【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に排水器(トラップ等を含む)を容易且つ確実に着脱し得る排水器の取着装置の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、家庭用の流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に排水器(トラップ等を含む)を取着する方法として実公平6−9093号公報に記載の方法が知られている。この排水器の取着装置は、排水器本体のフランジの下側に位置して本体の外周面に上下に弯入面を備えた係合用凹部を設けてなる排水器本体と、排水器本体の係合用凹部に圧入係合する係合用突子を備えたレバーを回動自在に枢着してなる取着部材から構成されてなる。この様に構成された排水器を流し台、洗面台等のシンクに取着する方法を説明すると、流し台等のシンクの底面に開設した取着孔にパッキングを介して排水器本体を嵌挿し、該本体のフランジの下面を取着孔の周縁の上面に当接させる。次いで排水器本体の下方部から取着部材を嵌挿し、その上面を取着孔の周縁及びパッキングを介して排水器本体のフランジの下面と当接させ、係合用突子を排水器本体の係合用凹部に対向させて後、取着部材の各レバーを下方に押し下げると、各係合用突子は排水器本体の係合用凹部の下方の弯入面によって形成された段部を乗り越えて凹部内に圧入されて排水器本体と取着部材は強く係着される。また各レバーを上方に引き上げると各係合用突子は係合用凹部から離脱して排水器本体と取着部材の係着状態は解除され、排水器をシンクより取り外すことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般に、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等の底面に設けた取着孔に排水器本体を取着する場合、シンク等の使用時にシンク等の取着孔と排水器本体との当接部分から漏水の無いよう、取着孔の周縁を排水器本体のフランジの下面と取着部材の上面とでパッキングを介し充分に強い力により挟持する必要がある。実公平6−9093号公報に記載の排水器においては、シンクの取着孔とフランジ下面との当接部分に高い止水性を確保するためにレバーを取着部材の対向位置に最低でも2個、通常4個から6個程度も枢着して嵌装緊締していた。このため実公平6−9093号公報に記載の排水器においてはその施工時において排水器本体の後背に隠れて直視できないレバーが必ず発生する。この直視できないレバーに作業を行うことは直視できるレバーに作業を行うことに比べて当然ながらより困難を伴う上、施工の確認作業を行うのも困難であり、場合によっては施工者の確認ミスにより係止されないまま放置され、止水性を確保できず漏水の原因となることがある。また、取着部材本体にレバーを枢着するのは細かな作業を求められる為、取着部材にレバーを多数枢着するのは部材加工に要する時間、労力の観点からみて好ましくない。またレバーは取着部材本体とは別の部材であるから、レバーが多ければそれに伴い部材単価及び加工費用も増大して安価に商品を提供するのが難しくなってくる。
本発明はこれらの欠点を解決するために発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上縁外周側にフランジ部(3)を備えた排水器本体(1)と、流し台等のシンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着して排水器本体(1)を該取着孔(H)に取り付ける為の、枠体(5)と当接上面(6)を備えた取着部材(2)とからなる排水器の取着装置において、排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)の下側に位置して該排水器本体(1)の外周面に、下方に向けて広がる様な傾斜を持った傾斜部(4)を形設すると共に、上記取着部材(2)の枠体(5)の内周面に、排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接する摺接部(7)を設け、また取着部材(2)の枠体(5)の一箇所もしくは複数箇所を切り欠きした切欠部(8)と、該切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)を係着させるための係着装置を備えたことを特徴とする排水器の取着装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本考案の実施例について説明する。

まず第一実施例について説明する。図1から図3に示した第一実施例における排水器は以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は上縁外固部にフランジ部(3)を備えると共に、該フランジ部(3)下側に位置して外周面に、下方に向けて拡がるような傾斜を持った傾斜部(4)を形設してなる。また軸芯(10a)に螺子を刻設したボルト部材(10)と、該ボルト部材(10)と螺合してボルト部材(10)を固定するためのナット部材(12)を備えてなる。また取着部材(2)は、枠体(5)と、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着する当接上面(6)を備え、また、枠体(5)の内周面に上記排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接するような傾斜を持たせた摺接部(7)を設けると共に、枠体(5)に切欠部(8)を設け、該切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)に上記ボルト部材(10)を挿通するための挿通孔(9)をも備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキング(P)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器を流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に取着する場合、まずシンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)にパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)を当接させる。次いで取着部材(2)を排水器本体(1)の下方より嵌通させ、排水器本体(1)に形設した傾斜部(4)が取着部材(2)の摺接部(7)を支持するように摺接させる。更にボルト部材(10)を取着部材(2)の切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)に設備えた挿通孔(9)に挿通してからナット部材(10)と螺合させると、螺合が進むにつれて取着部材(2)の枠体(5)の円周が短くなるため、取着部材(2)は傾斜部(4)上を傾斜部(4)の円周が短くなる上方へと向かって摺動し、取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)が、取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面を強く押圧する。上記のようにして、シンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を、パッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)とで強く挟持するために、排水器がシンクに確実に取着される。また排水器をシンクから脱着する場合は、上記ボルト部材(10)とナット部材(11)の螺合を解除することで取着部材(2)の係着が解除され、シンクから排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第二実施例について説明する。図4から図6に示した第二実施例における排水器は以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は上記第一実施例と同様にして形成されてなる。また軸芯(10a)に螺子を刻設したボルト部材(10)を備えてなる。また取着部材(2)は、枠体(5)と、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着する当接上面(6)を備え、また、枠体(5)の内周面に上記排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接するような傾斜を持たせた摺接部(7)を設けると共に、枠体(5)に切欠部(8)を設け、該切欠部(8)の一方の端部(8a)に上記ボルト部材(10)を挿通するための挿通孔(9)を、他方の端部(8b)に上記ボルト部材(10)と螺合してボルト部材(10)を固定するための、切欠部(8)の端部(8b)と一体に形成したナット部(12)をそれぞれ備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキング(P)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器を流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に取着する場合、まずシンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)にパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)を当接させる。