Description

The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for a paint film on a rooftop, roof, fence, etc. of a building. More specifically, it can be applied to conventional methods such as wet bases, bases with cracks and unevenness, bases with aging embrittlement, bases with existing deterioration waterproofing layers (asphalt, various sheets, waterproof coatings, etc.). The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for a coating film that can be applied even to a base that cannot be used or that requires some kind of base adjustment or removal of extraneous matter.

As a method of waterproofing roofs, roofs, roofs, etc. of buildings, a method of forming a waterproof coating by applying a liquid composition such as urethane coating waterproofing material to the base surface (hereinafter referred to as the “coat waterproofing method”) Is known). According to this coating waterproofing method, it is possible to easily form a seamless water-tight waterproof layer that is seamless on the entire surface by simply applying to a structural member having a complicated shape.

However, the conditions for the normal formation of the urethane coating are that the moisture contained in the substrate must be 8% or less, and that dirt and adhesion-inhibiting foreign substances (such as oils, asphalt, There was a need to remove and remove tars, aged waterproof sheet waterproofing layer, waterproof coating layer, etc.). A sheet laying method has been proposed for the purpose of simplifying these operations.

In the sheet laying method that is not affected by the foundation, when a normal urethane coating film is formed, it is important to joint a plurality of sheets. In the conventional method, for the purpose of reducing the level difference of the seam, a method of laying the end portions of the sheet in a butted manner and joining them with an adhesive tape or the like has been adopted. The joint strength of joint material such as joint tape or adhesive tape is weak, so when the sheet member is laid, the joint part peels off due to the expansion and contraction of the sheet and is laminated on the sheet under the influence of moisture from the base. The swelling and breakage of the waterproofing film waterproofing agent occurred.

Moreover, although the construction method (for example, refer patent document 1) etc. which lay | lay a piece of adhesive tape-shaped joining members as a solution for these problems is proposed, peeling of a junction part arises because there are few adhesion areas. Alternatively, in the portion where the adhesive tape does not contact, the upper layer waterproofing material penetrates from the abutting portion to the base, and the air permeability secured between the sheet and the base is lost.
JP 2001-227117 A

When laying multiple sheets on the foundation to be waterproofed, the waterproof coating applied on the sheet may swell or break due to the influence of moisture on the foundation or peeling of the joint due to the expansion and contraction of the sheet itself. In order not to occur, the joint between adjacent sheets has sufficient water tightness and strength, and the air permeability between the base and the insulating sheet is ensured. Further, the step, the joint and the shape of the fixture are the surface of the waterproof layer. The coating film waterproofing method which can form the smooth and seamless coating waterproofing material which does not appear in this is provided.

As a result of diligently examining the solution to the above problem, the inventors of the present invention, when laying a plurality of insulating sheets on the ground to be waterproofed, overlap and bond the ends of adjacent insulating sheets, and further fix By passing through the overlapped part of the tool and fixing it to the base, the seam between the insulating sheets has high water tightness and strength, and the waterproof coating applied on the insulating sheet may swell or break. The invention's effect

The coating waterproofing method of the present invention should be applied even if the foundation (frame) to be constructed is dirty, even if it is constructed with a material having poor adhesion to the urethane waterproofing material, or even if moisture exists. Even if the sheets are stacked, the seam finishes flat.
Since the coating film waterproofing method of the present invention is locally fixed by a fixture, the air permeability between the base and the sheet is sufficiently secured, and the seam (breaking) strength between the sheet and the sheet is strong. The upper layer waterproof material soaks between the underlayer and the sheet without causing the upper layer waterproofing material to swell due to the break at the joint between the sheets, which is a disadvantage of the sheet waterproofing method Does not spoil or leak and damage the foundation and air permeability.

In the present invention, when laying a plurality of sheets on the ground to be waterproofed, the sheet is laid so that the edge of the sheet and the edge of the adjacent sheet overlap, and as shown in FIG. The sheet is fixed to the base at regular intervals so as to penetrate the overlapping part of the two sheets.
The fixing device is not particularly limited as long as it has a function capable of fixing the overlapping portion of the sheet and the base, and a preferable one includes a structure having a pin and a plate. When the sheet is fixed using a fixing tool such as the pin and plate, the pin head and the plate are particularly preferable because a round shape without corners does not damage the sheet.

When laying so that the edge of the sheet and the edge of the adjacent sheet overlap, and fixing it so as to penetrate the overlapping part of the two sheets with the fixing tool, the position of the laying sheet and the base (frame) is shifted Preferably, an adhesive is applied to the base contacting the edge of the sheet, and the edge of the sheet is bonded or temporarily fastened by pressure bonding to the base, and the sheet adjacent to the sheet. It is preferable to adhere the sheets to each other by applying an adhesive to the overlapping portions.

