Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a trunk curing tool suitable for reinforcing old trees and the like, and a trunk curing apparatus using the trunk curing tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[0003]
Trees that are generally called old trees, including natural memorial trees designated by countries and prefectures, are aging, so there is a high possibility that they will break due to wind or further aging. A method is adopted in which the trunks are supported by being suspended between each other or the trunk.
[0004]
As a conventional method, generally, a piece of wood is contacted around the trunk of a target tree and temporarily fixed with a wire (wire), and a wire rope is wound around this to fix the wire rope to the trunk. There is a method that is performed on a plurality of trunks, a wire rope is wound around a plurality of trunks, or a wire rope is fixed to one trunk by the above-described method, and the other end of the wire rope is fixed to a robust fixing portion or a fixed object. It is taken.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, because the prior art uses wood chips for curing, the curing function is easily lost in a short period of time because it rots and breaks down in a few years or falls, and it corresponds to the growth of the trunk Since it cannot be done, the piece of wood will bite into the bark, or the wire rope itself will bite into the bark, which will adversely affect the growth of the tree. There was a problem to do.
[0006]
In addition, since the prior art winds one or more wire ropes directly around the trunk, the wire rope and the trunk are easily affected by the vibration of the trunk due to the wind, and the wire rope depends on the growth of the trunk. There is a problem that a stable and reliable breakage prevention effect cannot be expected because re-tensioning cannot be performed when the tension is loosened.
In addition, wood pieces and wires were wound around the trunk, so the appearance was bad, the appearance as a natural memorial tree was damaged, and there was also a problem in the landscape.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a stable and reliable break prevention curing while minimizing the influence on old trees. It is to provide a tree-curing tool with a special structure.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a trunk curing device that can perform construction in a short time and can easily and well adjust the tension according to the growth of the trunk.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a main body made of an elastic material in which a core material is embedded, and the main body has a plurality of lateral holes at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction on the anti-stem contact side. It is characterized by comprising a curing material and endless curing ropes that are inserted through the lateral holes of the respective curing materials and have U-turn portions at the left and right ends extending from the outermost curing materials.
[0010]
Further, the present invention includes a plurality of curing materials having a main body made of an elastic material in which a core material is embedded, and the main body has lateral holes at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction on the anti-stem contact side, A plurality of curing tools provided with endless-shaped curing ropes inserted into the lateral holes of the respective curing materials and extending U-turn portions at both left and right ends from both outermost curing materials, and each curing of these curing tools It is characterized by comprising a tensioning rope connected to both ends of the collective rope and a tension adjuster for adjusting the tension of the tensioning rope.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 show an embodiment of a trunk curing tool according to the present invention. A plurality of curing materials 1, 1 ′, 1 ″ for attaching to the trunk and a combination of curing materials penetrating therethrough are shown. It consists of a rope 2 for use.
[0012]
FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show some examples of the curing material 1 (1 ′, 1 ″). A rigid core material 3 is embedded inside, and one surface is a contact surface (front surface) 40 with respect to the trunk. The main body 4 is provided with a plurality of (two in the embodiment) horizontal holes 5 and 5 at an appropriate distance in the vertical direction on the side opposite to the trunk of the main body 4 (back side). ing.
The main body 4 has a hardness corresponding to the hardness of the bark, and is made of an elastic material having good weather resistance and wear resistance, and has a shape such as a bar or a strip having a required height and width. I am doing. The elastic material is selected from rubber, soft plastic and the like.
[0013]
The core material 3 is made of a material having high mechanical strength, for example, a steel material, an FRP material, and the like, and the form is appropriately selected from a round bar, a D-section bar, a flat bar, a pipe, a net and the like.
[0014]
2A, protrusions 4a and 4a are integrally formed on the back side of the main body 4, and lateral holes 5 and 5 are provided through the thickness direction of the protrusions. In (b), the main body 4 is formed thick without providing a protrusion, and the horizontal holes 5 and 5 are provided at a predetermined distance from the core material 3.
[0015]
In (c), protrusions 3a and 3a having lateral holes 5 and 5 are integrally formed on the core material 3, and the core material 3 is wrapped with the main body 4 so that the protrusions 3a and 3a are exposed. In (d), protrusions 3 a and 3 a having lateral holes 5 and 5 are integrally formed in the core material 3, and the core material 3 including the protrusions 3 a and 3 a is embedded in the main body 4. In (b) and (d), the lateral holes 5 and 5 penetrate the width direction of the main body 4.
[0016]
In any case, the core material 3 needs to be embedded at a predetermined distance from the contact surface 40. That is, when the contact surface 40 comes into contact with the tree trunk and tension is applied to the curing rope 2, the contact surface region can be deformed along the shape of the tree trunk without the heartwood 3 directly contacting the tree trunk. [0018]
As the curing rope 2, a wire rope having an arbitrary twisted structure such as 1 × 3, 1 × 7 is used, and the thickness of the wire rope is the same as the diameter of the horizontal holes 5 and 5 so that the curing material 1 does not move freely. It is about.
