Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of attaching a wedge in a temporary scaffolding coupling fitting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when constructing a temporary scaffold for use in construction or repair work for buildings, bridges, etc., it is necessary to use a wedge to connect the required temporary scaffold member such as a horizontal tether to a column with a mounting flange. A coupling fitting that is freely latched and held is used. The connecting fitting has a fitting flange fitting port formed at the tip, a wedge insertion hole is formed to be orthogonal to the fitting port, and the wedge insertion hole has a retaining projection at the lower end. The provided wedge has a configuration in which it is freely latched and held, and is used by being fixed to a required temporary scaffold member such as a horizontal tether (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-40193).
By the way, in order to freely hook and hold the wedge on the connecting metal fitting, after fixing the connecting metal fitting to a required temporary scaffold member, the wedge is inserted into the wedge insertion hole and the pin is inserted at the lower end of the wedge insertion. Are formed by fixing them afterwards.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, because of the structure of the connecting metal fitting, the wedge prevention protrusion is inevitably formed after the wedge is inserted into the wedge insertion hole as described above, and the pin is fixed afterwards. Coupled with the fact that the connecting bracket itself is fixed to the temporary scaffold member, the fixing work is very troublesome and time-consuming, not only the work efficiency is bad, but also the strength of the retaining protrusion itself has a problem. Is easy to cause inconveniences such as damage and falling off.
[0004]
The present invention solves the problems of the conventional example, and has a wedge in the temporary scaffolding connection fitting that can be attached easily and surely with high efficiency in a state in which a retaining protrusion is integrally formed on the wedge in advance. It is intended to provide a mounting method.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, according to the present invention, a wedge introduction passage having a required length is formed in the rear end direction so as to communicate with the wedge insertion hole constituting the connection fitting, and the retaining protrusion is integrated in advance along the wedge introduction passage from the outside. A wedge mounting method for a temporary scaffolding connection fitting, characterized in that the wedge formed is inserted and locked into the wedge insertion hole, and a required temporary scaffolding member is fixed to the rear end of the connection fitting. To do.
[0006]
And, the method of attaching the wedge in the temporary scaffolding connection bracket according to the present invention can be freely mounted on the connection bracket in a state in which the protrusion is integrally formed in advance on the wedge itself. Compared to the conventional example, not only can the mounting work be performed easily and efficiently, but also the retaining protrusion can be formed integrally with the wedge, so that the strength of the retaining protrusion itself is increased. Can withstand long-term use.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
1 is a metal connector with a substantially frustoconical cylindrical shape whose front part is connected and whose rear part is open, and 2 is a fitting flange fitting hole formed horizontally at the front part of the connection metal 1, Reference numeral 3 denotes an elongated, substantially rectangular wedge-shaped insertion hole formed in an orthogonal shape so as to communicate with the fitting port 2, and the width of the upper end hole of the wedge insertion hole 3 is narrow so as to latch and hold a retaining protrusion 7 a described later. In addition to being formed in a width, the lower end hole width is formed in a wide width so that the retaining protrusion 7a can be freely inserted. Reference numeral 4 denotes a wedge introduction passage having a required length formed in a continuous shape from the wedge insertion hole 3 toward the rear end. 5 is a wedge with a head 6 that is freely inserted into the wedge insertion hole 3, 7 a is a pair of retaining protrusions formed integrally on the lower end of the wedge 5, and 8 is a required length constituting the horizontal connecting member 9. It is a metal pipe. In addition, 10 is a metal pipe column that constitutes a temporary scaffold, 11 is a mounting flange that is fitted to the column 10 at a predetermined interval, and 12 is formed concentrically along the outer peripheral edge of the mounting flange 11. The required number of engagement holes.
[0008]
When the wedge 5 is attached to the connecting metal fitting 1 configured as described above, first, the wedge 5 is inserted from the outside along the wedge introduction passage 4 into the wedge insertion hole 3. This again, despite the allowed integrally formed retaining projection 7a to wedge 5, it can be easily allowed to insert the wedge inserting hole 3. When the insertion of the wedge 5 is completed, the pipe 8 constituting the horizontal connecting material 9 is fitted to the rear end portion of the connecting fitting 1 and fixed by welding means to complete the mounting (see FIG. 2). At this time, the retaining protrusion 7a is hooked on the edge of the upper end hole of the wedge insertion hole 3 and prevented from being escaped upward, but is held freely in the wedge insertion hole 3 (FIGS. 3 and FIG. 3). 4).
[0009]
When the embodiment configured as described above is used, the wedge 5 of the connecting bracket 1 is fitted to the mounting flange 11 of the support column 10 while the wedge 5 is pulled upward, and the wedge is inserted. By aligning the hole 3 with the engagement hole 12 and driving the wedge 5 into the engagement hole 12 through the wedge insertion hole 3 from above, the tip of the connection fitting 1 is firmly pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the support column 10 and fixed. (See FIGS. 5 to 7).
[0010]
In the above embodiment, the retaining projection 7a is integrally formed on both sides of the lower end of the wedge 5, but as shown in FIG. 8, the retaining projection 7b is integrally formed only on one side of the lower end of the wedge 5. It can be used. Moreover, although the connection metal fitting 1 is supposed to be fixed to the pipe 8 constituting the horizontal connecting material 9, it can be used by being fixed to other temporary scaffold members.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, depending on the above, a wedge introduction passage having a required length is formed in the rear end direction so as to communicate with the wedge insertion hole constituting the connection fitting, and the wedge introduction passage is previously removed from the outside along the wedge introduction passage. The wedge that is formed integrally with the locking projection is inserted and locked in the wedge insertion hole, and the required temporary scaffolding member is fixed to the rear end of the connecting bracket. It can be mounted loosely on the connecting bracket in the squeezed state, and the mounting work is extremely easy and efficient compared to the conventional example in which the retaining protrusion is formed afterwards. As well as being able to integrally form the retaining protrusion on the wedge, it is possible to increase the strength of the retaining protrusion itself, which is suitable for long-term use. It is intended that can withstand.
