本発明は、複数の給湯器を並設して構成される連結給湯装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
ホテルや総合病院等の多数の個所に適宜給湯を行う必要がある設備に給湯器を使用する場合、給湯器の給湯能力は全給湯個所で同時に使用される場合を想定して余裕をもって設計される。

この場合、大型の給湯器を新たに設計して製作することもできるが、最小の加熱量において熱交換器を過熱させることのない最低作動水量が大きくなり、給湯量が少ない場合には使用できない。このため、汎用の小型給湯器の何台かを連結し、連結給湯装置として構成するのがよい。

このような連結給湯装置は、例えば特許第2767500号公報が知られている。汎用の給湯器としては、例えば筐体を備え、該筐体内には熱交換器が設けられ、該熱交換器に上水を供給する給水管と出湯管とが接続されている。熱交換器の加熱源であるガスバーナーには燃料ガスを供給するガス管が接続されている。これらの管の他端は、筐体の下面に設けた配管接続部にそれぞれ接続されている。そして、必要とする給湯能力に応じて使用する給湯器の個数が決定される。

連結給湯装置を設置する場合、使用する給湯器の個数に応じて所定の場所に断面T字形の架台フレームを設置する。この場合、架台フレームの上部の前面及び背面にはそれぞれ2台の給湯器が並べて取付け可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記ものでは、架台フレームの設置から配管、配線等の全てを設置現場で行うため、必要な配線、配管等を給湯器等に同梱して設置場所まで搬送し、そこで開梱しつつその作業を行うことから、設置現場でそれらの部品を紛失したり、誤って廃棄されたりする不具合があった。

特に、複数の架台フレームを並設して連結給湯装置を構成する場合には、各配管を接続する継手等の小さな部品を複数個同梱することから、さらに紛失する可能性が高くなる。

そこで、本発明は、上記点に鑑み、連結に必要な部品の紛失を防止できる連結給湯装置を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するため、本発明の連結給湯装置は、直方体の主架台上に主給湯器を設けた主給湯装置を備え、該主給湯装置に、前記主架台と同一の形状を有する第1従架台上に第1従給湯器を設けた第1従給湯装置であって主給湯装置の一側に並べて設置可能なものと、前記主架台と同一の横幅及び高さを有する直方体の第2従架台上に第2従給湯器を設けた第2従給湯装置であって主給湯装置及び第1従給湯装置の背面に並べて設置可能なものとから選択した少なくとも1台を、各々の架台が相互に密接するように連結し、必要な給湯能力にする連結給湯装置であって、前記主架台と第1従架台と第2従架台とのうち、主架台には元給水管と合流出湯管とに対して主架台の外側で各々接続するためのフランジを設けると共に、第1従架台及び第2従架台に、連結に必要な部品の収容を可能とする部品収容室を設け、この部品収納室に連結に必要な部品であるフレキ管を収納させたことを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、全給湯個所で同時に使用される場合を想定して必要な給湯能力を算出し、主給湯装置に連結する従給湯装置の台数を決定する。設置現場で、主給湯装置を先ず設置し、主給湯装置に一台の従給湯装置を連結する。

その際、主架台及び従架台を相互に密接させて各給湯装置を連結する。この場合、連結に必要な部品は、従架台に設けた部品収容室に収納されているので、開梱作業の際に、設置現場でそれらの部品を紛失したり、誤って廃棄されたりすることはない。

次いで、同様の手順で、必要な従給湯装置が連結される。そして、各架台内部に、元給水管、合流出湯管及び元ガス管を配管し、分岐管を介して各配管を給湯器の給水管、出湯管及びガス管と接続した後、必要な配線を行う。

図1乃至図4を参照して、1は、汎用の給湯器を連結して構成した本発明の連結給湯装置を示す。該連結給湯装置1は主給湯装置10aを有する。主給湯装置10aは、四角柱のフレームから構成した直方体の主架台2aを有し、その上面に設けた天板21aは給湯器の載置部として形成され、該載置部には、汎用の小型給湯器(例えば、50号)である主給湯器3aが載置されている。
