Description

【0001】

[0031]
In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part of the structure same as the structure demonstrated in the term of the prior art, and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0032]
(Embodiment 1)
1 is an external perspective view of a push-on switch according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. 1, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line Y-Y. In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a resin-made switch case having a circular recess 21A with an opening on the top surface, and is fixed to the inner bottom surface 21B of the circular recess 21A as shown in the top view of FIG. The contact 22 and two electrically fixed peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B at point equidistant positions equidistant from the contact 22 are insert-molded and fixed so as to be exposed. Are provided with two connection terminals 24A and 24B electrically connected to the center fixed contact 22 one by one at positions symmetrical with respect to the center of the switch case 21, and two on the outer peripheral side of the same set. Around Constant contact 23A and 23B and the connection terminal 25A and 25B and conductive respectively, are provided one by one projected at symmetrical positions with respect to the switch case 21 center.
[0033]
The height of the central fixed contact 22 is slightly lower than the two peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B.
[0034]
Reference numeral 26 denotes a movable contact formed by pressing an elastic metal thin plate, and the shape thereof is a spherical shape upward as shown in the plan view of FIG. 4A and the side sectional view of FIG. Two flexible strips arranged at a small interval so as to connect the curved central disc portion 27 and the circular ring portion 28 arranged concentrically at a certain interval to the outside. The disk part 27 is inclined upward by bending the width connecting part 29 along one straight line 30, and the outer diameter of the disk part 27 is the two peripheral fixed contacts of the switch case 21. The outer diameter of the circular ring portion 28 is set so as to engage with the inner periphery of the circular recess 21A of the switch case 21.
[0035]
Then, such a movable contact 26 is inserted into the circular recess 21A of the switch case 21, and the circular ring portion 28 is switched to a switch as shown in the top view of the state in which the movable contact 26 is mounted in the switch case 21 of FIG. By placing it on the inner bottom surface 21B of the circular recess 21A of the case 21, the outer periphery of the disk part 27 is disposed above the two peripheral fixed contacts 23A, 23B with a predetermined distance therebetween. A cover 31 made of a metal plate having an opening 13A is attached to the upper surface of the switch case 21 so as to cover the sheet 31 made of an insulating film having elasticity larger than the upper surface opening and having elasticity. The push switch is completed by sandwiching the end portion of the sheet 31 between the protrusion portion 21 </ b> C provided on the upper surface of the switch case 21.
[0036]
Note that the relationship between the outer periphery of the disk portion 27 of the movable contact 26 and the peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B depends on the orientation of the movable contact 26 as shown in FIG. The distance between the outer periphery of the disk part 27 is almost zero, and when the distance between the other peripheral fixed contact 23B and the outer periphery of the disk part 27 is the largest, or as shown in the sectional view of FIG. A case where the distance between the fixed contacts 23A and 23B and the outer periphery of the disc part 27 is almost equal is conceivable. In either case, the two peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B that form a contact gap when the switch is turned off and the circle The total distance between the plate portion 27 and the outer periphery is almost the same.
[0037]
Next, the operation when the above-described push-on switch is mounted on a device to be used and pressed is described with reference to the cross-sectional views of FIGS.
[0038]
First, when the disk portion 27 of the movable contact 26 is pressed from the opening 13A of the cover 13 through the sheet 31 by the pressing operation body 14 with respect to the state of FIG. The plate portion 27 remains spherical, and first the connecting portion 29 is bent, so that the disc portion 27 faces in the horizontal direction and its outer periphery contacts the two peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B. By short-circuiting between the fixed contacts 23A and 23B, that is, between the connection terminals 25A and 25B, the first switch is turned on.
[0039]
Then, when the disk portion 27 of the movable contact 26 is further pushed down by the pressing operation body 14 from this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the disk portion 27 is now reversed to a swelled state with moderation, The central portion 27A of the plate portion 27 is in contact with the central fixed contact 22, and in addition to the peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B short-circuited as the first switch, it is connected to the central fixed contact 22, that is, 24A to the connection terminals 25A and 25B. All connection terminals added to 24B are electrically short-circuited and turned on as a second switch.
[0040]
Thereafter, when the pressing force of the movable contact 26 to the disk part 27 by the pressing operation body 14 is released, first, the disk part 27 is restored to an upward projecting spherical state by its elastic restoring force. 7A is separated from the center fixed contact 22 and the second switch is turned off, and then the connecting portion 29 returns to the original inclined state, whereby the outer periphery of the disc portion 27 has two The first switch in FIG. 2 (a) also returns to the off state away from at least one of the peripheral fixed contacts 23A and 23B.
[0041]
As described above, since the outer shape of the movable contact 26 is circular in the push-on switch according to the present embodiment, the movable contact 26 is mounted when the movable contact 26 is mounted in the circular recess 21A of the switch case 21 in the switch assembly process. Since it is not necessary to determine the orientation of the switch, the assembly workability of the switch is good, and in the switch operation, there is no moderation with a light operating force when operating as the first switch, and moderation when operating as the second switch However, the movement of the disk part 27 of the movable contact 26 is stable, the moderation during operation as the second switch is clear, and the dust resistance of the switch contact part and the like is excellent. It is highly reliable.
[0042]
And, the positions where the connection terminals 24A, 24B and 25A, 25B protrude are symmetrical with respect to the center of the switch case 21 at a pair of opposed outer peripheral sides of the rectangular outer shape of the switch case 21. When mounting this push-on switch on the wiring board of the device used, the switch orientation may be reversed by 180 °, so the switch mounting workability is excellent, and it is automatically mounted by being clamped by a mounting machine. Is also possible.
[0043]
In the case of a small switch or the like in which the above four connection terminals 24A, 24B and 25A, 25B cannot be arranged only on a pair of opposed outer peripheral sides of the rectangular outer shape of the switch case 21, FIG. As shown in the top view of the switch case 9, two connection terminals 34 </ b> A that are electrically connected to the central fixed contact 33 on one set side are provided for each of two opposing sides of the rectangular outer shape of the switch case 32. , 34B, and two connection terminals 36A and 36B respectively connected to the two peripheral fixed contacts 35A and 35B may be provided on the other set of sides.
[0044]
