Description

【0001】

【0048】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to Seki closing body closing device designed to guide the opening and closing direction by the guide rails, for example guide rail structure of the switchgear of the shutter instrumentation 置等 containing overhead door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this kind of invention includes a guide rail that guides the opening / closing body in the opening / closing direction by inserting the widthwise end of the opening / closing body into the guide recess, and has a key bar (latch bar) protruding from the end of the opening / closing body. Etc.) is engaged with the guide rail when the opening / closing body is closed, so that the opening / closing body cannot be opened from the outside (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).
In particular, the prior art described in Patent Document 1 is a mechanism that is automatically locked when the opening / closing body is closed, and is automatically unlocked with the opening / closing body opening operation by a winding operation or the like. In addition to being excellent in crime prevention, the invention is also excellent in operability during locking and unlocking.
[0003]
However, according to the configuration in which the end of the opening / closing body is guided in the direction of the opening / closing body by the guide rail as in the above-described prior art, the width direction of the opening / closing body 110 in the closed state as shown in FIG. When a jig or the like is intentionally hung on the center side of the door and the center side is forcibly pulled in either the inside or outside direction (upward or downward in the illustrated example) in the opening / closing body thickness direction, the opening / closing body 110 is substantially bowed. The end of the opening / closing body 110 in the width direction is extracted from the guide recess 121 of the guide rail 120 (see FIG. 6C), and the opening / closing body 110 is inappropriate. There is a risk of being released. In addition, in the invention in which the key bar protrudes from the end portion in the width direction of the opening / closing body as shown in Patent Document 1, the key bar is inserted relatively deeply into the guide rail. Although it was difficult to extract the key bar at the end of the guide bar from the guide rail, it is preferable to further improve the crime prevention.

It is provided so that it can be inserted into the head.
[0007]
Here, the opening / closing device to which the guide rail structure of the present invention is applied means a device that partitions or opens a space by opening / closing operation of the opening / closing member, and the opening / closing member performs only opening operation in this opening / closing device. A mode, a mode in which the opening / closing body performs only a closing operation, a mode in which the opening / closing body performs both an opening operation and a closing operation, and the like are included.
The opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body is preferably a substantially vertical direction, and more preferably the closing direction is a descending direction, but may be a substantially horizontal direction or an oblique direction.
[0008]
The opening / closing body may be an opening / closing body formed by connecting a plurality of slats or pipes in the opening / closing direction, an opening / closing body formed by a single or a plurality of continuous panels, an opening / closing body formed by a sheet or net, or Any form such as an opening / closing body formed by appropriately combining slats, panels, pipes, sheet-like materials, net-like materials, and the like may be used.
[0009]
The “opening / closing direction” or “opening / closing body opening / closing direction” means a direction in which the opening / closing body opens / closes and is not a width direction or a thickness direction of the opening / closing body, and is described below. The meaning of the expression is also the same.
Further, the “opening / closing body width direction” or “opening / closing body width direction” means a direction substantially orthogonal to the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body and not the thickness direction of the opening / closing body, and The same expression also has the same meaning.
[0010]
The guide rail is a member that inserts an end of the opening / closing body in the width direction into the guide recess and guides the guide recess in the opening / closing direction by the guide recess, and the guide recess is long in the opening / closing body opening / closing direction. It is the member provided in the shape.
The guide rail is provided with a plurality of the opening / closing bodies in the width direction of the opening / closing body, and is disposed between adjacent opening / closing bodies of the opening / closing bodies so that both of the adjacent opening / closing bodies are opened / closed. For example, a so-called middle pillar type guide rail is also included. Further, the guide rail is integrally provided with a structure having a function other than the function as a guide rail added to the structure of the guide rail, for example, a structure as the guide rail and a structure as a sash frame. The structure etc. which are are included.
[0011]
Moreover, the said guide recessed part is a site | part continuously provided in the opening-and-closing body opening-and-closing direction so that the edge part of the width direction of an opening-and-closing body may be inserted and it may guide in an opening-and-closing direction.
[0012]
The auxiliary recess is formed such that when the opening / closing body is detached from the guide recess in the opening / closing body thickness direction, an end of the detached opening / closing body in the width direction can be inserted in the opening / closing body width direction. The auxiliary concave portion is disposed so as to be aligned in the opening / closing body thickness direction with respect to the guide concave portion.

