【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、止着部と、止着部が係止可能な被着部とにより構成される、紙おむつの止着部構造および紙おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来紙おむつには、着用者に装着する為に、紙おむつの背側の左右両側から側方に張り出すように設けられたテープ等で形成される止着部と、止着部を止着させるように紙おむつの腹側に設けられた被着部とが備えられている。これらの止着部と被着部とには、例えば面ファスナー等のように、互いに止着して係止することが可能な止着部材と被着部材とが設けられる。
紙おむつを人体に装着させる際には、紙おむつの腹側部分と背側部分とを、着用者の腹部と背部とに当てた後、前記止着部を、着用者の左右両脇からそれぞれ腹側に回り込ませて腹側の被着部に係止させることにより、紙おむつを固定する。このような止着部構造で紙おむつを確実に固定することによって、装着者が動き回っても紙おむつが簡単に外れたり弛んだりしないようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、紙おむつの装着者が動き回った際に、紙おむつの止着部と被着部との係止位置付近で、装着者の脚周りにおむつ跡が付くことがある。これは、止着部と被着部とで紙おむつの腹側部分と背側部分とが強く固定されるために、装着者が動いた時に、当該係止位置付近で脚周りに負荷がかかり、圧迫されるためと考えられる。このような場合、紙おむつの装着者も動きにくく、またおむつ跡のつく箇所に擦れが発生することも考えられるので改善が必要である。
また、紙おむつは、装着中に外れることなく使用できることが好ましいが、一方で、装着者への着脱作業が容易であることが望ましい。紙おむつの着脱は、止着部の（被着部への）付け外しにより行われることから、止着部と被着部とは、十分な止着力を有するとともに、着脱が容易であることが求められる。

本発明の課題は、紙おむつがズレたり外れたりすることなく、且つ紙おむつ装着者におむつ跡が付くことを防止でき、また紙おむつの着脱作業を容易に行うことができる、紙おむつの止着部構造および紙おむつを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
紙おむつによる装着者への跡つきを低減させるために、例えば止着部を小さくして紙おむつの固定度を緩和させると、今度は止着部の止着力が弱くなってしまい、紙おむつがズレたり外れたりしてしまう。
そこで本発明者等が検討を行った結果、止着部において、紙おむつの背側部分に固着させる箇所と、止着部材（例えば面ファスナー等）との間に所定の間隔を設け、またこの固定箇所と止着部材との間隔に対して、止着部の幅の大きさを所定の範囲にすれば、止着力が弱くなることなく、且つ紙おむつの跡つきを低減できる紙おむつの止着部の構造が実現できることが分かった。

すなわち、前記課題を解決するための請求項１記載の発明は、例えば図１または２に示すように、
紙おむつ本体（２）の背側（背側部２ｂ）両側縁部に、側方に突出するように備えられ、止着部材（ファスニングテープ３１）が設けられた止着部（止着テープ３）と、
紙おむつ本体の腹側（腹側部２ｃ）に備えられ、前記止着部材が着脱自在な被着部材（ファスニングテープ６１）が設けられた被着部（被着テープ６）と、により構成される紙おむつ（１）の止着部構造において、
前記止着部は、前記紙おむつ本体の背側両側縁部に固定される固定部（３ａ）と、該固定部と前記止着部材との間のあそび部（３ｂ）と、前記止着部材の該止着部先端側端部から該止着部先端までの先端部（３ｄ）と、を有し、
前記あそび部は、基端部が前記背側側縁部の端部より内側に位置し、
前記固定部と前記止着部材との間の距離をＤ(mm)、前記止着部材の前記固定部側の端部の幅をＷ(mm)、とした時、Ｄ＝15〜20、且つ、Ｄ＜Ｗ＜２Ｄ、であることを特徴とする。

請求項１記載の発明によれば、止着部には、固定部と、止着部材との間にあそび部が形成されているので、紙おむつが着用者に装着された状態で、止着部の固定箇所と被着部への止着箇所との間にあそびができる。従って、紙おむつの腹側部分と背側部分との固定度が緩和され、着用者の動きに追従して紙おむつが変形しやすくなるので、装着者の脚周りにかかる負荷が低減される。
また、固定部から止着部までの距離Ｄ(mm)を15〜20とし、さらに止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅Ｗ(mm)を、Ｄ＜Ｗ＜２Ｄとなるように大きさを設定することにより、止着部に十分な止着力を発揮させることができる。
従って、紙おむつが着用中に外れることを防止しながら、着用者が動き回ることによる紙おむつの跡つきを低減することができる。

