高となる不都合がある。また、各枠片同士の連結部は連結部材等で連結されるものの、枠体の幅が比較的狭い（細長い）ので、飾り枠３０が脆弱で変形し易い不都合がある。

かかる不都合を解消して、本発明は、飾り枠の組み立てを容易として製造効率を向上させコストを低減することができるコンロの天板を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために、本発明は、コンロ本体の上部を覆う面板と、該面板の外周に設けられた飾り枠とを備えるコンロの天板において、前記飾り枠は、面板の左右側縁に沿って延びる左右一対の側枠片と、両側枠片の前端部に連結されて面板の前側縁に沿って延びる前枠片と、両側枠片の後端部に連結されて面板の後側縁に沿って延びる後枠片とを備えてなり、該後枠片は、第１後枠部と、該第１後枠部から後方に所定間隔を存して該第１後枠部に対して平行に形成される第２後枠部と、前記第１後枠部と第２後枠部との間に一体に連設された平面視大略矩形状の平板部とを備え、該平板部には、前記コンロ本体内と連通する開口が形成され、前記後枠片は、前記両側枠片の間にわたって延び、前記第１後枠部、前記第２後枠部、及び平板部のうち少なくとも何れか一つの両側端部が前記両側枠片に連結されていることを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、前記後枠片に前記平板部を設け、該平板部に前記開口を形成したので、前記左右の側枠片の前端部に前記前枠片を連結し、左右の側枠片の後端部に前記後枠片を連結するだけで、排気や吸気を行なうための開口を後部に備える飾り枠を形成することができる。このように、本発明によれば、後枠片が平板部を一体に備えているので部品点数が少なく、飾り枠を組み立てる際に、従来のような左右の側枠片の後端部に２つの後枠片を連結する煩わしい作業が軽減できる。更に、後枠片が前記平板部を備えることにより、後枠片の強度を向上させることができ、飾り枠全体に歪みや変形等が生じるのを低減することができる。

更に、前記後枠片は、前記第１後枠部、前記第２後枠部及び前記平板部が設けられているので、前記後枠片を左右の側枠片に連結するときには、前記第１後枠部の両端部、前記第２後枠部の両端部、及び前記平板部の両端部の何れかを両側枠片に連結するだけで、後枠片を容易に取り付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】

第１の実施形態における天板１は、図示しないコンロ本体の上部に設けられるものであり、図１に示すように、面板２と飾り枠３とを備えている。面板２は、例えばガラス等によって平坦に形成されており、コンロに備えられたバーナ（図示せず）が露出するバーナ用開口４が複数形成されている。飾り枠３は、面板２の全周に取り付けられている。面板２と飾り枠３との間には面板２の全周にわたってコーキング材５が充填されている。