次いで取着部材(2)を排水器本体(1)の下方より嵌通させ、排水器本体(1)に形設した傾斜部(4)が取着部材(2)の摺接部(7)を支持するように摺接させる。更にボルト部材(10)を取着部材(2)の切欠部(8)の一方の端部(8a)に備えた挿通孔(9)に挿通してから、他方の端部(8b)に備えたナット部(12)と螺合させると、螺合が進むにつれて取着部材(2)の枠体(5)の円周が短くなるため、取着部材(2)は傾斜部(4)上を傾斜部(4)の円周が短くなる上方へと向かって摺動し、取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)が、取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面を強く押圧する。上記のようにして、シンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を、パッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)とで強く挟持するために、排水器がシンクに確実に取着される。また排水器をシンクから脱着する場合は、上記ボルト部材(10)とナット部(12)の螺合を解除することで取着部材(2)の係着が解除され、シンクから排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第三実施例について説明する。図7から図10に示した第三実施例における排水器は以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は上記第一実施例と同様にして形成されてなる。また軸芯部(14)、軸芯部(14)の側面に設けた押圧部(15)、及び該軸芯部(14)の一方の端部に備えられたレバー部(16)、から構成した係着部材(13)を備えてなる。また取着部材(2)は、枠体(5)と、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着する当接上面(6)を備え、また、枠体(5)の内周面に上記排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接するような傾斜を持たせた摺接部(7)を設けると共に、枠体(5)に切欠部(8)を設け、該切欠部(8)の一方の端部(8a)に上記係着部材(13)の軸芯部(14)及び押圧部(15)に貫通され、また排水器の取着時に係着部材(13)の押圧部(15)に押圧される貫通孔(17)を、他方の端部(8b)に上記係着部材(13)の軸芯部(14)を軸着する軸着孔(18)を、それぞれ備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキング(P)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器を流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に取着する場合、まず係着部材(13)の軸芯部(14)及び押圧部(15)を切欠部(8)の一方の端部(8a)に備えた貫通孔(17)に貫通させた後、係着部材(13)の押圧部(15)の先端(15a)が軸着孔(18)を備えた端部(8b)と逆方向となる方向に向いた状態、即ち切欠部(8)が開くような状態にて軸芯部(14)を軸着孔(18)に軸着する。次いでシンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)にパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)を当接させてから取着部材(2)を排水器本体(1)の下方より嵌通させ、排水器本体(1)に形設した傾斜部(4)が取着部材(2)の摺接部(7)を支持するように摺接させる。更にこの状態より係着部材(13)のレバー部(16)を180度回転させると、押圧部(15)の先端(15a)が、貫通孔(17)の壁面を、軸着孔(18)を備えた端部(5b)と同方向となる方向、即ち取着部材(2)の切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)が当接するような方向へと押圧するために、取着部材(2)の枠体(5)の円周が短くなり、取着部材(2)は傾斜部(4)上を傾斜部(4)の円周が短くなる上方へと向かって摺動し、取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)が、取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とパッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面を強く押圧する。上記のようにして、シンクに開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を、パッキング(P)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着部材(2)の当接上面(6)とで強く挟持するために、排水器がシンクに確実に取着される。また排水器をシンクから脱着する場合は、上記係止部材(13)のレバー部(16)を再び180度回転させて係着部材(2)の切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)が開くような状態にすることで係着部材(2)の係着が解除され、シンクから排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第四実施例について説明する。図11から図13に示した第四実施例における排水器は以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は上記第一実施例と同様にして形成されてなる。また取着部材(2)は、枠体(5)と、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着する当接上面(6)を備え、また、枠体(5)の内周面に上記排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接するような傾斜を持たせた摺接部(7)を設けると共に、枠体(5)に切欠部(8)を設け、該切欠部(8)の一方の端部(8a)に、水平方向に長く扁平した略楕円形状に形成した軌道部(19)を備えてなり、また他方の端部(8b)に、上記軌道部(19)と滑動自在に係合して切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)を当接させるための係合部(21)を備えたレバー部材(20)を回動自在に軸着してなる。また排水器の取着時に排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキング(P)を備えてなる。

次に第五実施例について説明する。図14から図16に示した第五実施例における排水器は以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は上記第一実施例と同様にして形成されてなる。また取着部材(2)は、剛性のある材質にて構成されており、枠体(5)と、流し台のシンク、浴槽、洗面台、防水パン等に開設した取着孔(H)の周縁(S)を上記排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)下面と共に挟着する当接上面(6)を備え、また、枠体(5)の内周面に上記排水器本体(1)の傾斜部(4)と摺接するような傾斜を持たせた摺接部(7)を設けると共に、枠体(5)に切欠部(8)を設け、該切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)に係着用腕部(22)を突設して設けてなる。また該係着用腕部(22)を把持しつつ滑動して切欠部(8)の両端部(8a、8b)を当接させる把持部材(23)を備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に排水器本体(1)のフランジ部(3)と取着孔(H)の周縁(S)とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキング(P)を備えてなる。