また紙おむつの止着部構造においては、止着部の先端に、請求項１記載の発明のように先端部を形成するとともに、止着部があそび部から先端部に向かって幅が狭くなるようテーパ状に形成すれば、止着部先端が指先で摘み易くなり、紙おむつの着脱作業が容易になる。しかし、このように形成しても、テーパ角度が大きすぎると、係止部材の面積が小さくなって止着力が低下し、また先端がつまみにくくなってしまう。

さらに、請求項１記載の発明は、前記止着部は、該止着部のあそび部から先端部にかけて幅が狭くなるようテーパ状に形成され、該止着部のテーパ角度θは、０＜θ＜４であることを特徴とする。

この止着部のテーパ角度θとは、図２（ｂ）に示すように、テーパ状に形成された止着部側辺が、幅が一定に形成された場合の止着部側辺に対して傾斜する角度のことである。
請求項１記載の発明によれば、止着部のテーパ角度を０＜θ＜４度にすることによって、止着部材に十分な止着力を発揮させることができ、また止着部の先端部が指先で摘み易い形状になる。従って、止着部の着脱作業を容易にすることができ、また装着時に紙おむつが外れることも防止でき好適である。

請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の紙おむつにおいて、当該紙おむつ本体の背側部には、弾性伸縮部材が備えられている。
請求項３に記載の発明によれば、紙おむつを着用者に装着させた状態において、着用者の胴周りでは紙おむつ本体に備えられた弾性伸縮部材が適度に伸張している。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
まず、本発明の止着部構造を備えた紙おむつ１の構成について説明する。
紙おむつ１は、図１および図２に示すように、紙おむつ本体２と、止着テープ３（止着部）と、排泄物の水様成分等を吸収するための吸収体４と、弾性伸縮部材５と、被着テープ６（被着部）とを備えている。尚、図２は、図１に示す紙おむつ１を展開した内面側（着用時の肌との当接面側）を示す図である。

紙おむつ本体２は、内面側が不織布等からなる透液性シートで、また外面側がポリエチレンシート等からなる不透液性シートで構成されている。紙おむつ本体２の中央部は幅が小さくなるよう形成され、その左右側部は、紙おむつ１の着用時に脚の周りを囲む脚周り部２ａ，２ａとなっている。また、紙おむつ本体２において、脚周り部２ａ，２ａを挟んだ一方の端部は背側部２ｂ、他方の端部は腹側部２ｃとなっている。この紙おむつ本体２の脚周り部２ａ，２ａと、背側部２ｂと、腹側部２ｃとには、それぞれ紙おむつ本体２の側辺に沿うように、弾性伸縮部材５が設けられている。
吸収体４は、紙おむつ本体２において、内面側の透液性シートと、外面側の不透液性シートとの間に設置されている。

紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂ，２ｂの左右側方には、それぞれ側方に突出するように、不織布で形成された止着テープ３，３が設けられている。
図２（ｂ）に示すように、止着テープ３の一方の端部には、紙おむつ本体２に固定するための固定部３ａが形成され、また他方の端部には、紙おむつ１の着脱作業時に指先で摘むための先端部３ｄが形成されている。そして、固定部３ａと、先端部３ｄとの間には、固定部３ａから所定の間隔Ｄをおいて、面ファスナーの一方の係止要素であるファスニングテープ３１（止着部材）が設けられている。止着テープ３においてファスニングテープ３１が設けられた箇所を止着部材部３ｃ、止着部材部３ｃと固定部３ａとの間を、あそび部３ｂとする。

止着テープ３のあそび部３ｂから先端部３ｄにかけては、次第に幅が狭くなるように形成されている。このあそび部３ｂから先端部３ｄの両側方を、テーパ部３ｅ，３ｅとする。この止着テープ３における固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間の距離Ｄと、ファスニングテープ３１の固定部３ａ側の端部の幅（止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅）のの大きさＷ（図２（ｂ）参照）、およびテーパ部３ｅ，３ｅの傾斜角度については後述する。
止着テープ３，３は、あそび部３ｂから先端部３ｄまでの箇所が紙おむつ本体２から側方に突出するように、固定部３ａが紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂ側方に固着される。