A configuration in which the auxiliary recess and the guide recess are disposed so as to be adjacent to each other in the opening / closing body thickness direction or between the auxiliary recess and the guide recess so that the auxiliary recess and the guide recess have an opening / closing body thickness. The aspect arrange | positioned so that it may rank in a direction may be sufficient.
Further, the auxiliary recess and the guide recess may be formed as independent members and arranged so as to be aligned in the opening / closing body thickness direction, or may be formed as an integral member.
Further, the configuration in which the auxiliary recess and the guide recess are arranged in the opening / closing body thickness direction is a mode in which a member that partitions both the recesses is a common member of both recesses, more specifically, the auxiliary recess. For example, an integral shape having a substantially E-shaped cross section may be provided by the guide recess and the member that partitions both recesses is a composite member including a member on the auxiliary recess side and a member on the guide recess side. The aspect made like this may be sufficient.
Further, the auxiliary recess may be arranged so as to be arranged only on one side of the guide recess in the opening / closing body thickness direction, or may be arranged on both sides of the guide recess in the opening / closing body thickness direction. Also good.

[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
An example according to the present embodiment is arranged in an opening part or inside a building / structure such as a house, building, warehouse, factory, vehicle bed, etc., and opens and closes the opening part or partitions the space inside the housing. A guide rail structure in a so-called shutter device that opens or closes, particularly a guide rail structure of an opening / closing device that is suitable as a security structure for a window shutter device will be described.
[0019]
The guide rail structure A1 of the switchgear is provided on each guide rail 40 in the switchgear A (see FIG. 3).
[0020]
The opening / closing device A includes an opening / closing body 10 that opens and closes, a storage case 20 that houses a winding device 21 for the opening / closing body 10, a lower frame 30 that abuts the lower end of the opening / closing body 10, and the opening / closing body 10. And left and right guide rails 40, 40 for guiding in the opening and closing direction at the left and right ends thereof, and are fixed to a window frame on the frame side of a building or the like, a frame wall surface on the outer periphery of the window frame, or the like. (See FIG. 3).
[0021]
The open / close body 10 is connected to a plurality of so-called slats formed by bending a horizontally-long substantially rectangular metal plate so that the slats can be bent between the upper and lower adjacent slats. A seat plate member 11 for contacting the lower frame 30 is connected to an end portion on the lower end side.
[0022]
The seat plate member 11 is formed in an elongated shape along the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 and has a cross-sectional shape that is less likely to bend in the opening / closing body width direction than the slat, for example, a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section. The plurality of slats are connected and fixed to the ends in the closing direction by fixing means such as welding, screwing, riveting, and fitting.
It should be noted that those skilled in the art may refer to the seat plate member 11 as a seat plate, a baseboard, a drainer, or the like.
[0023]
Inside the seat plate member 11, there is provided a locking mechanism that allows the key bar 11 a (see FIG. 1) to protrude and retract from both ends of the seat plate member 11. The locking mechanism projects the key bar 11a from each end of the seat plate member 11 into the guide rail 40 when the opening / closing body 10 is closed, and when the unlocking operation is performed, the key bar 11 a is a mechanism for immersing 11 a into each end of the seat plate member 11.
[0024]
The storage case 20 has a substantially long box shape extending in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10, and has an opening (not shown) for allowing the opening / closing body 10 to appear and disappear at least on the lower surface side. 3 is provided (see FIG. 3). The winding device 21 has a mode in which one of a winding operation and a feeding operation is electric and the other is manual, a mode in which both operations are manual or electric, and the one operation is a biasing force such as a spring. Any mode, such as a mode in which the process is performed, may be used.
[0025]
The lower frame 30 is a substantially horizontally long plate member that is formed in a downwardly inclined shape with the upper surface 31 facing outward, and guide rails 40 are formed substantially vertically on both ends of the upper surface 31 in the longitudinal direction. The abutment surface is provided between the left and right guide rails 40, 40 on the upper surface 31 so as to abut the seat plate member 11 of the opening / closing body 10 when closed. The lower frame 30 is fixed on a lower frame (not shown) on the housing side of a building or the like, and drains rainwater or the like sprayed on the surface of the opening / closing body 10 to the outside by the downwardly inclined upper surface 31. To do.
[0026]
Each guide rail 40 is a member processed into a long shape between the storage case 20 and the lower frame 30 by drawing or extruding an aluminum alloy material, bending a steel plate or other metal plate, or the like.
