Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sheet-attaching fabric for attaching a sheet (membrane material) to a fixed object such as a building, a structure, a standing tree, or a pile, or connecting sheets together.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of conventional sheet mounting fabric, a narrow woven portion is woven with warp and weft, and a core holding portion is woven with the warp and weft on one side edge of the narrow woven portion. There was one in which a core material was inserted into the holding part.
[0003]
However, in the case of the conventional woven fabric, the core material holding portion is flattened because the original yarn having the same thickness as the warp is aligned and inserted into the core material holding portion. It is merely a reinforced ear, and as a result, its use as a seat mounting fabric has been limited.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to use a circular core material such as a rope, braid, other fiber bundles, cables, and rods. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet mounting fabric that can be applied to a wide range of uses by configuring the core material holding portion as a nearly circular ear portion having a three-dimensional bulge.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sheet-attaching woven fabric of the present invention comprises a narrow woven portion for joining sheets together with a warp yarn and a weft yarn, and a core material holding portion formed by the weft yarn on one side edge of the narrow woven portion And a circular core material such as a rope, braid, other fiber bundle, cable, and bar inserted into the core material holding portion.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a sheet-attaching fabric according to the present invention. The sheet-attaching fabric T is composed of a narrow woven portion 1, a core material holding portion 2, and a core material 3.
[0007]
The narrow woven portion 1 has a woven fabric structure composed of warp yarns 1a and weft yarns 1b. The fabric texture may be any of plain weave, oblique weave, satin weave, a combination of these, and the like.
[0008]
A sheet (not shown) is joined to a part or all of the narrow woven portion 1 in a stacked state. The material and configuration of the sheet may be any film material having required flexibility and strength, such as a synthetic resin sheet or cloth. The joining means may be any means such as adhesion by an adhesive, welding by heat melting, and sewing. When welding with the narrow woven portion 1 sandwiched between a sheet and a heat-meltable sheet, the joint of the narrow woven portion 1 is roughened (mesh shape), and the gap It is preferable that the heat-meltable sheet is configured to melt and intrude.
[0009]
On one side edge along the longitudinal direction of the narrow woven portion 1, a core material holding portion 2 in which all or arbitrarily selected weft yarns 1 b are formed in a loop shape is provided. A core material 3 is inserted into the core material holding portion 2. The core material 3 may be any material as long as it is a circular material such as a rope, braid, other fiber bundles, cables, and rods. The core material 3 is inserted by the core material holding portion 2 when the narrow woven portion 1 is woven by a needle loom or the like and the weft thread 1b is wound around the core material 3 at the one side edge. Is done.
[0010]
The narrow woven portion 1 can be provided with eyelets 4 as required, as shown by phantom lines, and a binding string (not shown) or the like can be passed therethrough. In this case, at least the narrow woven portion 1 around the eyelet 4 may be reinforced by known means. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the warp thread 1a of the narrow woven portion 1 is omitted, and the weft threads 1b are gathered together at a predetermined interval to form a so-called ladder structure R. Instead of 4, it may function.
[0011]
FIG. 3 shows a first embodiment of a seat mounting structure using the above-described sheet mounting fabric. The sheet mounting fabric T is integrally joined to the lower edge of the sheet S. The sheet attachment fabric T is provided with eyelets 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes an eaves frame 5 of a tent warehouse, for example, on which a racing rope 6 hung on the eyelet 4 of the fabric T for seat attachment is hung, and the seat S is pulled and fixed.
[0012]
In the core material holding portion 2 of the present invention, a circular core material 3 such as a rope, braid, other fiber bundle, cable, bar material or the like is inserted, so that the core material holding portion 2 is three-dimensional. Since it has a bulge, it becomes possible to grip the core holding part 2 reliably and stably. Instead of inserting the racing rope 6 on the eyelet 4 and fixing it to the eaves frame 5 or the like as described above. Further, it can be fixed by appropriate holding and fixing means of the core material holding portion 2.
[0013]
FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment of the seat mounting structure using the above-mentioned seat mounting fabric, in which an eaves frame 7 similar to the eaves frame 5 is formed with an insertion hole 7b having a slit 7a, As shown in FIG. 4 (A), the core material holding portion 2 having the bulge of the sheet attaching fabric T is inserted into the insertion hole 7b, and the sheet S is attached to the eaves frame 7.
[0014]
FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment of the seat mounting structure using the above-described sheet mounting fabric. In the flange portion 8a of the hanging cloth 8 composed of the flange portion 8a and two vertical portions 8b branched therefrom. The sheet S is joined by welding or the like, and the sheet attaching fabric T is joined to each of the two vertical portions 8b. As shown by thin lines, the pipe 9 is held by these sheet attaching fabrics T, The sheet S is attached to the pipe 9 by binding the eyelet 4 through the binding string 10. The hanging cloth 8 has a structure as disclosed in, for example, JP-A-8-337940.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
1) A narrow woven portion that is woven with warp and weft yarns and joins a sheet; a core material holding portion formed with the weft yarn on one side edge of the narrow woven portion; and the core material holding Since it is comprised from the core material inserted in a part, there can exist the following effects.
1) The circular shape of the core material can be made close to a circular shape only by weft thread.
2) When the weft yarn of the ear is shrunk with steam that heats, the weft yarn alone is more shrunk and the bag and the core material are in close contact with each other. For this reason, the core and the bag are not easily displaced. Improved friction.
3) By roughening the weft thread in the bag portion, the core material is easy to see, and the color of the core material is different.