The width of the portion where the sheets overlap is preferably 2 to 20 cm, and more preferably 4 to 6 cm. If it is less than 2 cm, it will be fixed locally and a strong load will be applied to the periphery of the plate, and the sheet may be cut. If it exceeds 20 cm, the space between the sheet to be laid and the ground will be narrowed and the expansion of moisture and air The function of following such changes may be impaired. Moreover, it is not economical by using a large amount of sheets.

In the case of a preferable fixing device including the pin and the plate or a preferable fixing device having a shape in which the pin and the plate are integrated, it is further preferable that the head portion of the pin is circular and flat like a nail. The size of the part is 0.7 to 1 of the width of the overlapping part of the two sheets, the diameter of the circular head with a dish-like shape or the long side when the head is rectangular, the side when the head is square 0.0 times the length is most preferable

Reinforcement is performed by adhering a reinforcing cloth from the periphery of the fixture and the joining portion (overlapping portion) of the sheet, and the step is corrected. As a preferable method for correcting the step, the step is corrected using urethane resin, and more preferably the viscosity is 20 to 40 Pa.s. Urethane resin adjusted to s / 23 ° C. is used.
When the level difference is corrected using the urethane resin adjusted to the viscosity range, the urethane resin does not leak from the overlapped portion of the sheets, and the ventilation path between the base and the sheet is not blocked. Moreover, leveling property is good and steps, such as a groove | channel and a clearance gap, can be corrected uniformly.
The width of the reinforcing cloth is preferably the same width as the overlapping portion of the sheets.

The thickness of the sheet composed of four or more layers is preferably 4.5 to 15 mm. If the thickness is less than 4.5 mm, the shape of the fixture protrudes from the sheet surface layer, and it is difficult to obtain smoothness and the strength tends to be weak. . On the other hand, if it exceeds 15 mm, the periphery of the fixture is greatly recessed, and fixing wrinkles are generated, and the amount of urethane resin used for correcting the step tends to increase, which is not economical.

The thickness of the end portion of the sheet to be overlapped is 2 to 20 cm in width so that the smoothness can be obtained even when the sheet is overlapped, that is, the thickness of the sheet satisfying the following formula (1) at the time of manufacturing the sheet in advance. A sheet with a processed part or a sheet processed with heat and compression at the construction site is laid.

Although the sheet | seat used for this invention is not specifically limited, The laminated sheet which has a polyester nonwoven fabric and a moisture-proof film is preferable.
More preferably, it is a laminate comprising a structure of at least 4 layers, a thickness of 0.05 to 0.1 mm, a basis weight of 20 to 80 g / m 2 polyester nonwoven fabric, moisture-proof film, thickness 0 A sheet of polyester non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 300 to 800 g / m 2 and a polyester nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 3.5 to 10 mm and a basis weight of 100 to 500 g / m 2 ; When laying, it is preferable to lay the polyester nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 3.5 to 10 mm and a basis weight of 100 to 500 g / m 2 so as to face the ground (housing).
The preferred ratio of the fixture to the seat is determined by collating with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 109 (standard for roofing materials, exterior and exterior walls) and multiplying that standard by the safety factor. The reference, 4.2kN / m 2 in susceptible periphery of negative pressure, the fixing force of 1.4 kN / m 2 at the center portion is required. Dividing this reference value by the safety factor and dividing it by the value measured for the fixing force per fixture gives the number of fixtures per unit area. Allocate evenly.

Hereinafter, an example is given and demonstrated.