[0027]
The guide rail 40 has a guide recess 41 for inserting the end of the opening / closing body 10 in the width direction on the inner surface side of the bottom 43 facing the end of the opening / closing body 10 in the width direction and guiding the opening / closing body in the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body. And the auxiliary recessed part 42 which orient | assigned the opening to the same direction as this guide recessed part 41 is arranged in parallel substantially (refer FIG.1 and FIG.4).
[0028]
The guide recess 41 has a substantially U-shaped cross section composed of the first piece 41a and the second piece 41b disposed substantially parallel to the opening / closing body thickness direction at a predetermined interval, and the bottom 43. Present.
In addition, according to the example of illustration, the 1st piece part 41a is arrange | positioned in the housing body side (lower side according to FIG. 4) in the opening-and-closing body opening / closing direction, and the 2nd piece part 41b is 1st piece part 41a and Arranged on the outer side of the housing (upper side according to FIG. 4) at a predetermined interval.
Moreover, the length of the opening / closing body width direction of the 1st piece part 41a and the 2nd piece part 41b is set substantially equal.
[0029]
And the guide recessed part 41 forms the to-be-engaged parts 40a and 40a for engaging the relaxation member 60 in the both inner surfaces which face the opening / closing body 10. FIG.
Each engaged portion 40a protrudes in a substantially C-shaped cross section toward the front or back surface of the opening / closing body 10, and the opening / closing body from the end portion (the lower end portion according to FIG. 3) of the guide rail 40 in the opening / closing body closing direction. It extends continuously over the end side in the opening direction.
[0030]
And the relaxation member 60 is fitted by each engaged part 40a over the opening-and-closing body opening-and-closing direction.
The relaxing member 60 is brought into contact with and elastically deforms the opening / closing body 10 and the guide rail 40 when the opening / closing body 10 is in an opening / closing operation or fluttered due to wind pressure. This is a member that prevents frictional contact and collision between the front and back surfaces of the opening / closing body 10 by preventing general contact. According to a preferred example of the present embodiment, the relaxation member 60 has a portion protruding toward the front surface or the back surface of the opening / closing body 10 in a brush shape that can be elastically bent.
[0031]
Further, on the end portion side (the lower end side in the illustrated example) of the bottom portion 43 in the guide recess 41 in the opening / closing body closing direction, a key having a substantially triangular shape in side view capable of engaging the key bar 11a of the seat plate member 11 is provided. The receiving member 44 is fixed (see FIG. 1).
[0032]
Next, the auxiliary recess 42 will be described in detail. The auxiliary recess 42 includes the second piece 41b and a third piece disposed substantially parallel to the second piece 41b at a predetermined interval. The portion 42a has a substantially concave shape in cross section formed by connecting the bottom portion 43, and is provided in a range extending over the substantially entire length of the guide recess 41 in the opening / closing body opening / closing direction.
[0033]
And this auxiliary | assistant recessed part 42 forms the said 3rd piece part 42a longer in the opening-and-closing body width direction than the said 2nd piece part 41b.
That is, the auxiliary recess 42 is configured so that the edge 42a1 on the protruding end side (left end side in FIG. 4) of the third piece 42a is opened and closed more than the edge 41b1 on the protruding end side of the second piece 41b in the guide recess 41. The dimension x is projected to the center in the width direction (left direction in FIG. 4).
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2A, the dimension w1 between the edges 42a1 and 42a1 of the auxiliary recesses 42 and 42 in the left and right guide rails 40 and 40 is the dimension w2 between the edges 41b1 and 41b1 of the guide recess 41. Smaller than.
[0034]
The dimension x is between the bottom surface 43 of one (left side according to FIG. 2) guide rail 40 and the edge 42a1 of the third piece 42a of the other (right side according to FIG. 2) guide rail 40. It is preferable to set the width dimension w3 to be smaller than the width dimension w4 of the opening / closing body 10. According to this configuration, even if the opening / closing body 10 pulled out from the guide recess 41 is moved toward one side in the width direction between the left and right security recesses 42, 42, the end on the other side corresponds to the corresponding crime prevention It can be made difficult to come off from the recess 42.
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the opening / closing body thickness direction interval y2 in the auxiliary recess 42 (in other words, the interval y2 between the second piece portion 41b and the third piece portion 42a) The opening / closing body 10 is thicker than the thickness y3 so that it can be inserted, and the guide is provided so that the opening / closing body 10 when inserted is not easily pulled outward (upward in FIG. 4) in the opening / closing body thickness direction. It is preferable to set it smaller than the interval y1 in the opening / closing body thickness direction in the recess 41 (in other words, the interval y1 between the first piece portion 41a and the second piece portion 41b).