紙おむつ本体２の腹側部２ｃ外側面には、面ファスナーの他方の係止要素であるファスニングテープ６１（被着部材）が設けられた被着テープ６が備えられている。このファスニングテープ６１と、止着テープ３のファスニングテープ３１とは、互いに着脱自在な関係となっている。

紙おむつ１を乳幼児等の人体に着用する際には、脚周り部２ａ，２ａを着用者の脚の間に挟むようにして、背側部２ｂを着用者の背面に、腹側部２ｃを腹部に当てる。そして、止着テープ３，３を、着用者の左右両脇からそれぞれ腹側に回り込ませ、腹側部２ｃの被着テープ６に止着させる。この止着テープ３と被着テープ６とが、係止要素であるファスニングテープ３１とファスニングテープ６１との止着により係止することで、紙おむつ１は、着用者に固定される。
この止着テープ３と被着テープ６とにより構成される紙おむつ１固定のための構造を、止着部構造とする。

止着部構造を構成する止着テープ３の形状について、さらに詳細に説明する。前述の、固定部３ａと、止着部材部３ｃとの間に設けられた間隔をＤ(mm)とし、止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅の大きさをＷ(mm)とすると、Ｄ＝15〜20、且つ、Ｄ＜Ｗ＜２Ｄになるように、大きさを設定する。
間隔Ｄが15mmより小さいと、紙おむつ１装着時において、止着テープ３の固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間のあそびが小さくなり、紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂと腹側部２ｃとの固定度が強くなるため、着用者が動き回った際、脚周りに跡つきが発生し易くなる。
また間隔Ｄが20mmより大きいと、止着テープ３の固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間のあそびが大きく、紙おむつ１装着時にズレやすくなり、また止着テープ３が外れやすくなる。
さらに、幅Ｗが間隔Ｄより小さいと止着力が弱くなり、装着時に外れやすくなるほか、止着テープ３の先端部３ｄの幅も狭くなり、着脱作業時に摘みにくくなる。また、幅Ｗが間隔Ｄの２倍より大きいと、紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂと腹側部２ｃとの固定度が高くなって、紙おむつ１装着時に着用者の動きに対して負荷がかかり易く、脚周りへの跡付きが発生しやすくなる。

一方、止着テープ３のテーパ部３ｅの傾斜角度について、テーパ状に形成された止着テープ側辺が、幅が一定に形成された場合の止着テープ側辺に対してなす角度を、テーパ角度θとする。このテーパ角度θは、０＜θ＜４度とする。θが４度以上であると、止着部材部３ｃにおいてファスニングテープ３１の面積が小さくなって止着力が低下してしまう。また先端部３ｄ面積も小さくなり、つまみにくくなってしまう。尚、０＜θとすると、止着テープ３を製造する際、止着テープ３の長さに相当する幅の基材テープ（止着テープの材料テープ）の中央部分を、蛇行する曲線状に裁断して、止着テープ３の形状を形成することができる。しかしθ＝０とした場合、基材テープをコの字型の直線状に裁断して製造することになるため、裁断を滑らかに行うことができず、衝撃的な裁断となり、裁断刃が磨耗しやすくなる。
従って、テーパ角度θを０＜θ＜４度とすることは、止着テープ３の製造上好ましく、また、形成した止着テープ３に十分な止着力を発揮させることができ、さらに紙おむつ１の先端部３ｄを着脱作業時等に摘みやすい形状にすることができる。

次に、紙おむつ１を着用者に装着させた状態について説明する。
紙おむつ１は、通常着用者が横臥した状態等で、着用者の胴周りおよび脚周りにおいて、ゆるみやきつさのない適度な状態となるように、止着テープ３の被着テープ６への止着位置が調節されて係止される。この状態において、胴周りおよび脚周りでは紙おむつ本体２に備えられた弾性伸縮部材５が適度に伸張している。