[0019]
Curing rope 2 is a wire rope having a required length corresponding to the thickness of the trunk to be applied, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Are continuously inserted into each horizontal hole 5 and made a U-turn at a position extending a required length from the curing material 1 ′ at one end position, and the lower hole (or upper stage) horizontal hole at the one end position curing material 1 ′. 5 is inserted through the horizontal holes 5 of the other curing materials 1 in parallel, and then a U-turn is made at a position extending the required length from the curing material 1 "at the other end position, and the connecting fitting 2a It is configured by being connected in an endless manner.
In the curing rope 2, it is preferable that the U-shaped portions 2a and 2a extending from the curing materials 1 ′ and 1 ″ at both ends have substantially the same length.
[0020]
FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 illustrate the trunk curing device using the trunk curing tool according to the present invention, which is combined with a plurality of curing materials 1, 1 ′, 1 ″ as described above so as to penetrate therethrough. A plurality of curing devices A composed of curing ropes 2, tension ropes B connecting the curing ropes 2 and 2 of the respective curing tools A, A, and tensions by adjusting the length of the tensioning ropes B And a tension adjusting tool C for adjustment.
[0021]
The tension rope B is composed of a wire rope having an arbitrary twist structure such as 1 × 3, 1 × 7, and the tension adjuster C is typically a turnbuckle.
As other metal fittings, a shackle D, a thimble E, a wire clip F, and the like are appropriately used together. The thimble E is a metal fitting that has a groove for fitting a rope around it as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 5 (b) and has a circular ring portion with a side ring shape. The two U-shaped portions 2a and 2a are inscribed in front ends.
[0022]
The shackle D has a substantially keyhole shape on the side, and is inserted into the ring-shaped portion of the thimble E with an annular portion d. The ring c at the tip of the threaded rod of the tension adjuster C is positioned on the free end side (bifurcated portion) of the shackle D and connected by bolts.
A terminal portion of the tension rope B is connected to a screw rod end portion (a bifurcated portion or a ring portion) c ′ of the other end of the tension adjuster C. In this example, the terminal portion is folded back, and the U-turned terminal and the corresponding portion are connected by the wire clip F.
[0023]
A terminal portion at the other end of the tension rope B is extended and connected to the curing rope 2 in the other curing tool A. In this example, a U-turn end and a corresponding portion are connected by a wire clip F through a shackle D connected to a thimble E attached to a U-shaped tip of the curing rope 2.
[0024]
The above description is merely an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this.
1) Curing materials 1, 1 ′, 1 ″ may have a wide width within limits corresponding to an increase in trunk diameter.
2) The protrusion 4a is not necessarily separated from the upper and lower sides, and may be a single plate-like protrusion.
[0025]
3) In some cases, even numbers of four or more horizontal holes 5 may be arranged, and a curing rope may be inserted into each of the groups. This is suitable for thick trunks.
4) The thimble E is attached to the gathering part of the curing rope 2, and the tension rope B is usually inserted into the crossing shape. However, in some cases, the thimble is not attached. The tension rope B may be directly inserted into the gathering portion of the rope 2 in a crossing manner.
5) The tension adjusting tool C is not limited to the case where one end is connected to the curing tool A. It may be arranged in the middle of the tension rope B as in the construction example described later.
[0026]
The present invention also includes a method for curing a trunk. A characteristic of the curing method is that there are a plurality of curing materials having a main body made of an elastic material in which a core material is embedded, and the main body has transverse holes at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction on the anti-stem contact side. A plurality of curing tools A and A, each having an endless curing rope 2 inserted through the lateral holes of the respective curing materials and extending from the outermost curing materials at both left and right U-turn portions, are used. , The curing material is brought into contact with the trunk of the target tree, and both ends of the endless rope are led and assembled in the direction away from the tree, and the aggregated portion is gathered into another set of aggregated portions, the tension rope B, and the tension adjusting bracket C. It is to be connected D via a traction force to be applied.
[0027]
[Effect of the embodiment]
Explaining how to use the curing tool A and the curing device according to the present invention, in the construction, each curing material 1, 1 ', 1 "is approximately half the circumference of the trunk 70 with respect to the target trees 7, 7. The arrangement interval of the curing material with respect to the curing rope 2 is adjusted so that it can be contacted at equal intervals, and in this state, each curing material 1, 1'.1 "is brought into contact with the trunk 70, and the curing materials 1 ', 1 at both ends are contacted. The U-shaped portions 2a, 2a extending from the lead are guided in the direction to be hung or towed, and the two tip portions of the U-shaped portions 2a, 2a are assembled together. Shackles D and D are attached to the thimbles E and E.