That is, the auxiliary recess 42 does not need to have the function of guiding the opening / closing body 10 in the opening / closing direction like the guide recess 41, and therefore the distance y <b> 2 is reduced to the extent that the opening / closing body 10 can be inserted, and is separated from the guide recess 41. The opening / closing body 10 when inserted is formed so as to be close to or in contact with the front and back surfaces of the opening / closing body 10 when inserted.
[0036]
Next, the effect by the guide rail structure A1 of the said structure is demonstrated in detail.
When, for example, a jig or the like is hung on the center side in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 in the closed state, the center side is forcibly pulled outward (upward in FIG. 2) in the opening / closing body thickness direction. The body 10 bends in a substantially arcuate shape so that the center side bulges outward.
Then, since the width w4 (see FIG. 2A) of the opening / closing body 10 becomes narrower as the width w4 ′ in FIG. 2B, one end portion or both end portions in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 correspond. The opening is extracted from the guide recess 41 outward in the thickness direction of the opening / closing body, and the extracted end portion is inserted into the auxiliary recess 42 by the restoring force when the opening / closing body 10 bent in a substantially arcuate shape is restored. Inserted and engaged (state shown in FIG. 2C).
Further, when the wind pressure is received from the outer side (upper side in FIG. 2), for example, on the center side in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 in the closed state, the opening / closing body 10 causes the center side to move toward the center side by a reaction against the wind pressure. In some cases, one end part or both end parts in the width direction are pulled out outward from the corresponding guide recesses 41 in the opening / closing body thickness direction so as to bulge outward. Also in this case, as described above, the end portion of the opening / closing body 10 that has been extracted is inserted into the auxiliary recess 42 by the restoring force when the opening / closing body 10 bent in a substantially arcuate shape is restored. (The state shown in FIG. 2C).
The opening / closing body 10 in this engaged state has the edge 42a1 of the auxiliary recess 42 protruding toward the center of the opening / closing body 10 rather than the edge 41b1 of the guide recess 41. Even if wind pressure is applied to the center side, it does not easily come off from the auxiliary recess 42.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening / closing body 10 in this engaged state is formed between the portion 10a inserted into the auxiliary recess 42 and the portion 10b remaining in the guide recess 41. Since both end portions 10c and 10c in the width direction are sandwiched between the edge portions 41b1 and 41b of the second piece portions 41b and 41b in the left and right guide rails 40 and 40, further outward (see FIG. 3 is prevented from moving to the left) and moving in the opening / closing body opening direction (upward according to FIG. 3).
Therefore, the opening / closing body 10 can be maintained in a highly crime-proof state that is difficult to be pulled out further outward than the auxiliary recess 42 and is not easily opened.
Moreover, since the opening / closing body 10 is difficult to flutter due to the wind pressure, the occurrence of noise due to the flapping of the opening / closing body 10 deviated from the guide recess 41, the contact of the opening / closing body 10 with a fluttering, etc. Can be prevented.
Therefore, according to the guide rail structure A1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the crime prevention and wind resistance of the switchgear.
[0037]
Next, a guide rail structure A2 for an opening / closing device as another example of the present invention will be described. In addition, in the following structure, about the location substantially the same as the opening-and-closing apparatus A mentioned above and the guide rail structure A1 of an opening-and-closing apparatus, the detailed description which overlaps is abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol.
[0038]
The guide rail structure A2 shown in FIG. 5 has the same shape on the inner surface of the third piece 42a constituting the auxiliary recess 42 in addition to the both engaged portions 40a and 40a on the inner surface of the guide recess 41 in the guide rail 40 described above. An engaged force 42a2 is provided, and the reinforcing member 70 is fixed to the engaged portions 40a, 40a, and 42a2 so that the expanding force in the opening / closing body thickness direction acts on the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42. When it does, it tries to counter the expansion force.
[0039]
The reinforcing member 70 is made of a metal member having a relatively high bending strength, such as a steel material or a stainless steel material. The substantially flat engagement portions 72, 73, 74 are integrally formed on one side of the substantially flat bottom portion 71. Standing up.
In the reinforcing member 70, the engaging portions 72, 73, and 74 are inserted into the engaged portions 40a, 40a, and 42a, respectively, from the opening / closing body closing direction side.