紙おむつ１の着用者が動き回ると、胴周りや脚周りでは体勢が大きく変化する。この時、紙おむつ１では、止着部構造において、止着テープ３の固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間にあそび部３ｂが前述のような間隔Ｄで設けられ、またテーパ部３ｅが、前述のような傾斜角度で形成されていることにより、止着テープ３を被着テープ６に十分な止着力で止着させた状態で、紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂと腹側部２ｃとの固定度が緩和される。そのため、紙おむつ１の形状が着用者の動きに追従して適度に変化する。
従って、装着者が動き回っても、脚周りに負荷がかかって圧迫され、おむつ跡が付くことを低減できる。また装着者も、紙おむつ本体２の背側部２ｂと腹側部２ｃとの固定が強いために動きにくくなることも低減できる。
また、止着テープ３は十分な止着力を発揮できるので、紙おむつ１が装着時にズレたりはずれたりすることも防止できる。
さらに止着テープ３に適度な傾斜角度のテーパ部３ｅが形成されるので、止着テープ３の先端部３ｄが摘み易く、紙おむつ１の着脱作業が容易となる。

なお、本発明は、上記実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
例えば止着テープおよび被着テープは、止着要素として糊状成分を備えたプラスチック製のテープ等で構成されてもよい。
また止着テープは、紙おむつ本体２の外面側に固定されるとしているが、内面側や、内面と外面とを構成する例えば透液性シートと不透液性シートとの間に固定されるようにしてもよい。さらに止着テープの先端部の形状は、図のように丸みを帯びた略三角形状のほか、略台形状等でもよく適宜変更可能である。

【実施例】
本実施例においては、上記実施の形態における紙おむつ１の止着部構造において、止着テープ３の固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間隔Ｄを17mm、止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅Ｗを25mm、テーパ部３ｅの傾斜角度を3.5度として形成した。この紙おむつ１に、人工尿210mlを吸収させた上で、ウォーキングダミー人形に装着した。そして、このダミー人形を1000歩歩行させ、紙おむつにおける止着テープの箇所が、ダミー人形に接触する頻度（回数／1000歩×100％）と、紙おむつ装着直後に対する歩行終了後の紙おむつのズレの大きさと、を測定した。
その結果、止着テープ箇所での紙おむつの接触頻度は0%、またズレの大きさは45mmであった。

＜比較例１＞
本比較例においては、紙おむつの止着部構造において、止着テープ３を固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間隔Ｄ10mm、止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅Ｗ35mm、テーパ部３ｅの傾斜角度を6.0度として形成した。そして前述の実施例と同様に、紙おむつに人工尿210mlを吸収させ、ウォーキングダミー人形に装着して1000歩歩行させ、実施例と同様に、止着テープ箇所の紙おむつの接触頻度と、装着直後と歩行後とにおける紙おむつのズレの大きさと、を測定した。
その結果、接触頻度は30%、ズレの大きさは30mmであった。

＜比較例２＞
本比較例においては、紙おむつの止着部構造において、止着テープ３を固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間隔Ｄ25mm、止着部材の固定部側の端部の幅Ｗ25mm、テーパ部３ｅの傾斜角度を6.0度として形成した。そして前述の実施例と同様に、紙おむつに人工尿210mlを吸収させ、ウォーキングダミー人形に装着して1000歩歩行させ、止着テープ箇所の紙おむつの接触頻度と、装着直後と歩行後とにおける紙おむつのズレの大きさと、を測定した。
その結果、接触頻度は5％、ズレの大きさは70mmであった。

上記実施例と比較例とを比較すると、止着テープ３において、固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間隔Ｄが10mmの場合、紙おむつのズレは小さいものの、止着テープ箇所での紙おむつの接触が起こりやすい。また、固定部３ａと止着部材部３ｃとの間隔Ｄを25mmと広くした場合、止着テープ箇所での紙おむつの接触頻度は小さくなるが、装着者の歩行によるズレが大きくなるので不都合である。
本実施例は、本発明の止着部構造を適用した大きさに設定され、歩行による紙おむつのズレの程度は、装着に影響のない範囲であり、また止着テープ箇所での紙おむつの接触も発生していない。
従って、本発明の紙おむつの止着部構造は、装着者の動きによる脚周りへの紙おむつの跡付きを低減でき、また装着時の紙おむつのズレに対しても問題はなく、好適であることが分かる。