[0028]
On the other hand, a tension rope B having a length corresponding to the interval between the trees 7 and 7 is prepared, and a tension adjuster C is connected to the tension rope B in advance to constitute a tension rope assembly.
Then, the tension rope assembly is positioned between the curing devices A and A, and one end (right end) of the tension rope B is connected to the shackle D of the curing device A as shown in FIGS. The left end) is connected to the tension adjuster C. As a result, the curing ropes 2 and 2 of the trees 7 and 7 are connected by the tension rope B, so that the tension adjusting fitting C is operated to apply tension.
As a result, the tension rope B pulls the curing ropes 2 and 2 of the curing tools A and A, the curing materials 1, 1 ', 1 "are in close contact with the trunks 70, 70, and the curing materials 1, 1', Pull the trees 7 and 7 in the anti-folding direction or anti-falling direction through 1 ″. This completes the work.
[0029]
6 and 7 show application examples of the curing tool A and the curing device according to the present invention.
In the example of FIG. 6, the curing tool A is attached to each of the five trunks 70a, 70b, 70c, 70d, and 70e, and the tension rope B is attached to the gathering portion of the U-shaped portions 2a and 2a of the curing rope 2 of each curing tool A. The five trunks are pulled so as not to fall outward by applying tension to the tension rope B with the tension adjusting fitting C.
[0030]
The tension rope B may be inserted directly into the assembly portion of the U-shaped portions 2a and 2a, or indirectly, that is, the thimble E is attached to the assembly portion of the U-shaped portions 2a and 2a as shown in FIG. Then, the shackle D may be connected thereto, and the tension rope B may be inserted through the shackle D. In this example, as shown in FIG. 6 (d), the tension adjusting fitting C is interposed in the intermediate portion of the tension rope B.
[0031]
In the example of FIG. 7, the curing tools A and A are attached to the two trunks 70 a and 70 b of the three trunks 70 a, 70 b and 70 c, and the first tension rope B and tension adjustment are performed on the gathering portion of the curing rope 2. The bracket C is connected and pulled, and another curing tool A is mounted in the vicinity of the curing tool mounting position of the trunk 70a, and the two curing ropes 2 and 2 of the curing tool A attached to the curing tool A and the trunk 70c are attached. A second tensioning rope B is connected to the gathering part, and curing tools A and A are respectively attached to different positions of the trunks 70b and 70c, and a third tensioning rope is attached to the gathering part of the curing rope 2 extending therefrom. B is connected.
The curing device for the trunks 70a and 70b adopts the same form as that shown in FIG. The curing devices for the trunks 70a and 70c may be the same.
[0032]
In the present invention, since the main body 4 of the curing material A is made of an elastic material such as rubber, there is no concern about corrosion, and it can cope with various kinds of bark hardness by adjusting the hardness at the time of molding. Since it can be deformed depending on the nature, it can closely follow the concave-convex shape of the bark and can take a large contact area with the trunk. Moreover, since it can be made the color close | similar to the color of a trunk by adding a pigment at the time of shaping | molding, the discomfort of a use condition can be reduced and the fall of a landscape can be avoided.
[0033]
Since the core material 3 is embedded in the main body 4, excessive rigidity of the main body 1 is prevented by the rigidity thereof, and the trunk can be supported by dispersing the load from the tension rope B. The core material 3 has a horizontal hole 5 through which the curing rope 2 is inserted, so that the curing material does not fall and does not cause corrosion, so that a stable mounting state is maintained for a long period of time. be able to.
[0034]
Each curing material A has at least two upper and lower horizontal holes 5 and 5 on the back side, and endless curing ropes 2 are inserted into these in a cross shape, and U-shaped from the curing materials 1 ′, 1 ″ at both ends. Because the extension part is the curing tool A, it is easy to handle, and the upper and lower sides of the rope 2 for curing are paired to support the trunk at two places simultaneously. Combined with the fact that the main body 4 is an elastic material, it does not give a concentrated load to the trunk, and that the core material 3 is present and the upper and lower sides of the rope 2 for curing are U-shaped. Since the left and right U-shaped extending portions are connected and pulled together, the rope tension can be applied in a balanced manner.
[0035]
In addition, the curing rope 2 extends from the curing materials 1 ′, 1 ″ at both ends and is guided away from the trunk, and is not directly wound on the trunk. Then, the curing tool A and the tension rope B are separated from each other, and the tension rope B is crossed over the extended portions of the curing ropes 2 and 2 of a plurality of trunks for tension. Since the tension adjustment fitting C is attached to the rope B, even if the rope tension changes due to the growth of the trunk, etc., it is easy to operate only one or several tension adjustment fittings C. The tension can be adjusted in a well-balanced manner.
[0036]