A polyester nonwoven fabric layer having an average thickness of 0.05 mm and a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 , a moisture-proof film, a polyester nonwoven fabric layer having an average thickness of 1.5 mm and a basis weight of 350 g / m 2 , an average thickness A sheet of average thickness of 7 mm, width of 95 cm and length of 5 m composed of a polyester nonwoven fabric layer having a weight of 5.0 mm and a basis weight of 150 g / m 2 , and a portion having a width of 7 cm from the end of the sheet. A plurality of sheets processed to a thickness of 3 mm were produced.
Two test sheets with the existing waterproof layer of sand asphalt roofing are stacked in parallel with a width of 5 cm, and the two sheets are overlapped with the base sheet and the lower sheet, and the lower sheet and the upper sheet. Each was bonded with an adhesive (trade name: CJ Block Bond, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) with a width of 5 cm. It was fixed with an air gun (trade name: Aerosmith, Schneider Japan Co., Ltd.) with an outer diameter of 50 mmφ and an inner hole diameter of 4.2 mm. (FIG. 1) At this stage, the fixing tool was recessed lower than the sheet surface, and the overlapping portion was slightly lower.
Next, a viscosity of 32 Pa. Apply urethane (resin) waterproofing material adjusted to s / 23 ° C. (trade name: HC Eco-proof V, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) 1.3 kg / m 2 smoothly with rubber spatula as an adhesive for reinforcing cloth, Next, a reinforcing cloth (trade name: Mliocross K, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) having a width of 10 cm and a length of 5 m was reinforced, and the viscosity was further increased to 32 Pa. Applying 0.7 kg / m 2 of urethane (resin) waterproofing material adjusted to s / 23 ° C. (trade name: HC Ecoproof V, Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) with a roller brush to correct the level difference in the overlapped area Went. The overlapped portion at this stage was almost the same height as the sheet surface.
After correcting the level difference, apply 2kg urethane resin waterproofing material (trade name: HC Eco-Proof, Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) 2kg / m 2 for the first time and 2kg / m for the second time. After 2 coatings, a protective paint (trade name: HC Ecotop, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) was applied at 0.2 kg / m 2 to finish. At this stage, the seam shape and the shape of the fixture did not appear on the surface, and the appearance was flat. In addition, after 1 year and 2 years after construction, the waterproof layer including the lower sheet of three fixtures (90 cm x 90 cm) is cut into a square with the overlapped part as the center line, and the fixture is also machine They were cut and examined for a year and two years after construction. As a result, no swelling or breakage of the waterproof layer was observed, and no breakage occurred in the sheet stacking portion around the fixture, and there was no sign of them. Also, during the construction of the waterproof material, it was confirmed whether or not the seepage of the waterproof material from the overlapping part of the insulating sheet occurred, but there was no evidence of the waterproof material leaching, Desirable air permeability that should be ensured between the sheet and the base was ensured.

比較例Comparative example

Polyester joint tape in which the same two sheets used in Example 1 were laid in parallel and the adhesive material was applied to the butt portion (trade name: MF tape WN, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) After attaching, pin-like fixtures (trade name: Air Pin AK, manufactured by Sanko Techno Co., Ltd.) and plate fixtures (trade name: Disc A, Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) at a distance of 30 cm to the left of 15 mm from the sheet butt. A 50 mmφ inner diameter 4.2 mm) was fixed to a test substrate which is an existing waterproof layer (sand asphalt roofing) using an air gun (trade name: Aerosmith, Schneider Japan Co., Ltd.). (Figure 2)
At this stage, the fixture portion was recessed below the sheet surface, and the butted portion was higher than the sheet surface by the thickness of the joint tape.
Next, the width is 10 cm around the butted portion of the sheet, and the viscosity is 32 Pa.s. Urethane resin (waterproofing material) adjusted to s / 23 ° C. (trade name: HC Ecoproof V, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) 1.3 kg / m 2 was smoothly applied with a rubber spatula, and the joint tape was covered.
The seam at this stage was about 1.6 mm higher depending on the processing material.
Butt after the processing of the part, two-component urethane resin waterproofing material to the entire sheet (trade name: HC Eco-proof, Hodogaya-made building materials Industry Co., Ltd.) a 2kg / m 2 applied to the first time, 2kg / m 2 for the second time After application, a protective coating (trade name: HC Ecotop, manufactured by Hodogaya Construction Materials Co., Ltd.) was applied to finish 0.2 kg / m 2 . At this stage, the seam shape and the shape of the fixture did not appear on the surface, and the appearance was flat. Moreover, as a result of cutting out the specimen and observing the secular change in the same manner as in the example, the specimen that has passed for one year after the construction was swelled with a diameter of 3 to 5 cm at two locations of the waterproof layer. Even in the test body after two years, two blisters with a diameter of 3 to 5 cm were generated, and fine cracks were observed in the upper layer topcoat material along the edge of the joint tape. Also, in both the first and second year specimens, a waterproof material that was thought to have penetrated during the construction and reached the base was observed at a part of the butted portion of the lower layer sheet.
The results are shown in [Table 1].
In addition, in [Table 1], the tensile strength is determined by cutting a sheet-sheet overlapping portion between the fixture and the fixture in the test body into a width of 3 cm and a length of 15 cm, and a waterproof coating material is placed on the test piece. The sheet was set on a tensile tester as it was, and the strength was measured when the joint between the sheets was broken.
(At this time, the upper waterproof coating layer is not broken)