Each of the engaged portions 40a, 40a on the guide recess 41 side engages the reinforcing member 70 on the end side in the opening / closing body closing direction of the guide rail 40, and the opening / closing body opening direction is more than the reinforcing member 70. The above-described relaxation member 60 is engaged with the side.
[0040]
According to this guide rail structure A2, when the opening / closing body 10 is pulled outward in the thickness direction, when the expanding force in the opening / closing body thickness direction acts on the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42, the expansion is performed. It is possible to suppress the guide rail 40 from being deformed by the opening force.
Therefore, according to this guide rail structure A2, it is possible to prevent the opening / closing body 10 from being pulled out of the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42 by deforming the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42.
[0041]
In the above-described guide rail structure A2, the reinforcing member 70 is a member that crosses and is fixed to the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42 so as to counter the external force in the expanding direction of the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary recess 42. The configuration and shape are not limited.
[0042]
Further, the means for fixing the reinforcing member 70 to the guide concave portion 41 and the auxiliary concave portion 42 is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the engaging portions 72, 73, and 74 of the reinforcing member 70 are connected to the guide concave portion 41. In addition, the guide recess 41 may be fixed to the inner surface, the outer surface, the end surface, or the like by welding, screwing, riveting, or the like.
[0043]
Further, the position of the reinforcing member 70 in the opening / closing body width direction is not limited to the illustrated example. However, in order to effectively suppress the spreading force, the guide recess 41 and the auxiliary member 70 can be used as shown in the illustrated example. It is preferable that the concave portion 42 is disposed near the edge portions 41b1 and 42a1.
[0044]
Further, the guide rail structure A1 has a structure in which only the guide recess 41 is reinforced by omitting the engaged portion 42a2 of the guide rail 40 and the engaging portion 74 of the reinforcing member 70, or the reinforcing member 70. By omitting the engaging portion 72, it is possible to reinforce only the auxiliary recess 42.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the present invention, when the central side in the width direction of the opening / closing body for the opening / closing device in the closed state is pulled in either the inside or outside direction in the opening / closing body thickness direction, the opening / closing body bends in a substantially arcuate shape, Even if the end of the opening / closing body in the width direction of the opening / closing body has been extracted from the guide recess of the guide rail, the extracted end of the opening / closing body tries to return to its original state from the bent state Due to this restoring force, it is inserted and engaged in the auxiliary recess.
In this engaged state, the opening / closing body has an end in the width direction of the opening / closing body between the portion inserted in the auxiliary recess and the portion left in the guide recess in the opening / closing body. Therefore, the movement in the opening / closing body width direction and the movement in the opening / closing body opening direction are hindered.
Therefore, even when the opening / closing body is further pulled, the opening / closing body is hardly pulled out from the auxiliary recess and is not easily opened.
Therefore, by preventing the opening / closing body from being drawn out in the thickness direction and being inappropriately opened, it is possible to provide a guide rail structure for an opening / closing device with improved crime prevention.
[0046]
Further, as a further invention , the crime prevention property is further improved by disposing an auxiliary recess on the end side in the closing direction of the opening / closing body, which is a part that is easily pulled in the opening / closing body thickness direction as compared with other parts. be able to.
[0047]
Further, as a further invention, of both edges in the opening / closing body thickness direction constituting the auxiliary recess, the edge on the opposite side to the guide recess is used as the edge on the auxiliary recess constituting the guide recess. If the end in the width direction of the opening / closing body is forcibly extracted from the guide recess, the end engages with the auxiliary recess. Even if the engaged open / close body is forcibly pulled so as to be pulled out from the auxiliary recess, it is blocked by the edge of the auxiliary recess protruding from the edge of the guide recess toward the center in the width direction of the open / close body. Therefore, it is not easily extracted.
[0048]
As a further invention, the auxiliary recess is adjacent to the guide recess if the auxiliary recess is provided adjacent to the guide recess in a range extending over the entire length of the guide recess in the opening / closing body opening and closing direction . When the end of the opening / closing body in the width direction is forcibly extracted from the guide recess, it is immediately engaged in the auxiliary recess.
Moreover, since the auxiliary recess is provided in a range extending over the substantially entire length of the guide recess in the opening / closing body opening / closing direction, the end in the width direction of the opening / closing body is extracted from the guide recess at any part in the opening / closing body opening / closing direction. Even so, the extracted portion is engaged in the auxiliary recess.
